1内蒙古中部四子王旗大庙岩体时代及成因显示文摘华北北缘的内蒙古中部地区出露大量晚古生代-早中生代花岗岩类,在空间上构成一条巨大的东西向花岗岩带。四子王旗大庙岩体作为一个典型的代表,以花岗闪长岩为主,其内部普遍发育暗色微粒包体(MMEs),是认识花岗岩岩石成因和演化的关键。本文对包体及寄主岩进行了同位素测年、岩相学、矿物化学、全岩主量元素和微量元素分析。寄主岩石中的锆石LA-ICPMS U-Pb年龄平均为265±7Ma(2σ),包体中单颗粒黑云母Rb-Sr年龄为253±5Ma(MSWD=0.85),属晚二叠世-早三叠世岩浆活动的产物。包体具塑性外形及岩浆结构,存在多种不平衡矿物组合;MME中的斜长石An组分及黑云母斑晶中MgO成分呈多期震荡,同时总体上均显示出幔部高于核、边部的特征,暗示斑晶可能为围岩捕虏晶,这种相似的成分变化指示包体与寄主岩相互作用引起的结晶环境改变,标志着岩浆成分的变化,是岩浆混合的标志之一;主量和微量数据进一步证明岩体的岩浆混合成因。Rb/Sr-K/Rb变化关系反映包体非结晶分异或黑云母堆晶的产物,而Ce/Pb-Ce、Ba-δEU和P_2O_5-δEu图及其他微量元素比值图等均表明花岗闪长岩体发生了岩浆混合作用,这也得到岩浆物理化学条件的支持。岩浆底侵和岩浆混合作用是该区岩体形成的主要机制和方式。岩石地球化学特征表明该岩体不同于加厚地壳和俯冲洋壳熔融的TTG和埃达克质岩石,而黑云母矿物化学和岩石地球化学显示其构造背景很可能为同碰撞环境。章永梅 张华锋 刘文灿 周志广 2009岩石学报2009,25,12:63
2Framework and evolution of the middle Paleozoic orogenic belt between Siberian and North China Plates in northern Inner Mongolia显示文摘A middle Paleozoic subduction-collision orogenic belt between the Siberian and North China Plates has been recognized in Xilinhot-the south of Sonid Left Banner-Erdaojing area, northern Inner Mongolia, China. It comprises five subunits: melange belt, foreland deformation belt, molasse and littoral basin, arc diorite series and syn-collision granitoid series. Evolution history of the orogenic belt can be divided into subduction stage (500-400 Ma) and collision stage (400-320 Ma). The formation of the orogenic belt caused the convergence between the Siberian and North China Plates during the late Devonian. 3Patterns of above-and belowground biomass allocation in China's grasslands:Evidence from individual-level observations显示文摘Above-and belowground biomass allocation not only influences growth of individual plants,but also influences vegetation structures and functions,and consequently impacts soil carbon input as well as terrestrial ecosystem carbon cycling.However,due to sampling difficulties,a considerable amount of uncertainty remains about the root:shoot ratio(R/S),a key parameter for models of terrestrial ecosystem carbon cycling.We investigated biomass allocation patterns across a broad spatial scale.We collected data on individual plant biomass and systematically sampled along a transect across the temperate grasslands in Inner Mongolia as well as in the alpine grasslands on the Tibetan Plateau.Our results indicated that the median of R/S for herbaceous species was 0.78 in China's grasslands as a whole.R/S was significantly higher in temperate grasslands than in alpine grasslands(0.84 vs.0.65).The slope of the allometric relationship between above-and belowground biomass was steeper for temperate grasslands than for alpine.Our results did not support the hypothesis that aboveground biomass scales isometrically with belowground biomass.The R/S in China's grasslands was not significantly correlated with mean annual temperature(MAT) or mean annual precipitation(MAP).Moreover,comparisons of our results with previous findings indicated a large difference between R/S data from individual plants and communities.This might be mainly caused by the underestimation of R/S at the individual level as a result of an inevitable loss of fine roots and the overestimation of R/S in community-level surveys due to grazing and difficulties in identifying dead roots.Our findings suggest that root biomass in grasslands tended to have been overestimated in previous reports of R/S.WANG Liang*,NIU KeChang,YANG YuanHe & ZHOU Peng Department of Ecology,Key Laboratory for Earth Surface Processes of the Ministry of Education,Peking University,Beijing 100871,China. 2010Science China(Life Sciences)2010,53,7:54
4Early Paleozoic subduction of the Paleo-Asian Ocean: Geochronological and geochemical evidence from the Dashizhai basalts, Inner Mongolia显示文摘Zircon U-Pb results of basalt from the Dashizhai Town in Inner Mongolia, NE China, shows that the basaltic lava was erupted at 439±3 Ma, much older than the 'Permian basalts' as previously thought. These rocks show arc-type trace element patterns (i.e., Nb-Ta depletion and light REE and large ion lithophile element enrichment) and unradiogenic Sr and highly radiogenic Nd and Hf isotope compositions. They can be subdivided into two petrogenetic groups: Group 1 basalts have relatively high TiO2, MgO and compatible elements and low Sr and Th, characterized by mid-oceanic ridge basalt (MORB)-type Sr-Nd-Hf isotope compositions (87Sr/86Sr(i)=0.7028―0.7032, εNd(t)=+9.8-+11.2, εHf(t)=+16.1- +18.4). Group 2 has lower TiO2, MgO and compatible elements and higher Sr and Th, and relatively evolved Sr-Nd-Hf isotope compositions (87Sr/86Sr(i)=0.7037-0.7038, εNd(t)=+5.7-+7.3, εHf(t)=+12.6- +13.0). Both groups were interpreted as melts derived from a metasomatized mantle wedge formed during the subduction of Paleo-Asian Ocean. The mantle source for Group 1 was probably a highly isotopically depleted oceanic mantle modified by predominant slab fluids; whereas subducted sediments had an important contribution to the melting source for Group 2. The petrogenesis of the Dashizhai basalts provides clear evidence for early Paleozoic subduction of the Paleo-Asian Ocean, and the highly radiogenic Nd and Hf compositions in these rocks suggest that these lavas and their possible intrusive counterparts were one of the important components for Phanerozoic crustal growth. 5A nearly completely articulated rhamphorhynchoid pterosaur with exceptionally well-preserved wing membranes and 'hairs' from Inner Mongolia, northeast China显示文摘We report a new and nearly completely articu-lated rhamphorhynchoid pterosaur, Jeholopterus ningchen-gensis gen. et sp. nov., with excellently preserved fibres in the wing membrane and 'hairs' in the neck, body and tail re-gions. Many of its characteristics such as a short neck, short metacarpals and distinctively long fifth pedal digit are char-acteristic of rhamphorhynchoids. The new species can be further referred to the ’strange’ short-tailed rhamphorhyn-choid family Anurognathidae. It is much more complete than the other known members of the family, namely, Anurog-nathus from Solnhofen, Germany, Batrachognathus from Karatau, Kazakhstan, and Dendrorhynchoides from Beipiao, Liaoning Province, China. The new pterosaur also shows that the wing membrane is attached to the ankle of the hind limb. The pedal digits are webbed. 6Permian Alkaline Granites in Central Inner Mongolia and Their Geodynamic Significance显示文摘Alkaline granites (Rb-Sr ages 276-286 Ma)occurring in the Bayan Ul-East Ujimqin belt at the southern margin of the Siberian plate originated in a tensional tectonic environment about 60 Ma earlier than the Late Devonian to Early Carboniferous collision between the Siberian and Sino-Korean plates. They belong to post-orogenic A-type granites and may be used as an indicator of the end of the orogeny. At the northern margin of the Sino-Korean plate, however, only late-orogenic calc-alkaline granites occurred during the late Caboniferous-Permian, and alkaline syenites did not appear until the Late Triassic. 7Spatiotemporal dynamics of aboveground primary productivity along a precipitation gradient in Chinese temperate grassland显示文摘Investigating the spatial and temporal variance in productivity along natural precipitation gradients is one of the most efficient approaches to improve understanding of how ecosystems respond to climate change. In this paper, by using the natural precipitation gradient of the Inner Mongolian Plateau from east to west determined by relatively long-term observations, we analyzed the temporal and spatial dynamics of aboveground net primary productivity (ANPP) of the temperate grasslands covering this region. Across this grassland transect, ANPP increased exponentially with the increase of mean annual precipitation (MAP) (ANPP=24.47e0.005MAP, R2=0.48). Values for the three vegetation types desert steppe, typical steppe, and meadow steppe were: 60.86 gm-2a-1, 167.14 gm-2a-1 and 288.73 gm-2a-1 respectively. By contrast, temperature had negative effects on ANPP. The moisture index (K ), which takes into ac- count both precipitation and temperature could explain the spatial variance of ANPP better than MAP alone (ANPP=2020.34K1.24, R2=0.57). Temporally, we found that the inter-annual variation in ANPP (cal- culated as the coefficient of variation, CV) got greater with the increase of aridity. However, this trend was not correlated with the inter-annual variation of precipitation. For all of the three vegetation types, ANPP had greater inter-annual variation than annual precipitation (PPT). Their difference (ANPP CV/PPT CV) was greatest in desert steppe and least in meadow steppe. Our results suggest that in more arid regions, grasslands not only have lower productivity, but also higher inter-annual variation of production. 8Cumulate complex xenoliths in the Early Mesozoic in eastern Inner Mongolia显示文摘Mafic xenoliths occur in Mesozoic diorites from nine localities in eastern Inner Mongolia from the Da Hinggan Mrs. to Huabei craton. Their petrologic and geochemical features suggest that they are an intact suite of cumulate complex whose mineral assemblages contain typical patent mantle metasomatism minerals such as pargosite, phlogopite and apatite. Their REEs and trace element characteristics suggest a comagmatic relationship in these cumulates with different compositions. 10The potential of miR-183 family expression in inner ear for regeneration,treatment,diagnosis and prognosis of hearing loss显示文摘miRNA-183 family, in normal biology, is expressed in a harmonious and stable manner in the neurosensory organs and cells. Studies have also shown that miRNA-183 family, in different pathways, affects the neurosensory development, maintenance, survival and function. In addition, it has potential neuroprotective effects in response to neurosensory destructive stimulations. miRNA-96 mutation causes hereditary deafness in humans and mice, and therefore affects the inner ear activity and its maintenance. Certain roles have been identified for mi R-96 in the maintenance and function of the inner ear. The comparison of the target genes of family-183 in transcriptomes of newborn and adult hair cells shows that hundreds of target genes in this family may affect development and maintenance of the ears. 11内蒙古太平沟钼矿床流体包裹体特征及成矿动力学背景显示文摘太平沟斑岩型钼矿床位于大兴安岭北段,处于东西向古生代古亚洲构造成矿域和北北东向中新生代滨西太平洋构造成矿域的转换、叠合部位。该矿床形成于131.5~127.5Ma,是大陆内部构造-岩浆活化的产物,成矿系统发育于早白垩世初期华北及中国东部构造体制由挤压向伸展转变的背景下。太平沟钼矿的流体成矿过程包括早、中、晚3个阶段,分别以石英-黄铜矿-黄铁矿、石英-黄铁矿-辉钼矿和石英-碳酸盐组合为特征。石英中发育水溶液型、含/富CO_2型和含子矿物型流体包裹体,子矿物包括石盐、黄铜矿等,但晚阶段仅发育水溶液型包裹体。成矿早、中、晚各阶段流体包裹体的均一温度分别集中在320~390℃、240~320℃和140~200℃,盐度变化为从>66.8 wt%NaCl eqv.、2.4 wt%~33.8 wt%NaCl eqv.到<10 wt%NaCl eqv.。流体系统由早阶段的高温、高盐度、富CO_2的岩浆热液,经流体沸腾、CO_2逸失、温度降低等过程导致大量金属硫化物沉淀,演化为晚阶段低温、低盐度、贫CO_2的大气降水热液。王建国 张静 王圣文 张达 祁小军 吴淦国 赵丕忠 2009岩石学报2009,25,10:11
12Daily variation characteristics of CO2 emission fluxes and contributions of environmental factors in semiarid grassland of Inner Mongolia, China显示文摘Fixed field experimental studies are carried out on daily variations of the undis- turbed community and soil respiration fluxes in different phenological phases of 2001―2002 in semiarid Aneurolepidium chinense steppe of Inner Mongolia, China using static black chamber method. Corresponding statistical analysis of the contributions of the water-heat factors (air temperature, ground temperature, surface soil water content) and ecological factors (above- ground biomass, underground biomass, litter biomass) to daily variation law of the undisturbed community and soil respiration fluxes as well as differences in daily respiration are also con- ducted. The results indicate that undisturbed community and soil respiration have apparent daily variation laws, daily variation patterns of respiration fluxes during different phenological phases are basically the same, and the variations of environmental factors only exert effect on CO2 emission intensities, while the effect on daily variation pattern of grassland CO2 emission fluxes is relatively small. The daily total respiration of the undisturbed community in different phenological phases ranges from 1.34―10.13 g·m?2; soil daily total respiration ranges from 0.98―5.17 g·m?2; both daily variations of undisturbed community and soil respiration fluxes are significantly corre- lated (p < 0.05) or extremely significantly correlated (p < 0.01) with air temperatures and ground surface temperatures, but the correlativity with the soil temperature at 5 and 10 cm depths is relatively weak; multiple regression analysis indicates that about 80% of the difference in daily respiration of the undisturbed community among different phenological phases is induced by the variation of the aboveground biomass, while the variations of the remaining factors can jointly explain around 20% of the daily respiration variations of the whole grassland ecosystem; about 83% of the soil daily respiration variation of the different phenological phases is caused by 0―20 cm underground biomass. 15Latest progress on interactions between VLF/ELF waves and energetic electrons in the inner magnetosphere显示文摘Interactions between very/extremely low frequency (VLF/ELF) waves and energetic electrons play a fundamental role in dynamics occurring in the inner magnetosphere. Here, we briefly discuss global properties of VLF/ELF waves, along with the variability of the electron radiation belts associated with wave-particle interactions and radial diffusion. We provide cases of electron loss and acceleration as a result of wave-particle interactions primarily due to such waves, and particularly some preliminary results of 3D evolution of phase space density from our currently developing 3D code. We comment on the existing mechanisms responsible for acceleration and loss, and identify several critical issues that need to be addressed. 16Holocene grassland vegetation, climate and human impact in central eastern Inner Mongolia显示文摘Phytolith and pollen preserved in the Taipusi Banner paleosol profile, central eastern Inner Mongolia, provide evidence of Holocene grassland vegetation, climate and human impact. The combined phytolith and pollen records reveal a major change in vegetation composition about 5000 a BP. Before 5000 a BP, the vegetation was dominated by Aneurolepidium Chinese-Stipa grandis grassland of C4 grasses. After 5000 a BP, C4 grasses rapidly retreated, indicating a shift to colder and more arid conditions. The gradual invasion of Stipa krylovii, Ag-ropyron desertorum, Ephedra, Chenopodiaceae and Caragana reveal the onset of grassland degeneration. Between 10000 and 8720 a BP, the Aneurolepidium Chinese-Stipa grandis grassland included a small proportion of Artemisia shrub and Echionopos type plants, implying a strong winter monsoon and very weak summer monsoon. From 8720 to 7000 a BP, C4 grasses were common, indicating a strengthening of the summer monsoon. Between 7000 and 5000 a BP, the Holocene thermal maximum was evident, with a significant expansion of C4 grasses and the presence of some trees (such as Pinus and Betula, and so on) in or near the study site. From 4200?000 a BP, a sandy grassland of Artemisia and Agropyron desertorum together with Aster-type taxa occurred. Precipitation amelioration took place between 3000 and 2170 a BP, with a rapid development of Echinops type plants and a small expansion of C4 grasses. 17Characterization and application of PBA fiber optic chemical film sensor based on fluorescence multiple quenching显示文摘The three types of structure of the pyrenebutyric acid of fiber optic chemical film sensor were stud-ied by fluorescence multiple quenching. They are, for different test samples and purposes, respectively general, three-way and combined. A tri-cup method was designed to demonstrate the multiple quenching of response mechanism, and a relationship formula of mathematical approach was established. The response mechanism was shown to include the dynamic quenching , inner-filter effects and/or resonance energy transfer. To show the response characterization in a series of organic and inorganic quenchers, a new concept of apparent quenching coefficient Kq was advanced. This kind of sensor has been used in continuous and in situ monitoring of the dissolution rate of drug tablets, on line and in situ monitoring of some organic therapeutic drugs in biological fluid and Cr( VI ) in industrial waste water. 18New prospects in the diagnosis and treatment of immune-mediated inner ear disease显示文摘Autoimmune inner ear disease(AIED) represents a very fertile research field and the advancements in the understanding of this disease have a direct application not only in patients affected with this condition but also in other inner ear disorders that share the same injury mechanism, damage to the inner ear hair cells. AIED also presents many challenges that have still to be overcome. Firstly, access to the inner ear is limited, as many interventions such as biopsies can result in great irreversible damage. Secondly, there are no completely specific markers for AIED. Lack of a definitive diagnosis can result in the treatment of patients not affected with the disease and, therefore, no response. Finally, some patients become refractory to glucocorticoids and new therapies are needed. This review offers an overview of the animal models that have contributed to the understanding of AIED pathophysiology, the value of currently available diagnostic tests, and therapeutic options, with a special focus on new therapies for non responders or patients refractory to glucocorticoids. Among these new options for therapy, biological agents have been tested recently, whereas gene and stem celltherapy may have a role in the future. The signals of Earth's free oscillations were perfectly re-corded by the superconducting gravimeter C0-32 at Wuhan station in China. After the pre-treatment and spectral analysis on the observational data from Wuhan station,we obtained more than ninety EFO modes including 42 fundamental modes,2 radial modes and 49 harmonic modes. On the basis of the discussions on some observed harmonic modes and abnormal splitting phenomena,we considered that the real rigidity might be lower than the theoretical prediction of PREM model in the inner core and however the anisotropy of compressive wave was brightly higher than the present estimations in the inner core. 20Discovery of double-peaking potassic volcanic rocks in Langshan Group of the Tanyaokou hydrothermal- sedimentary deposit, Inner Mongolia, and its indicating significance显示文摘It is revealed that the protolith of gray-light brown potash-feldspar-leucogranulites and granulites in the 2nd formation of the LG in Tanyaokou deposit are quartz kerotophyre of synsedimentary eruption based on the following facts and features: (1) The rocks look compact and homogeneous without obvious crystals with naked eyes; (2) they contain blastoporphyritic or glomeroporphyritic and blasto-crystalloclastic crystals consisting of quartz with wavy extinction and albite with obvious alteration and deformation; (3) they also contain radiated and fibrous blasto-microspherulitic texture and swallow-tailed bifurcate and blasto-hollow-skeleton crystal texture, representing the rapid cooling characteristic of the magma during submarine volcanic eruption; (4) the major chemical compositions of the rocks are: SiO2 = 70.80%―76.00%, K2O (4.83%―6.22%)>Na2O(2.78%―3.80%), and K2O+Na2O = 8.63%―9.00%; and (5) their petro-chemical diagrams indicate that they are volcanic rocks. Together with the characteristic that they occur in the same sequence with potassic spilite (SiO2 = 46.12%―50.68%, K2O = 4.23%―5.93%>Na2O = 2.15%―3.14%, K2O+Na2O = 6.51%―8.08%), it can be confirmed that the vol-canics occurring in the 2nd Formation of the LG in Tanyaokou district are double-peaking potas-sic volcanic rocks. The discovery, together with the tuffs with ore minerals and the distribution of lead isotopic as well as the value of Co/Ni of pyrites >1 showing the obvious endogenic metali-zation, can prove that the Tanyaokou deposit is an untypical SEDEX-type deposit formed in the extension fault basin in the Mesoproterozonic aulacogen of the northern margin of the North China Platform, and its metallogenesis is related to the synsedimentary volcanic activities and the hydrothermal exhalation, and both the ore-forming material source and volcanics came from mantle or lower crust. These facts mentioned above, together with the meta-volcanic rocks (double-peaking) found in the Dongshengmiao and Huogeqi districts and the host stratigraphic sequence of LG, can further prove that the Mesoproterozoic aulacogen of passive continental margin of Langshan-Zhaertaishan area had been unevenly expanded. This provides some in-formation and new approaches for the study on tectonic-hydrothermal events in Lang-shan-Zhaertaishan aulacogen and their evolutionary process, hydrothermal dynamical source, the relationship between the volcanic activities and the ore-forming process, the regional ore-forming regularity as well as for the correlation with the similar deposits abroad.PENG Runmin1, ZHAI Yusheng1, WANG Zhigang2 & HAN Xuefeng2 1.
