1倾斜式冷却剪切技术制备Al-3%Mg半固态合金坯料显示文摘应用自行设计倾斜式冷却剪切实验装置,对制备Al-3%Mg半固态合金坯料进行研究,分析工艺条件对半固态合金组织的影响,以及半固态合金坯料的二次加热组织及最优二次加热工艺。结果表明,采用倾斜式冷却剪切技术可以制备具有良好组织的Al-3%Mg合金半固态坯料。获得了制备半固态Al-3%Mg合金坯料的最优工艺条件:浇注温度660-680℃;倾角40°~60°。在合理的二次加热工艺条件下,可获得优良的适于进行触变成形的半固态合金组织。二次加热的最优工艺条件为:加热温度620~63℃;保温时间90~120min。管仁国 康立文 杜海军 温景林 崔建忠 2006中国有色金属学报2006,16,5:17
2Microstructure behavior and metal flow during continuously extending-extrusion forming of semisolid A2017 alloy显示文摘A self-designed test machine of continuously semisolid extending extrusion was made to produce the flat bar of A2017 alloy. The slurry of A2017 alloy with spherical or elliptical structures was obtained. During manufacturing semisolid A2017 alloy by the proposed process, the spherical grain was formed with the application of the large force provided by the rough roll. By controlling the casting temperature, the products of A2017 alloy with fine surfaces and rectangular transections of 14 mm×25 mm were produced. The microstructure of the product is fine with the stripped appearance. 3Three-dimensional analysis of the modified sloping cooling/shearing process显示文摘A self-designed setup of modified sloping cooling/shearing process was made to prepare the semisolid Al-3wt%Mg alloy. A three-dimensional simulation model was established for the analysis of preparing the semisolid Al-3wt%Mg alloy. Through simulation and experiment, it is shown that the sloping angle of the plate greatly affects temperature and velocity distributions, and the temperature and velocity of the alloy at the exit of the sloping plate increase with the increase of the sloping angle. The alloy temperature decreases linearly from the pouring mouth to the exit. The alloy temperature at the exit increases obviously with the increase of pouring temperature. 4Effects of vibration and grain refiner on microstructure of semisolid slurry of hypoeutectic Al-Si alloy显示文摘The effects of vibration and grain refiner on the microstructure of semisolid slurry of hypoeutectic Al-Si alloy were studied. The impact of vibration on the convection of liquid was conducted by using a system of water-particle tracer. The 356 melt at temperature of 630-660 ℃ with or without grain refiner Al-5%Ti-1%B was poured into a metal cup as the vibrating vessel, then it was cooled to 590-610 ℃ in the semisolid zone and kept for some time, subsequently vibration with different frequencies was applied. The results show that the primary α(Al) particles become finer and rounder with the increase of vibration frequency. The slurry with primary α(Al) equivalent particle diameter(EPD) of about 90 μm and average shape coefficient(ASC) of about 0.5 can be prepared under vibration of 20 Hz. With the combined action of vibration and grain refiner Al-5Ti-B, even smaller and rounder spheroids with EPD of about 85 μm and ASC of about 0.6 are obtained.赵君文 吴树森 谢礼志 安萍 毛有武 2008中国有色金属学会会刊:英文版2008,18,4:7

6新型倾斜式冷却剪切技术三维数值模拟显示文摘自行设计制造了改进的倾斜式冷却技术试验装置,用来制备半固态Al-3%Mg合金坯料。建立了模拟制备半固态Al-3%Mg合金三维分析模型。结果表明:冷却斜板的倾角对合金温度场与速度场分布具有明显影响,出口温度与速度随斜板倾角增大而增大,合金温度沿合金中心线从浇口到出口基本成线性逐渐降低。合金出口温度随着浇注温度的提高而明显升高。为制备具有良好质量的半固态Al-3%Mg合金坯料,倾角θ=45°比较合理,浇注温度控制在650℃~660℃的温度范围,不能高于700℃。谢丰广 管仁国 李雪 刘相华 2009轻合金加工技术2009,37,1:0
