1经阴道彩色多普勒超声对深部浸润型子宫内膜异位症的诊断显示文摘目的探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声在诊断深部浸润型子宫内膜异位症(DIE)中的价值。方法回顾性分析经阴道彩色多普勒超声中DIE的声像图特点,总结检测方法及DIE的超声图像特征。结果 53例DIE中,39.6%异位于宫颈后方直肠前壁;33.9%位于直肠子宫陷窝;16.9%位于直肠阴道隔;5.7%位于子宫骶韧带;1.9%异位于膀胱;1.9%位于子宫颈前间隙。结论经阴道多普勒超声检查对于DIE有一定的诊断价值。沙恩波 王丽旻 王慧 荆春丽 2019中国生育健康杂志2019,30,2:22

4Research and development of gas induced semi-solid process for industrial applications显示文摘Several rheocasting processes are developed or applied worldwide in the metal forming industry.One of the new rheocasting processes is the gas induced semi-solid(GISS) process.The GISS process utilizes the principle of rapid heat extraction and vigorous local extraction using the injection of fine gas bubbles through a graphite diffuser.Several forming processes such as die casting,squeeze casting,gravity casting,and rheo-extrusion of the semi-solid slurries prepared by the GISS process have also been conducted.The GISS process is capable of processing various alloys including cast aluminum alloys,die casting aluminum alloys,wrought aluminum alloys,and zinc alloys.The GISS process is currently developed to be used commercially in the industry with the focus on forming semi-solid slurries containing low fractions solid(< 0.25) into parts.The research and development activities of the GISS process were discussed and the status of the industrial developments of this process was reported.J.WANNASIN S.JANUDOM T.RATTANOCHAIKUL R.CANYOOK R.BURAPA T.CHUCHEEP S.THANABUMRUNGKUL 2010中国有色金属学会会刊:英文版2010,20,S3:8

7MECHANICAL STABILIZATION OF DEFORMED AUSTENITEDURING CONTINUOUS COOLING TRANSFORMATION IN AC-Mn-Cr-Ni-Mo PLASTIC DIE STEEL显示文摘The influence of prior austenite deformed at different temperature on the subsequent continuous cooling bainitic transformation has been investigated in an C-Ma-Cr-Ni-Mo plastic die steel. The results show that the prior deformation in low temperature region of austenite retards significantly the bainitic transformation. For the same continuous cooling schedule, as austenite deformed at lower temperature, the quantity of the classical sheaf-like bainite becomes less. 9Semi-solid rheocasting of grain refined aluminum alloy 7075显示文摘Near-net shape rheocasting with the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research Rheo casting system(CSIR-RCS) and a high pressure die casting machine was successfully performed on Al-5Ti-1B grain refined aluminum alloy 7075.Grain refinement levels used were 0.03% Ti,0.13% Ti and 0.29% Ti(mass fraction).Tensile tests reveal that the ultimate tensile strengths,at all levels of grain refinement,are at least 97% of the specified minimum.Elongation at fracture increases with the increase of level of grain refinement although a maximum elongation is only 76% of the required minimum elongation in the case of 0.29% Ti.Incipient melting,during solution treatment,of the low melting point multinary eutectic causes porosity in the material and accounts for poor elongation results.0.03% Ti has a coarse eutectic structure forming larger pores while 0.29% Ti has a fine structure forming fine pores in the multinary eutectic.The 0.2% offset yield strengths of all the grain refinement levels are at least equal to or above the specified minimum and a decrease is observed with the increase of grain refinement level.There is a clear reduction in grain size from 0.03% Ti to 0.29% Ti in the as-cast condition.An underlying grain structure develops in the T6 condition material which has an inverse size to the as-cast structure;coarse grained as-cast material results in fine grained T6 condition material after solution heat treatment.The decrease in the offset yield strength as grain refinement increases correlates very strongly with the T6 grain sizes according to a Hall-Petch type relationship.U.A.CURLE G.GOVENDER 2010中国有色金属学会会刊:英文版2010,20,S3:7
10Gating system optimization of high pressure die casting thin-wall AlSi10MnMg longitudinal loadbearing beam based on numerical simulation显示文摘High pressure die casting(HPDC) is a kind of near net shape manufacturing method. However, air entrapment in HPDC parts has serious effects upon the casting quality. In order to reduce the air entrapment defects in a AlSi10 MnMg alloy thin-wall longitudinal load-bearing beam produced by HPDC, different gating systems were designed and simulated by software Flow-3D to evaluate the entrapped air. Simulation results showed that when the beam is produced by the original designed gating system with a middle ingate, there exist obvious air entrapments in the critical area; the volume of air entrapment was reduced by replacing the middle ingate to an overflow well, and the filling of molten metal became more stable. When the middle ingate was removed for further improvement, the volume of air entrapment was decreased drastically. 13Sprayformed Hot Work Steels for Rapid Tooling显示文摘The present work compares microstructures of hot work steels made by different processes, that is, by sprayforming,by casting, and a commercially supplied H13 steel. Material benefits are recognized by sprayforming hot working tools such as die inserts for hot forging. The sprayformed hot work steels present a fine and homogeneous microstructure,which implies that, at a similar toughness level, the sprayformed steel can be higher alloyed, so that the thermal fatigue and wear resistance at elevated temperatures can be improved. A series of steels with higher vanadium content than commercial hot work steels are developed. There are no segregation and carbide network problems usually encountered in conventional ingot/forging processed high-vanadium steels. Microstructure and hardness of the new sprayformed steels are studied under different heat treatment conditions. It is justified that these sprayformed steels can be directly used for tooling without high temperature hardening. 15Effect of Cu addition on microstructures and tensile properties of high-pressure die-casting Al-5.5Mg-0.7Mn alloy显示文摘In this study, Cu was added into the high-pressure die-casting Al-5.5 Mg-0.7 Mn(wt%) alloy to improve the tensile properties. The effects of Cu addition on the microstructures, mechanical properties of the Al-5.5 Mg-0.7 Mn alloys under both as-cast and T5 treatment conditions have been investigated. Additions of 0.5 wt%, 0.8 wt% and 1.5 wt% Cu can lead to the formation of irregular-shaped Al2 CuMg particles distributed along the grain boundaries in the as-cast alloys. Furthermore, the rest of Cu can dissolve into the matrixes. The lath-shaped Al2 CuMg precipitates with a size of 15–20 nm × 2–4 nm were generated in the T5-treated Al-5.5 Mg-0.7 Mn-x Cu(x = 0.5, 0.8, 1.5 wt%) alloys. The room temperature tensile and yield strengths of alloys increase with increasing the content of Cu. Increasing Cu content results in more Al2 CuMg phase formation along the grain boundaries, which causes more cracks during tensile deformation and lower ductility. Al-5.5 Mg-0.7 Mn-0.8 Cu alloy exhibits excellent comprehensive tensile properties under both as-cast and T5-treated conditions. The yield strength of 179 MPa, the ultimate tensile strength of 303 MPa and the elongation of 8.7% were achieved in the as-cast Al-5.5 Mg-0.7 Mn-0.8 Cu alloy, while the yield strength significantly was improved to 198 MPa after T5 treatment.Lingyang Yuan Liming Peng Jingyu Han Baoliang Liu Yujuan Wu Juan Chen 2019Journal of Materials Science & Technology2019,35,6:4

20Novel methodology for casting process optimization using Gaussian process regression and genetic algorithm显示文摘High pressure die casting (HPDC) is a versatile material processing method for mass-production of metal parts with complex geometries,and this method has been widely used in manufacturing various products of excellent dimensional accuracy and productivity. In order to ensure the quality of the components,a number of variables need to be properly set. A novel methodology for high pressure die casting process optimization was developed,validated and applied to selection of optimal parameters,which incorporate design of experiment (DOE),Gaussian process (GP) regression technique and genetic algorithms (GA). This new approach was applied to process optimization for cast magnesium alloy notebook shell. After being trained,using data generated by PROCAST (FEM-based simulation software),the GP model approximated well with the simulation by extracting useful information from the simulation results.
