Hybridizing grey wolf optimization with differential evolution for global optimization and test scheduling for 3D stacked SoC显示文摘A new meta-heuristic method is proposed to enhance current meta-heuristic methods for global optimization and test scheduling for three-dimensional(3D) stacked system-on-chip(SoC) by hybridizing grey wolf optimization with differential evolution(HGWO). Because basic grey wolf optimization(GWO) is easy to fall into stagnation when it carries out the operation of attacking prey, and differential evolution(DE) is integrated into GWO to update the previous best position of grey wolf Alpha, Beta and Delta, in order to force GWO to jump out of the stagnation with DE's strong searching ability. The proposed algorithm can accelerate the convergence speed of GWO and improve its performance.Twenty-three well-known benchmark functions and an NP hard problem of test scheduling for 3D SoC are employed to verify the performance of the proposed algorithm. Experimental results show the superior performance of the proposed algorithm for exploiting the optimum and it has advantages in terms of exploration.Aijun Zhu Chuanpei Xu Zhi Li Jun Wu Zhenbing Liu 2015Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2015,26,2:83
德国历史学派与19世纪经济学方法论之争的启示显示文摘In the mid-19th century, out of their dissatisfaction with the neglect of the economic theories about other countries’ experiences in the British classic economics, the economists in the German Historical School worked hard to construct an economic theory that was congruent to the developmental stage in their own country’s culture and history. Their deeply-cherished concern about the reality in a transitional era when Germany was approaching modernization drove them to propose that the living condition of the working class be improved by the power of the state. In the late 80’s of the same century, the Methodenstreit of German Historical School versus the Austrian School broke out, after which the mainstream economics was well on its way in terms of theoretical refinement and scrutiny, whereas the influence from the Historical School gradually subsided. Even so, the lessons from the Historical School are still enlightening to research in contemporary social sciences. This paper describes the unique basics in the theory building of the Historical School; explains the background and meaning of its academic origin, research methodology, and the Methodenstreit; and from there, discusses implications for contemporary social sciences.何蓉 2005社会2005,25,3:15

Two personification strategies for solving circles packing problem显示文摘Two personification strategies are presented, which yield a highly efficient and practical algorithm for solving one of the NP hard problems——circles packing problem on the basis of the quasi-physical algorithm. A very clever polynomial time complexity degree approximate algorithm for solving this problem has been reported by Dorit S.Hochbaum and Wolfgang Maass in J. ACM. Their algorithm is extremely thorough-going and of great theoretical significance. But, just as they pointed out, their algorithm is feasible only in conception and even for examples frequently encountered in everyday life and of small scale, it is the case more often than not that up to a million years would be needed to perform calculations with this algorithm. It is suggested toward the end of their paper that a heuristic algorithm of higher practical effectiveness should be sought out. A direct response to their suggestion is intented to provide.黄文奇 许如初 1999Science China(Technological Sciences)1999,42,6:12
Coupling effects of coal pillars of thick coal seams in large-space stopes and hard stratum on mine pressure显示文摘Concerning the issue of mine pressure behaviors occurred in fully mechanized caving mining of thick coal seams beneath hard stratum in Datong Mining Area, combined with thin and thick plate theory, the paper utilizes theoretical analysis, similar experiments, numerical simulations and field tests to study the influence of remaining coal pillars in Jurassic system goaf on hard stratum fractures, as well as mine pressure behaviors under their coupling effects. The paper concludes the solution formula of initial fault displacement in hard stratum caused by remaining coal pillars. Experiments prove that coupling effects can enhance mine pressure behaviors on working faces. When inter-layer inferior key strata fractures, mine pressure phenomenon such as significant roof weighting steps and increasing resistance in support. When inter-layer superior key strata fractures, the scope of overlying strata extends to Jurassic system goaf, dual-system stopes cut through, and remaining coal pillars lose stability. As a result, the bottom inferior key strata also lose stability. It causes huge impacts on working face, and the second mine pressure behaviors. These phenomena provide evidence for research on other similar mine strata pressure behaviors occurred in dual-system mines with remaining coal pillars.Xia Binwei Jia Jinlong Yu Bin Zhang Xuan Li Xiaolong 2017International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2017,27,6:9
Constitutive model for methane desorption and diffusion based on pore structure differences between soft and hard coal显示文摘This paper aims to improve the accuracy and applicability of gas diffusion mathematical models from coal particles. Firstly, a new constitutive model for gas diffusion from coal particles with tri-disperse pore structure is constructed by considering the difference in characteristics between soft coal and hard coal. The analytical solution is then derived, that is, the quantitative relationship between gas diffusion rate(Qt/Q_∞) and diffusion time(t), The pore structure parameters of soft coal and hard coal from Juji coal mine are determined. Gas diffusion rules are numerically calculated and investigated by physical simulation methods. Lastly, the applicability of this model is verified. The results show that the homogeneous model only applies to the gas diffusion process of hard coal during the initial 10 min. The calculation results from this model and the physical experimental results of soft coal and hard coal are nearly identical during the initial 30 min.Liu Yanwei Wang Dandan Hao Fuchang Liu Mingju Mitri Hani S. 2017International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2017,27,6:8
Assessment of strain bursting in deep tunnelling by using the finite-discrete element method显示文摘Rockbursting in deep tunnelling is a complex phenomenon posing significant challenges both at the design and construction stages of an underground excavation within hard rock masses and under high in situ stresses. While local experience, field monitoring, and informed data-rich analysis are some of the tools commonly used to manage the hazards and the associated risks, advanced numerical techniques based on discontinuum modelling have also shown potential in assisting in the assessment of rockbursting. In this study, the hybrid finite-discrete element method(FDEM) is employed to investigate the failure and fracturing processes, and the mechanisms of energy storage and rapid release resulting in bursting, as well as to assess its utility as part of the design process of underground excavations.Following the calibration of the numerical model to simulate a deep excavation in a hard, massive rock mass, discrete fracture network(DFN) geometries are integrated into the model in order to examine the impact of rock structure on rockbursting under high in situ stresses. The obtained analysis results not only highlight the importance of explicitly simulating pre-existing joints within the model, as they affect the mobilised failure mechanisms and the intensity of strain bursting phenomena, but also show how the employed joint network geometry, the field stress conditions, and their interaction influence the extent and depth of the excavation induced damage. Furthermore, a rigorous analysis of the mass and velocity of the ejected rock blocks and comparison of the obtained data with well-established semi-empirical approaches demonstrate the potential of the method to provide realistic estimates of the kinetic energy released during bursting for determining the energy support demand.Ioannis Vazaios Mark S.Diederichs Nicholas Vlachopoulos 2019Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2019,11,1:8
Weakening effects of hydraulic fracture in hard roof under the influence of stress arch显示文摘For the problem of hydraulic fracture propagation when weakening the hard roof in fully mechanized top-coal caving stope of ultra-thick coal seam, based on the stress arch theory and the fracture mechanics, a two-dimensional model for hydraulic fracture of the roof in the stope was established to investigate the propagation laws of hydraulic fracture. The result shows that, after mining, the principal stress direction of overlaying rock deflects to form the stress arch, whose arrow height and arch thickness increase with the increase of the mining width and the side pressure coefficient. Within the influence range of stress arch, the hydraulic fracture in hard roof deflects towards the stope direction in the course of propagation and forms the ‘‘arch' fracture, which cuts off the roof below the fracture in a laminated way. The deflection angle of hydraulic fracture increases with the increase of the mining width, but decreases with the increase of the side pressure coefficient and the fractured horizon. This research can provide theoretical basis for the application of hydraulic fracturing method in the stope roof weakening.Xia Binwei Zhang Xuan Yu Bin Jia Jinlong 2018International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2018,28,6:7
Etching‐assisted femtosecond laser modification of hard materials显示文摘With high hardness, high thermal and chemical stability and excellent optical performance, hard materials exhibit great potential applications in various fields, especially in harsh conditions. Femtosecond laser ablation has the capability to fabricate three-dimensional micro/nanostructures in hard materials. However, the low efficiency, low precision and high surface roughness are the main stumbling blocks for femtosecond laser processing of hard materials. So far, etching- assisted femtosecond laser modification has demonstrated to be the efficient strategy to solve the above problems when processing hard materials, including wet etching and dry etching. In this review, femtosecond laser modification that would influence the etching selectivity is introduced. The fundamental and recent applications of the two kinds of etching assisted femtosecond laser modification technologies are summarized. In addition, the challenges and application prospects of these technologies are discussed.Xue-Qing Liu Ben-Feng Bai Qi-Dai Chen Hong-Bo Sun 2019Opto-Electronic Advances2019,2,9:6

Extensive full-thickness eyelid reconstruction with rotation flaps through 'subcutaneous tunnel' and palatal mucosal grafts显示文摘· AIM: To reconstruct the extensive full-thickness defects of eyelids is a challenge for the plastic surgeon because of their complex anatomy and special functions. This article presents and discusses an improved surgical technique in which the orbicularis oculi myocutaneous flap is rotated through a 'subcutaneous tunnel' in conjunction with a palatal mucosal graft employed for lining.·METHODS: Data from 22 eyes with extensive full-thickness eyelid defects from various causes between2009 and 2013 were analyzed in this study. After the different layers of eyelid were separated completely, a temporally based orbicularis oculi myocutaneous flap was designed following fishtail lines and was mobilized, leaving the base of the pedicle intact with a submuscular tissue attachment. The flap was then rotated through a 'subcutaneous tunnel' to the defect, and the donor site was closed primarily. Posterior lamellar reconstruction was performed with a mucosal graft harvested from the hard palate.·RESULTS: All the flaps were survived without any healing problems. There was no corneal irritation, flap contraction, or significant donor-site morbidity in the follow-up period. The incision scars were almost invisible. The defects were repaired completely, and the evaluations showed satisfactory function and appearance.·CONCLUSION: This technique is an improved singlestage operation and can be applied to repair large, full-thickness eyelid defects from various causes. With our method, the functional and aesthetic results can be obtained in either the upper or lower eyelids.Jian-Xia Cheng Lan Zuo Xin-Yu Huang Ji-Zhe Cui Shuai Wu Yuan-Yuan Du 2015International Journal of Ophthalmology(English edition)2015,8,4:6
Exchange bias for ferromagnetic/antiferromagnetic bilayers with the uniaxial anisotropy being misaligned with the exchange anisotropy显示文摘Using the principle of minimal energy and S-W model, the exchange bias for ferromagnetic/antiferro-magnetic bilayers has been investigated when the uniaxial anisotropy is misaligned with the exchange anisotropy. According to the relation between the energy of the bilayer and the orientation of ferro-magnetic magnetization,it is found that the bilayer will be in the monostable state or bistable state when the external field is absent in the initial magnetization state. The monostable state or bistable state of the bilayer, which determines the angular dependence of exchange bias directly,is controlled by the competition between the exchange anisotropy and uniaxial anisotropy. When the applied field is parallel to the intrinsic easy axes and intrinsic hard axes, one of the switching fields of the hysteresis loop shows an abrupt change, while the other keep continuous by analyzing the magnetization reversal processes. Consequently, the exchange bias field and the coercivity will show a jump phenomenon. The numerical calculations indicate that both the magnitude and direction of the exchange anisotropy will significantly affect the angular dependence of exchange bias. The jump phenomenon of exchange bias is an intrinsic property of the bilayer, which is dependent on the interfacial exchange-coupling constant, the orientation of the exchange anisotropy, the thickness and uniaxial anisotropy constant of the ferromagnetic layer.BAI YuHao1 & YUN GuoHong1,2 1 College of Physical Science and Technology,Inner Mongolia University,Hohhot 010021,China 2 Key Laboratory of Physics and Chemistry of Functional Materials,College of Physics and Electronic Information,Inner Mongolia Normal University,Hohhot 010022,China 2009Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2009,52,12:5
Rockburst characteristics of several hard brittle rocks:A true triaxial experimental study显示文摘Rockburst is a typical rock failure which frequently threatens both human life and construction equipment during highly stressed underground excavation.Rock lithology is a control factor of rockburst. In this paper, rockburst tests were conducted on rectangular prismatic specimens of six types of intact hard brittle rocks,i.e.granodiorite,granite,marble,basalt,sandstone and limestone, under one-free-face true triaxial loading conditions. With the use of high-speed cameras,an acoustic emission(AE)system and a scanning electron microscope(SEM),rockburst of different rocks was investigated. The results show that the strainbursts of granodiorite, granite and marble were accompanied by tensile splitting near the free face, and consequently were relatively strong with a large amount of fragment ejection and kinetic energy release. For basalt, sandstone and limestone, failure was primarily dominated by shear rupture. The strainbursts of basalt and sandstone were relatively small with minor fragment ejection and kinetic energy release;while no burst failure occurred on limestone due to its relatively low peak strength.Rock strength, fracturing and fragmentation characteristics, and failure modes of different rocks can significantly affect rockburst proneness and magnitude. The AE evolution coupled with SEM analysis reveals that the differences in the inhe rent microstructures and fracture evolution under loading are the primary factors accounting for different rockbursts in various rock types.Shaobin Zhai Guoshao Su Shunde Yin Bin Zhao Liubin Yan 2020Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2020,12,2:4
Hard X-Ray Modulation Telescope(HXMT) Mission显示文摘The HXMT mission concept consists of a slat-collimated hard X-ray detector assembly sensitive in 20~250 keV with a collection area of about 5000 cm2. Based on the reconstruction technique by direct demodulation developed in recent years, HXMT is mainly devoted to performing a hard X-ray all-sky imaging survey with both high sensitivity and high spatial resolution. It can also be used to make pointed observations of X-ray sources to study their spectroscopic and temporal properties in details. The main detector of HXMT consists of 18 individual cylindrical NaI(T1)/CsI(Na) phoswich modules, each with anarea of 283.5 cm2 and a field of view of 5.7°× 1.1° (FWHM). Its spatial resolution and position accuracy are 5′ and 1′ by using the direct demodulation in 1994, and in 2000 its feasibility and technical demonstration study was selected as a project under the Major State Basic Research Program of China. In October 2005, this project entered the full design phase and was listed as a candidate for the first dedicated astronomy satellite around 2010. We are now also considering secondary low energy instruments for this satellite.LI Tipei ZHANG Shuangnan LU Fangjun 2006空间科学学报2006,26,z1:4
A numerical modelling approach to assess the behaviour of underground cavern subjected to blast loads显示文摘The paper gives an insight into the behaviour of large underground caverns which are subjected to blast loads. Caverns are generally constructed in hard rock formation which compels us to use blasting methods for the excavation works. Comparative study was done between models with intact rock mass and discontinuities to assess the stability of cavern as a result of blast loads. Numerical modelling was performed with 3 dimensional distinct element code(3 DEC) to analyse the performance of cavern walls in terms of displacement and to compute peak particle velocities(PPV) both around the cavern periphery and at surface of models. Results showed that the velocity wave with higher frequency exhibited large displacements around the periphery of cavern. Computation of PPV showed that model with horizontal joint sets showed lower PPV in comparison to model with intact rock mass. PPV values were also analysed on the surface for model consisting vertical joints spaced at 4 m intervals. Comparative study of PPV on surface vertically above the blast location between models with horizontal joints spaced at 4 m and vertical joints at 4 m intervals were conducted. Results depicted higher magnitudes of PPV for model with vertical joints in comparison to model with horizontal joints.Saikat Kuili Vedala Rama Sastry 2018International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2018,28,6:3
Mechanical electrodeposition of bright nanocrystalline nickel显示文摘A new mechanical electrodeposition technology was proposed, and nanocrystalline nickel deposit with bright and smooth surface was prepared in the bath without any additive agents. Unlike traditional methods, the novel technology employed dynamical hard particles to continuously polish the cathode surface and disturb the nearby solution during electrodepositing. Experimental results showed that the polishing effect of hard particles can effectively prevent the hydrogen bubbles and impurities from adhering on the deposit surface and avoid the production of pits, pinholes and nodules. Furthermore, comparing with the deposit prepared by traditional methods, the one prepared by the novel technology was substantially refined with grain size ranging from 30 to 80 nm. Every diffraction peak's intensity of the deposit was reduced, the preferential orientation degree of (200) decreased and those of (111) and (220) increased. The microhardness notably increased. The magnetic properties were also changed with decreased saturation magnetization and increased coercive force. It was also found that variation of current density and cathode rotational speed could affect the structure and properties of the nickel deposits prepared by this technology.ZHU ZengWei ZHU Di QU NingSong 2008Science China(Technological Sciences)2008,51,7:3
Application of grey relational analysis based on Taguchi method for optimizing machining parameters in hard turning of high chrome cast iron显示文摘High chrome white cast iron is particularly preferred in the production of machine parts requiring high wear resistance. Although the amount of chrome in these materials provides high wear and corrosion resistances, it makes their machinability difficult. This study presents an application of the grey relational analysis based on the Taguchi method in order to optimize chrome ratio, cutting speed, feed rate, and cutting depth for the resultant cutting force (Fr) and surface roughness (Ra) when hard turning high chrome cast iron with a cubic boron nitride (CBN) insert. The effect levels of machining parameters on Fr and Ra were examined by an analysis of variance (ANOVA). A grey relational grade (GRG) was calculated to simultaneously minimize Fr and Ra. The ANOVA results based on GRG indicated that the feed rate, followed by the cutting depth, was the main parameter and contributed to respo ses. Optimal levels of parameters were found when the chrome ratio, cutting speed, feed rate, and cutting depth were 12%, 100m/min, 0.05mm/r, and 0.1mm, respectively, based on the multiresponse optimization results obtained by considering the maximum signal to noise (SIN) ratio of GRG. Confirmation results were verified by calculating the confidence level within the interval width.Ali Kalyon Mustafa Giinay Dursun Ozyiirek 2018Advances in Manufacturing2018,6,4:3
A COMBINATORIAL APPROACH TO THE OXIDATION RESISTANCE OF (Ti,Al)N AND Ti-Al-Si-N HARD COATINGS显示文摘The increasing complexity of modern functional materials leads to the demand of acost efficient tool for the development of new products. One possible approach to thisquestion is the adaptation of combinatorial methods to the specific requirements of ma-terials industry. These methods, originally developed for the pharmaceutical industry, have recently been applied to the screening of superconductive, magnetoresistant andphotoluminescent materials. The principle of these combinatorial approaches is thedeposition of large materials libraries in one process combined with fast methods forthe determination of the resulting properties. In this paper, the deposition and charac-terization of laterally graded materials libraries (composition spread) is presented. Thefilms have been deposited by reactive magnetron sputtering, using two or three metallictargets at a low angle to the substrate surface as well as a system of apertures. Toillustrate the advantages of combinatorial approaches for the development of advancedmaterials, the multicomponent metastable hardcoatings (Ti, Al)N and Ti-Al-Si-N arediscussed with special emphasis on the relations between structure and composition onthe one hand and the oxidation resistance of these coatings on the other. The resultsillustrate that the composition spread approach is a powerful and cost efficient tool forthe development and optimization of new multicomponent functional materials.R. Cremer D. 19Development and evaluation of corrosion resistant coating for expandable rock bolt against highly corrosive ground conditions显示文摘Expandable rock bolts are widely used in hard rock mines as an efficient ground control product. However, capacity and service life can be significantly reduced if the metallic body is subjected to corrosion. In some hard rock mines in the U.S., highly corrosive ground conditions exist, and it has been reported that inflatable rock bolts have corroded within a few months after installation. To provide mining industry a cost-effective inflatable bolt and combat the corrosion issues, Jennmar Corporation, Inc.,and its subsidiary Keystone Mining Services, LLC(KMS), analyzed corroded bolt samples, identified root causes, evaluated properties of various coating materials, and developed a new inflatable rock bolt,Python M3^(TM), that is protected with an innovative PyFlexU2^(TM)coating.The new generation Python M3^(TM) features improved steel chemistry for reliable performance, modified profile for better inflation, and surface preparation and coating application. The PyFlexU2^(TM)is impervious to liquid and air, durable, and UV resistant. With a flexible, adhesive, and highly corrosion-resistant undercoating, and a very hard sacrificial surface coating, the PyFlexU2^(TM)coating system provides the Python M3^(TM)superior protection against chemical corrosion and physical scratch damage. The under-coating has exceptional flexibility and adhesion to prevent coating micro-cracks or fractures after bolt inflation and possesses excellent corrosion resistance to acids(pH < 3), alkalis(p H > 11), fuels, and salt solvents. The corrosion and scratch resistant PyFlexU2^(TM)coating offers very effective bolt protection for extra longevity in highly corrosive environments. The Python M3^(TM)coated with PyFlexU2^(TM)has been tested in the most challenging conditions, including laboratory corrosion tests in extreme acidic and basic solvents, rock slurry, and borehole scratch insertion tests. With demonstrated corrosion and scratch resistance, the product has been greatly welcomed by hard rock mines in the West and is currently installed in large scale. This paper identifies the root causes of the bolt corrosion, discusses the analysis process, and details laboratory and underground tests carried out on the Python M3^(TM)coated with PyFlexU2^(TM).The Python M3^(TM)and PyFlexU2^(TM) are subjects covered by pending U.S.Patent Applications assigned to FCI Holdings Delaware, LLC.Kevin Jinrong Ma John Stankus Dakota Faulkner 2018International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2018,28,1:3
Pressure relief and structure stability mechanism of hard roof for gob-side entry retaining显示文摘In order to explore the pressure relief and structure stability mechanism of lateral cantilever structure in the stope under the direct coverage of thick hard roof and its impact on the gob-side entry retaining, a lateral cantilever fractured structural mechanical model was established on the basis of clarification for the stress environment of gob-side entry retaining, and the equation of roof given deformation and the balance judgment for fracture block were obtained. The optimal cantilever length was proposed based on the comparison of roof structural characteristics and the stress, deformation law of surrounding rocks under six different cantilever lengths by numerical simulation method. Double stress peaks exist on the sides of gob-side entry retaining and the entry located in the low stress area. The pressure of gob-side entry retaining can be relieved by reducing the cantilever length. However, due to the impact of arch structure of rock beam, unduly short cantilever would result in insufficient pressure relief and unduly long cantilever would bring larger roof stress which results in intense deformation. Therefore, there is optimal cantilever length, which was 7-8 m in this project that enables to achieve the minimum deformation and the most stabilized rock structure of entry retaining. An engineering case of gob-side entry retaining with the direct coverage of 10 m thick hard limestone roof was put forward, and the measured data verified the reasonability of conclusion.韩昌良 张农 李宝玉 司光耀 郑西贵 2015Journal of Central South University2015,22,11:3
