| 1 | 导电聚苯胺在润滑脂中的导电能力及减摩抗磨性能的研究显示文摘采用导电高分子材料—聚苯胺粉末作为润滑脂导电添加剂,合成新型电力复合脂。分别对制备的电力复合脂的体积电阻率以及接触电阻(铜片)进行测试,并采用往复摩擦磨损试验机对其室温下在钢-铜,钢-钢摩擦副的摩擦学性能进行研究。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察金属表面并利用能谱分析仪(EDS)对表面元素成分进行分析。结果表明,聚苯胺粉末能够将基础脂的体积电阻率降低2个数量级;当添加量为2%时,在钢-铜、钢-钢摩擦副上均可获得最好的减摩效果;当添加量为5%时,也可在多数情况下获得好的抗磨效果。EDS分析结果表明,在润滑脂中添加聚苯胺粉末能在金属表面生成含氮化学反应膜,同时聚苯胺可以抑制摩擦过程中氧与金属的反应。 | 胡亦超 夏延秋 | 2017 | 机械工程学报2017,53,21: | 7 |
| 2 | Tribological behavior of black phosphorus nanosheets as water-based lubrication additives显示文摘Black phosphorus(BP)with a layered structure has been used gradually as a lubrication additive in the tribological area.In this study,BP powders are produced via an easy method of high-energy ball milling using red phosphorus as a raw material.Subsequently,BP nanosheets are prepared via liquid exfoliation in N-methyl pyrolidone solvent.The tribological behavior of BP nanosheets as water-based lubrication additives(BP-WL)is evaluated under Ti6Al4V(TC4)/GCr15 contact.The results suggest that the 70 mg/L BP-WL sample exhibits excellent lubrication performance,whose coefficient of friction(COF)and ball wear rate reduced by 32.4%and 61.1%,respectively,compared with those of pure water.However,as the load increased,the tribological properties of BP-WL reduced gradually because of the agglomeration of BP nanosheets.Based on tribological experiments and worn surface analysis,boundary lubrication mechanisms are proposed.The friction reduced,which is primarily attributed to the low interlaminar shear and adsorption of BP nanosheets.In addition,a tribochemical reaction film comprising TiO_(2),Al_(2)O_(3),and Fe_(2)O_(3)effectively protects the surface of titanium alloy/steel from wear.This new water-based lubrication additive can be used to process titanium alloys. | Qingjuan WANG Tingli HOU Wei WANG Guoliang ZHANG Yuan GAO Kuaishe WANG | 2022 | Friction2022,10,3: | 3 |

| 6 | Tribological performance of ionic liquid-lubricated carbon brush/collector ring current-carrying friction system显示文摘The lubricity and anti-wear ability of ionic liquids(ILs)were studied by a current-carrying friction test on IL-lubricated carbon brushes.The results indicated that the conductivity and wear resistance of different ILs are different,and may vary for different carbon brushes.The E468e carbon brush was found to be more sensitive to IL lubrication than D172 carbon brush.Importantly,an analysis of the wear surfaces of the D172 and E468e carbon brushes revealed that,due to the different materials of the two carbon brushes and the composition of the IL,the lubrication effect on the carbon brushes was different.The viscosity of the IL will affect its wettability on the carbon brush surface.The better the wettability,the easier the movement of ions on the surface,which makes it easier to form a conductive physical adsorption film.Therefore,in practice,a better IL must be selected by considering the wettability of IL and carbon brushes. | Yang Fu Hongling Qin Xiang Xu Xiaolong Zhang Zhiguang Guo | 2020 | Biosurface and Biotribology2020,6,4: | 1 |
