2GPS PPP技术用于滑坡监测的试验与结果分析显示文摘为了研究全球定位系统(GPS)精密单点定位(PPP)技术用于滑坡等地质灾害监测时可能达到的精度和可靠性等问题,结合某类滑坡的大型物理模型试验,在滑坡体上布设了若干GPS监测点进行连续实时动态监测,利用PPP技术对该滑坡从稳定、开始滑动直至产生破坏的全过程监测数据进行了处理与分析,并与GPS单历元差分定位、载波相位实时差分定位技术监测结果进行了对比。结果表明:GPS PPP技术监测结果的内符合精度约为10 mm,外符合精度约为40 mm,且GPS PPP技术具有一些差分GPS无法比拟的优势,如无需基准站支持、作业成本低、效率高、可直接获取监测点在国际地球参考框架下的绝对坐标等。该技术完全可用于滑坡等地质灾害的实时动态监测和预警。王利 张勤 黄观文 涂锐 张双成 2014岩土力学2014,35,7:31

4Third-order point contact approach for five-axis sculptured surface machining using non-ball-end tools (Ⅰ): Third-order approximation of tool envelope surface显示文摘In this paper, the geometric properties of a pair of line contact surfaces are investigated. Then, based on the observation that the cutter envelope surface contacts with the cutter surface and design surface along the characteristic curve and cutter contact (CC) path, respectively, a mathematical model describing the third-order approximation of the cutter envelope surface according to just one given cutter location (CL) is developed. It is shown that at the CC point both the normal curvature of the normal section of the cutter envelope surface and its derivative with respect to the arc length of the normal section can be determined by those of the cutter surface and design surface. 7Clinical outcomes of EGFR-TKI treatment and genetic heterogeneity in lung adenocarcinoma patients with EGFR mutations on exons 19 and 21显示文摘Background:Epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) mutations,including a known exon 19 deletion(19 del) and exon 21 L858 R point mutation(L858R mutation),are strong predictors of the response to EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor(EGFR-TKI) treatment in lung adenocarcinoma.However,whether patients carrying EGFR 19 del and L858 R mutations exhibit different responsiveness to EGFR-TKls and what are the potential mechanism for this difference remain controversial.This study aimed to investigate the clinical outcomes of EGFR-TKI treatment in patients with EGFR 19 del and L858 R mutations and explore the genetic heterogeneity of tumors with the two mutation subtypes.Methods:Of 1127 patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma harboring EGFR 19 del or L858 R mutations,532 received EGFR-TKI treatment and were included in this study.EGFR 19 del and L858 R mutations were detected by using denaturing high-performance liquid chromatography(DHPLC).T790 M mutation,which is a common resistant mutation on exon 20 of EGFR,was detected by amplification refractory mutation system(ARMS).Next-generation sequencing(NGS) was used to explore the genetic heterogeneity of tumors with EGFR 19 del and L858 R mutations.Results:Of the 532 patients,319(60.0%) had EGFR 19 del,and 213(40.0%) had L858 R mutations.The patients with EGFR 19 del presented a significantly higher overall response rate(ORR) for EGFR-TKI treatment(55.2%vs.43.7%,P = 0.017) and had a longer progression-free survival(PFS) after first-line EGFR-TKI treatment(14.4 vs.11.4 months,P = 0.034) compared with those with L858 R mutations.However,no statistically significant difference in overall survival(OS) was observed between the two groups of patients.T790 M mutation status was analyzed in 88 patients before EGFR-TKI treatment and 134 after EGFR-TKI treatment,and there was no significant difference in the co-existence of T790 M mutation with EGFR 19 del and L858 R mutations before EGFR-TKI treatment(5.6%vs.8.8%,P = 0.554)or after treatment(24.4%vs.35.4%,P = 0.176).In addition,24 patients with EGFR 19 del and 19 with L858 R mutations were analyzed by NGS,and no significant difference in the presence of multiple somatic mutations was observed between the two genotypes.Conclusions:Patients with EGFR 19 del exhibit longer PFS and higher ORR compared with those with L858 R mutations.Whether the heterogeneity of tumors with EGFR 19 del and L858 R mutations contribute to a therapeutic response difference needs further investigation.Jiang-Yong Yu Si-Fan Yu Shu-Hang Wang Hua Bai Jun Zhao Tong-Tong An Jian-Chun Duan Jie Wang 2016Chinese Journal of Cancer2016,35,4:19
8Influence of obstacle disturbance in a duct on explosion characteristics of coal gas显示文摘In combination with experimental research,numerical simulation is performed to investigate the influence law of the obstacles in a duct on the explosion flame of premixed coal gas and air. The numerical method uses upwind WENO scheme and two-step chemical reaction model. The interaction mechanism is addressed between the compression wave from reflection on the right end of the duct and flame propagation. The reflected wave is found to result in the decrease of flame velocity. On this basis,we analyze the mechanism of the obstacles on flame as well as the law of flow field variation thus caused. The results suggest that,due to the obstacles,deflagration wave is repeatedly reflected,combustible gas mixture is fully compressed,temperature and pressure rise,chemical reaction speed increases,and hence flame intensity is strengthened. At the same time,a tripe point forms as a result of wall reflection of the deflagration wave from the obstacles and furthermore local flame speed increases. As the triple point propagates forward,the flame speed gradually decreases due to dissipation of energy. 9Finite element method based on combination of 'saddle point' variational formulations显示文摘A modified mixed/hybrid finite element method, which is no longer required to satisfy the Babuska-Brezzi condition, is referred to as a stabilized method Based on the duality of vanational principles in solid mechanics, a new type of stabilized method, called the combinatorially stabilized mixed/hybrid finite element method, is presented by weight-averaging both the primal and the dual 'saddle-point' schemes. Through a general analysis of stability and convergence under an abstract framework, it is shown that for the methods only an inf-sup inequality much weaker than Babuska-Brezzi condition needs to be satisfied. 12Hierarchy modeling of subsurface palaeochannel reservoir architecture显示文摘The studies on fluvial reservoir architecture are mainly aimed at outcrop and modern deposition,but rarely at the subsurface reservoir,so there are few effective methods to predict the distribution of subsurface reservoir architectures. In this paper,taking the meandering river reservoir of Guantao formation Gudao Oilfield,Jiyang depression,Baohai Gulf Basin,East China as an example,the archi-tectural modeling method of complex meandering belt reservoir is proposed,that is hierarchy con-straint,pattern fitting and multi-dimensional interaction. Architectures of meandering river reservoir can be divided into three hierarchies: meandering channel sandbody,point bar and lateral accretion body. Different hierarchies of the quantitative architecture pattern are fitted to subsurface well data (including dynamic monitoring data) in different hierarchies through one-dimensional hole,2D profiles and plane and 3D space,which are verified by each other. And then 3D model in different hierarchies is established. At the same time,the quantificational relationship between width of active river and the scale of point bar is set up,and the scale of lateral accretion sand body and shale beddings is con-firmed with horizontal well data. 16Existence,uniqueness and stability of C^m solutions of iterative functional equations显示文摘In this paper we discuss a relatively general kind of iterative functional equation G( x, f( x),… , fn(x)) = 0 (for all x∈J), where J is a connected closed subset of the real number axis R, G∈ Cm( Jn+1, R), and n≥2. 18Analysis of EET on Ca increasing the melting point of Mg_(17)Al_(12) phase显示文摘The present investigation showed that the additions of Ca to the alloy AZ91 were mainly dissolved into the Mg17Al12 phase and increased its melting point and thermal stability, which would have great effects on the high-temperature properties of AZ91 alloy. The empirical electron theory (EET) of solid and molecules was used to calculate the valence electron structures (VES) of Mg17Al12 intermetallic compound with and without Ca addition. The results showed that Ca dissolving in Mg17Al12 phase increased the strength of bonds that control the thermal stability of Mg17Al12 phase. Additions of Ca also made the distribution of the valence electrons on the dominant bond network more uniform in the whole unit cell of Mg17Al12. 19A NEW APPROACH FOR THE SOLUTION OF SINGULAR OPTIMUM IN STRUCTURAL TOPOLOGY OPTIMIZATION显示文摘In order to overcome the difficulties caused by singular optima,inthe present paper,a new method for the solutions of structural topology optimizationproblems is proposed.The distinctive feature of this method is that instead of solv-ing the original optimization problem directly,we turn to seeking the solutions of asequence of approximated problems which are formulated by relaxing the constraintsof the original problem to some extent.The approximated problem can be solvedefficiently by employing the algorithms developed for sizing optimization problemsbecause its solution is not singular.It can also be proved that when the relaxationparameter is tending to zero,the solution of the approximated problem will convergeto the solution of the original problem uniformly.Numerical examples illustrate theeffectiveness and validity of the present approach.Results are also compared withthose obtained by traditional methods.郭旭 程耿东 1997Acta Mechanica Sinica1997,13,2:13
