1Change of hs-CRP,sVCAM-1,NT-proBNP levels in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension after therapy with magnesium sulfate and nifudipine显示文摘Objective:To investigate the change of the hs-CRP,sVC AM-1,NT-proBNP levels of the patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension(PIH) syndrome.Methods:A total of 200 patients with PIH were divided into mild,moderate and severe group,and 50 healthy pregnancy patients served as the control group.The serum sVCAM-1 levels were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,hs-CRP were detected by immunity transmission turbidity,and NT-proBNP levels were determined by the colloidal gold method.Patients were treated with magnesium sulfate and nifudipine and the contrastive analysis was performed before and after treatment.And the pathological changes in placental of PIH patients were delected by hematoxylin-eosin staining at the same time.Results:The hs-CRP,sVCAM-l,NT-proBNP levels of patients in the mild, moderate and severe PHI group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The hs-CKP,sVCAM-l,NT-proBNP levels in the severe group were significantly higher than the mild group and the moderate group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hsCRP,sVCAM-l,NT-proBNP of the moderate group were significantly higher than the mild group(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between hs-CRP,sVCAM-1,NT-proBNP expression levels and the degree of the PIH.The expression of hs-CRP,sVCAM-1,NT-proBNP levels of the moderate and the severe group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The number of placental villi and interstitial blood vessel in the moderate and severe PIH group were significantly less than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The increased levels of serum hs-CRP,sVCAM-1, NT-proBNP may be involved in the process of vascular endothelial cell injury of the PIH,and the hs-CRP,sVCAM-1,NT-proBNP can be used as the auxiliary index for diagnosis of PIH and determination of PIH severity.Li Wang Zhi-Qiang Liu Ying-Qian Huo Li-Juan Yao Xue-Gong Wei Yun-Fang Wang 2013Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine2013,6,11:46

3Clinical presentation and early predictors for poor outcomes in pediatric myocarditis:A retrospective study显示文摘BACKGROUND Myocarditis is an important cause of morbidity and mortality in children, leading to long-term sequelae including chronic congestive heart failure, dilated cardiomyopathy, heart transplantation, and death. The initial diagnosis of myocarditis is usually based on clinical presentation, but this widely ranges from the severe sudden onset of a cardiogenic shock to asymptomatic patients. Early recognition is essential in order to monitor and start supportive treatment prior to the development of severe adverse events. Of note, many cases of fulminant myocarditis are usually misdiagnosed as otherwise minor conditions during the weeks before the unexpected deterioration.AIM To provide diagnostic clues to make an early recognition of pediatric myocarditis.To investigate early predictors for poor outcomes.METHODS We conducted a retrospective cross-sectional single-center study from January 2008 to November 2017 at the Pediatric Department of our institution, including children < 18-years-old diagnosed with myocarditis. Poor outcome was defined as the occurrence of any of the following facts: death, heart transplant, persistent left ventricular systolic dysfunction or dilation at hospital discharge(early poor outcome), or after 1 year of follow-up(late poor outcome). We analyzed different clinical features and diagnostic test findings in order to provide diagnostic clues for myocarditis in children. Multivariable stepwise logistic regression analysis was performed using all variables that had been selected by univariate analysis to determine independent factors that predicted a poor early or late outcome in our study population.RESULTS A total of 42 patients [69% male; median age of 8(1.5-12) years] met study inclusion criteria. Chest pain(40%) was the most common specific cardiac symptom. Respiratory tract symptoms(cough, apnea, rhinorrhea)(38%),shortness of breath(35%), gastrointestinal tract symptoms(vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea)(33%), and fever(31%) were the most common non-cardiac initial complaints. Tachycardia(57%) and tachypnea(52%) were the most common signs on the initial physical exam followed by nonspecific signs of respiratory tract infection(44%) and respiratory distress(35%). Specific abnormal signs of heart failure such as heart murmur(26%), systolic hypotension(24%), gallop rhythm(20%), or hepatomegaly(20%) were less prevalent. Up to 43% of patients presented an early poor outcome, and 16% presented a late poor outcome. In multivariate analysis, an initial left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) < 30%remained the only significant predictor for early [odds ratio(OR)(95%CI) = 21(2-456), P = 0.027) and late [OR(95%CI) = 8(0.56-135), P = 0.047) poor outcome in children with myocarditis. LVEF correlated well with age(r = 0.51, P = 0.005),days from the initiation of symptoms(r =-0.31, P = 0.045), and N-terminal probrain natriuretic peptide levels(r = 0.66, P < 0.001), but not with troponin T(r =-0.05, P = 0.730) or C-reactive protein levels(r =-0.13, P = 0.391). N-terminal probrain natriuretic peptide presented a high diagnostic accuracy for LVEF < 30% on echocardiography with an area under curve of 0.931(95%CI: 0.858-0.995, P <0.001). The best cut-off point was 2000 pg/mL with a sensitivity of 90%,specificity of 81%, positive predictive value of 60%, and negative predictive value of 96%.CONCLUSION The diagnosis of myocarditis in children is challenging due to the heterogeneous and unspecific clinical presentation. 4Biomarkers enhance the long-term predictive ability of the KAMIR risk score in Chinese patients with ST-elevation myocardial infarction显示文摘Background:The Global Registry of Acute Coronary Events (GRACE) score is recommended by current ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) guidelines.But it has inherent defects.The present study aimed to investigate the more compatible risk stratification for Chinese patients with STEMI and to determine whether the addition of biomarkers to the Korea Acute Myocardial Infarction Registry (KAMIR) score could enhance its predictive value for long-term outcomes.Methods:A total of 1093 consecutive STEMI patients were included and followed up 48.2 months.Homocysteine,hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP),and N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) were detected.The KAMIR score and the GRACE score were calculated.The performance between the KAMIR and the GRACE was compared.The predictive power of the KAMIR alone and combined with biomarkers were assessed by the receiver-operating characteristic (ROC) curve.Results:The KAMIR demonstrated a better risk stratification and predictive ability than the GRACE (death:AUC = 0.802 vs.0.721,P<0.001;major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE):AUC = 0.683 vs.0.656,P<0.001).It showed that the biomarkers could independently predict death [homocysteine:HR= 1.019 (1.015–1.024),P<0.001;hs-CRP:HR= 1.052 (1.000–1.104),P= 0.018;NT-pro BNP:HR= 1.142 (1.004–1.280),P= 0.021] and MACE [homocysteine:HR= 1.019 (1.015–1.024),P<0.001;hs-CRP:HR= 1.012 (1.003–1.021),P= 0.020;NT-pro BNP:HR= 1.136 (1.104–1.168),P= 0.006].When they were used in combination with the KAMIR,the area under the ROC curve (AUC) significantly increased for death [homocysteine:AUC = 0.802 vs.0.890,Z = 5.982,P<0.001;hs-CRP:AUC = 0.802 vs.0.873,Z= 3.721,P<0.001;NT-pro BNP:AUC= 0.802 vs.0.871,Z = 2.187,P= 0.047;homocysteine,hs-CRP and NT-pro BNP:AUC = 0.802 vs.0.940,Z = 6.177,P<0.001] and MACE [homocysteine:AUC = 0.683 vs.0.771,Z= 6.818,P<0.001;hs-CRP:AUC= 0.683 vs.0.712,Z= 2.022,P= 0.031;NT-pro BNP:AUC= 0.683 vs.0.720,Z= 2.974,P= 0.003;homocysteine,hs-CRP and NT-pro BNP:AUC= 0.683 vs.0.789,Z= 6.900,P<0.001].Conclusion:The KAMIR is better than the GRACE in risk stratification and prognosis prediction in Chinese STEMI patients.A combination of above-mentioned biomarkers can develop a more predominant prediction for long-term outcomes.Jian-Jun Wang Yan Fan Yan Zhu Jian-Dong Zhang Su-Mei Zhang Zhao-Fei Wan Hong-Ling Su Na Jiang 2019Chinese Medical Journal2019,,1:9
5Growth differentiation factor-15 combined with N-terminal prohormone of brain natriuretic peptide increase 1-year prognosis prediction value for patients with acute heart failure: a prospective cohort study显示文摘Background:Clinical assessment and treatment guidance for heart failure depends on a variety of biomarkers.The objective of this study was to investigate the prognostic predictive value of growth differentiation factor-15(GDF-15)and N-terminal prohormone of brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)in assessing hospitalized patients with acute heart failure(AHF).Methods:In total,260 patients who were admitted for AHF in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University were enrolled from April 2012 to May 2016.Medical history and blood samples were collected within 24 h after the admission.The primary endpoint was the all-cause mortality within 1 year.The patients were divided into survival group and death group based on the endpoint.With established mortality risk factors and serum GDF-15 level,receiver-operator characteristic(ROC)analyses were performed.Cox regression analyses were used to further analyze the combination values of NT-proBNP and GDF-15.Results:Baseline GDF-15 and NT-proBNP were significantly higher amongst deceased than those in survivors(P<0.001).In ROC analyses,area under curve(AUC)for GDF-15 to predict 1-year mortality was 0.707(95%confidence interval[CI]:0.648–0.762,P<0.001),and for NT-proBNP was 0.682(95%CI:0.622–0.738,P<0.001).No statistically significant difference was found between the two markers(P=0.650).Based on the optimal cut-offs(GDF-15:4526.0 ng/L;NT-proBNP:1978.0 ng/L),the combination of GDF-15 and NT-proBNP increased AUC for 1-year mortality prediction(AUC=0.743,95%CI:0.685–0.795,P<0.001).Conclusions:GDF-15,as a prognostic marker in patients with AHF,is not inferior to NT-proBNP.Combining the two markers could provide an early recognition of high-risk patients and improve the prediction values of AHF long-term prognosis.Clinical trial registration:ChiCTR-ONC-12001944,http://gffzz62a03ee25e6f4a77hvob0u5ncn90w69ov.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn.Ji Hao Iokfai Cheang Li Zhang Kai Wang Hui-Min Wang Qian-Yun Wu Yan-Li Zhou Fang Zhou Dong-Jie Xu Hai-Feng Zhang Wen-Ming Yao Xin-Li Li 2019Chinese Medical Journal2019,,19:8
6CNP signal pathway up-regulated in rectum of depressed rats and the interventional effect of Xiaoyaosan显示文摘AIM:To investigate the distribution and expressionof C-type natriuretic peptide(CNP)/natriuretic peptide receptor B(NPR-B) in the rectum of a rodent depression model and the interventional effect of Xiaoyaosan(XYS).METHODS:Male rats(n = 45) of clean grade(200 ± 20 g) were divided into five groups after one week of adaptive feeding:primary control,depression model,low dose XYS,middle dose XYS,and high dose XYS.The animal experiment continued for 3 wk.Primary controls were fed normally ad libitum.The rats of all other groups were raised in solitary and exposed to classic chronic mild unpredictable stimulation each day.XYS groups were perfused intragastrically with low dose,middle dose,and high dose XYS one hour before stimulation.Primary control and depression model groups were perfused intragastrically with normal saline under similar conditions as the XYS groups.Three weeks later,all rats were sacrificed,and the expression levels of CNP and NPR-B in rectum tissues were analyzed by immunohistochemistry,real-time polymerase chain reaction,and Western blotting.RESULTS:CNP and NPR-B were both expressed in the rectum tissues of all rats.However,the expression levels of CNP and NPR-B at both gene and protein levels in the depression model group were significantly higher when compared to the primary control group(n = 9; P < 0.01).XYS intervention markedly inhibited the expression levels of CNP and NPR-B in depressed rats.The expression levels of CNP and NPR-B in the high dose XYS group did not significantly differ from the expression levels in the primary control group.Additionally,the high and middle dose XYS groups(but not the low dose group) significantly exhibited lower CNP and NPR-B expression levels in the rectum tissues of the respectively treated rats compared to the untreated depression model cohort(n = 9; P < 0.01).CONCLUSION:The CNP/NPR-B pathway is upregulated in the rectum of depressed rats and may be one mechanism for depression-associated digestive disorders.XYS antagonizes this pathway at least partially.Ping Li Xu-Dong Tang Zheng-Xu Cai Juan-Juan Qiu Xue-Lian Lin Tong Zhu Lawrence Owusu Hui-Shu Guo 2015World Journal of Gastroenterology2015,21,5:8
7Low serum osteocalcin levels are correlated with left ventricular systolic dysfunction and cardiac death in Chinese men显示文摘Osteocalcin is a newly identified type of cytokine secreted by osteoblasts, which has an endocrine function, mediates energy and glycol-lipid metabolism, and is closely related to cardiovascular diseases. In this study, we investigated the value of serum osteocalcin levels in predicting left ventricular systolic dysfunction and cardiac death. A total of 258 patients in the Department of Cardiology were included. Two-dimensional echocardiography was performed in all the subjects. The cardiac death of subjects occurri ng with a media n follow-up of 4.6 years was in formed via phone calls or the electr onic medical records. The serum osteocalcin levels were measured using electrochemiluminescent immunoassay. We found that the median left ventricular ejection fractions (LVEFs) were 62% in men and 63% in women. In the men with a LVEF > 62%, the serum osteocalcin levels were significantly higher than in those with LVEF < 62%(P = 0.042), whereas this differenee was absent in the women. Both the serum osteocalcin (0 = 0.095, P = 0.028) and serum N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-pro-BNP;p =—0.003, P<0.01) levels remained independently significantly correlated with LVEF in the men but not in the women. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) analyses of the men revealed that the serum osteocalcin (P = 0.007), serum NT-pro-BNP (P = 0.018) and serum osteocalcin 4- NT-pro-BNP (P< 0.01) levels were all sign ificant in identify ng left ven tricular systolic dysf un ction at baseli ne, but the pairwise comparisons of the three areas under the curves (AUCs) were all non-significant. The men in the lower osteocalcin level group at baseline suffered a greater risk of future cardiac death than those in the higher osteocalcin level group, whereas the result for NT-pro-BNP exhibited the opposite pattern. 8Effect of atorvastatin on serum oxidative stress and N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide expression in rats显示文摘Objective:To investigate the effect of atorvastatin on serum oxidative stress and N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide expression in rats.Methods:A total of 40 healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into the sham group(Croup A,n=10,saline 5 mL/d),ischemia-reperfusion group(Group B,n=10,saline S mL/d),atorvastatin group(Group C,n=10.atorvastatin 20 mg/kg·d),atorvastatin + N-amino-arginine group(Group D,n=10,atorvastatin 20 mg/kg·d + N-amino arginine 15 mg/kg).Myocardial ischemia-reperfusion rat model was eslablished after 3 days of gavage.N-amino arginine 15 mg/kg was given by tail vein injection 15 min before ischemia.After reperfusion,enzymology indicators such us creatine kinase(CK) and lactate dehydrogenase and the oxidative stress parameters such as nitric oxide(NO),malondialdehyde(MDA) and total superoxide dismutase(TSOD),and n-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)expression was detected by immunohistochemistry.Results:LDH and CK levels of group A were significantly lower than the outer three groups,and group B was the highest.There was significant difference between group B and group C(P<0.05),and no significant difference between group B and group D(P>0.05).MDA levels in group B were significantly higher than the other three groups.The lowest was group A,followed by group C,the difference among groups was significantly(P<0.05).TSOD and NO levels in group B was the lowest,the level in group A was the highest,followed by group C,the difference among groups was significant(P<0.05).NT-proBNP level in group B was significantly higher than the other three groups,the lowest was group A,followed by group C,the difference among groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Atorvastatin has a protective effect on the myocardial injury in the myocardial ischemia and reperfusion rats.It can increase NO synthesis and decrease MDA content,increase serum TSOD activity and the oxidative stress effect,meanwhile protect myocardial cells and reduce myocardial injury.Yan Xu Yu Yang Ying-Quan Luo 2014Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine2014,7,5:3
9Plasma N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide levels in elderly patients with isolated diastolic dysfunction显示文摘To investigate plasma N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-BNP) levels and to assess their clinical significance in elderly patients with isolated diastolic dysfunction. Methods Plasma NT-BNP level were measured by electrochemiluminescence immunoassay in 34 symptomatic patients (Group 1), 34 asymptomatic patients (Group 2) with isolated diastolic dysfunction, and in 16elderly healthy subjects (control group, Group 3), serving controls. Colored Doppler echocardiography was performed to evaluate the patients' cardiac structures and functions. Results The plasma NT-BNP level in Group 1 was significantly higher than those in Group 2 and Group 3 and increased with the severity of heart failure. There was no significant difference of plasma NT-BNP levels between Group 2 and Group 3 (p>0.05). A NT-BNP value of 102.75 pg/mL showed a sensitivity of 88.2%, a specificity of 87.5%, and an accuracy of 88.1% for diagnosing diastolic dysfunction. Patients with restrictive filling pattern on echocardiography had higher NTBNP levels than those of impaired relaxation pattern (1961.2±304.9 versus 460. 1±92.7pg/mL, p<0.001). The recombinant then transformed in the yeast Y33. The expression level of yeast transformants was about 700 μg ANP/L detected by RIA. More than 99% of expression products were secreted in the culture medium. 13Differential effects of atrial and brain natriuretic peptides on human pulmonary artery:An in vitro study显示文摘BACKGROUND The prevalence of cardiovascular diseases,especially heart failure,continues to rise worldwide.In heart failure,increasing levels of circulating atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP)and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)are associated with a worsening of heart failure and a poor prognosis.AIM To test whether a high concentration of BNP would inhibit relaxation to ANP.METHODS Pulmonary arteries were dissected from disease-free areas of lung resection,as well as pulmonary artery rings of internal diameter 2.5–3.5 mm and 2 mm long,were prepared.Pulmonary artery rings were mounted in a multiwire myograph,and a basal tension of 1.61gf was applied.After equilibration for 60 min,rings were pre-constricted with 11.21μmol/L PGF2α(EC80),and concentration response curves were constructed to vasodilators by cumulative addition to the myograph chambers.RESULTS Although both ANP and BNP were found to vasodilate the pulmonary vessels,ANP is more potent than BNP.pEC50 of ANP and BNP were 8.96±0.21 and 7.54±0.18,respectively,and the maximum efficacy(Emax)for ANP and BNP was-2.03 gf and-0.24 gf,respectively.After addition of BNP,the Emax of ANP reduced from-0.96gf to-0.675gf(P=0.28).CONCLUSION BNP could be acting as a partial agonist in small human pulmonary arteries,and inhibits relaxation to ANP.Elevated levels of circulating BNP could be responsible for the worsening of decompensated heart failure.This finding could also explain the disappointing results seen in clinical trials of ANP and BNP analogues for the treatment of heart failure.Azar Hussain Robert T Bennett Zaheer Tahir Emmanuel Isaac Mubarak A Chaudhry Syed S Qadri Mahmoud Loubani Alyn H Morice 2019World Journal of Cardiology2019,11,10:1

16Cardiac output and plasma brain natriuretic peptide are changed and correlated in normal pregnancy and labor显示文摘Background Continuous cardiac output(CO) monitoring and plasma brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) measurement enable clinicians to better understand patients' hemodynamics. However, the trend of CO and plasma BNP in normal pregnant and labor women and their correlation are seldomly studied. Methods Ninety-two women scheduled for vaginal delivery were enrolled in this observational study. A non-invasive CO monitor incorporating the electrical velocimetry algorithm was used to measure CO at pre-defined time points during labor. At the same time, plasma BNP values were determined by using a standard assay. The changes of CO and plasma BNP at pre-defined time points and caused by phenylephrine administration were analyzed. The CO and plasma BNP of forty-four non-pregnant women whom were randomly selected as control group were also analyzed. Results The level of CO in normal pregnancy was higher than that in non-pregnancy and in late pregnancy(P < 0.05). It increased gradually during uterine contraction, reached to the peak value before delivery, and decreased gradually after delivery, approaching the level in late pregnancy(P > 0.05), but higher than that in non-pregnancy(P <0.05). Plasma BNP had the same trend of CO. 17Effects of highly potent atrial natriuretic peptide on circulating reninangiotensin-aldosterone system and cardiac function in dogs with ischemic heart failure显示文摘The effects of highly-potent atrial natriuretic peptide (HPANP) on circulating re nin-angiotensin-aldos-terone system (RAAS) and cardiac function were studied in an acute ischemic heart failure model. HPANP (6 μg/kg and 3 μg/kg) was infused intracoronarily. It was found that both doses of HPANP could cause significant decrease in plasma renin activity (PRA), angiotensin II (AII) and aldosterone (Ald). After the administraticn of HPANP, PRA, AII and Ald in the coronary sinus were decreased by 73. 2% (P<0.01), 68. o% (P<0.01) and 73. 6% (P<0.01), and the hormones in peripheral venous blood by 63. 3% (P<0.01), 53. 3% (P<0.01) and 64. 9% (P<0.01), respectively at the dose of 6 μg/kg. While PRA, AII and Ald in the coronary sinus and in peripheral venous blood decreased by 55. 9%, 55. 3%, 61. 9%, and 54. 0%, 42. 3%, 53, 3%, respectively at the 3μg/kg dose level. At the higher dose, HPANP increased left ventricular systolic pressure (LVSP, +13. 1%, P<0. 05), +dP/dtmax(+24.1 %, P<0.01), -dp/dtmax (+35.9%, P<0.01), and VCE(+28.9%, P<0.05). Mean arterial pressure and left ventricular end-diastolic pressure (LVEDP) were decreased (-15.0%, P<0.01, and 29. 6%, P<0.01, respectively). In contrast, the lower dose caused no significant changes of LVSP, +dp/dtmex,dp/dtmax and VCE(not including LVEDP, - 20. 5 %, P<0.05). 18急性失代偿心力衰竭者利尿前后QRS综合波增幅与脑钠肽的变化显示文摘目的探讨急性失代偿性心衰利尿前后QRS综合波幅值(∑QRSWA)的动态变化和∑QRSWA变化与脑钠肽(BNP)浓度变化的关系。方法测量30例急性失代偿心衰患者利尿前、后12导联的∑QRSWA(12∑QRSWA)、导联Ⅰ+Ⅱ的∑QRSWA(2∑QRSWA)及肢体6导联的∑QRSWA(6∑QRSWA);记录利尿后尿量;测定利尿前后BNP-32浓度、Na+、Cl-、白蛋白、肌酐、血红蛋白及红细胞压积。结果 12∑QRSWA,2∑QRSWA,6∑QRSWA在利尿后第3d,第6d,第9d为154.0±55.0mm,169.7±62.5mm,179.6±65.7mm;16.7±7.5mm,17.8±7.4mm,19.9±8.1mm;44.1±19.5mm,49.7±20.4mm,55.1±24.5mm分别高于治疗前水平(136.4±56.4mm,14.7±7.3mm,33.9±18.4mm)(P<0.01)。第9d血清BNP-32的水平明显低于治疗前的水平(102.7±47.2pg/mlvs2647.9±1951.4pg/ml)(P<0.01)。治疗后第6d较第3d12∑QRSWA、2∑QRSWA及6∑QRSWA的增加值分别与第2个3d尿量较第1个3d尿量的增加值间呈正相关(r=0.514,P<0.01;r=0.463,P=0.01;r=0.504,P<0.01)。治疗后第9d较治疗前12∑QRSWA、2∑QRSWA及6∑QRSWA的增加值分别与血清BNP-32浓度的减少值间呈负相关(r=-0.497,P<0.01;r=-0.435,P<0.05;r=-0.472,P<0.01)。结论Δ∑QRSWA不但可作为评价急性失代偿心衰患者利尿治疗疗效的简单可靠的指标,而且可能作为反映心衰患者利尿治疗后心功能改善的指标。齐心欣 洪华山 2010实用心电学杂志2010,19,6:0
19Meta-analysis on Efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Chinese Drugs in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease after Coronary Revascularization显示文摘[Objectives] To make a systematic evaluation on the therapeutic efficacy and safety of Yiqi Huoxue traditional Chinese drugs combined with western medicine in treatment of coronary heart disease( CHD) after coronary revascularization. [Methods] The literatures were retrieved from China Knowledge Infrastructure( CNKI),Chinese science and technology journal full-text database( VIP database,VIP),Wanfang Data,the Chinese biomedical Database,Pub Med,Embase,and the Cochrane Library. The retrieval time was set to the creation of the database to January 2017. The randomized controlled trial( RCT) was conducted on the comparison between Yiqi Huoxue Chinese drugs combined with western medicine and the western medicine alone in the treatment of CHD after coronary revascularization. The literature information was extracted and the methodological quality of the included literature was evaluated according to the bias risk assessment tool developed by the Cochrane Collaboration. Meta-analysis was performed with the aid of Rev Man 5. 3 software. Coronary artery restenosis rate,angina pectoris treatment efficiency,left ventricular ejection fraction( LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic volume( LVEDV),B-type natriuretic peptide( BNP),6-minute walk test( 6 MWT),and adverse reactions were analyzed. [Results] A total of 29 articles were included,a total of2 518 patients,the literature quality was low. 20SUPPRESSION OF ANGⅡ AFTER ACUTE SALINE LOAD ASSOCIATED WITH THE CHANGES OF PLASMA ANP AND SODIUM METABOLISM IN SALT-SENSITIVE HYPERTENSION PATIENTS显示文摘Objective To observe the changes of plasma AngⅡ,ANP and their relationship with urine sodium excretion in salt sensitive hypertension. Methods The salt sensitivity was determined by acute saline loading test in 173 primary hypertensives of Stage Ⅰ or Stage Ⅱ. Plasma AngⅡand ANP was determined by radioimmunoassay. Results After acute salt load, AngⅡ was suppressed inadequately. The plasma ANP secretion was not increased. The urine sodiun excretion was delayed, Na + in RBC was increased in salt sensitive subjects. The plasma ANP was decreased in the salt sensitive subjects without AngⅡ suppressed. The 24 hours urine sodium excretion was lower than those AngⅡ suppressed.Conclusion The changes of plasma RAS are not homogeneous after salt load.
