1Comparable Characterization of Nanocellulose Extracted from BleachedSoftwood and Hardwood Pulps显示文摘In this study, the characteristics of nanocellulose extracted from bleached softwood and hardwood pulps by formic acid hydrolysis followed by TEMPO-mediated oxidation were compared using transmission electron microscopy(TEM), atomic force microscopy(AFM), Fourier transform infrared analysis(FT-IR), X-ray diffraction(XRD), and thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA). The experimental results showed that the nanocellulose products derived from spruce pulp exhibited a relatively larger particle size, higher crystallinity, and higher thermal stability, compared with the corresponding products obtained from aspen pulp under the same conditions.Furthermore, the study helped establish that the properties of the nanocellulose products were highly dependent on the nature of the starting materials under identical processing conditions.Bin Li WenYang Xu Dennis Kronlund Jan-Erik Eriksson Anni Maattanen Stefan Willfor ChunLin Xu 2018Paper And Biomaterials2018,3,4:7
2仿贝壳层状MTM/PVA/ANF复合薄膜的制备及其性能研究显示文摘通过水蒸发诱导自组装(A)和真空辅助抽滤(F)及其与离心处理(C)组合4种不同方法制备仿贝壳层状结构的蒙脱土/聚乙烯醇/芳纶纳米纤维(MTM/PVA/ANF)复合薄膜,并采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、原子力显微镜(AFM)、热重分析仪(TGA)、紫外分光光度计、动态接触角测试仪和拉伸测试仪对复合薄膜的微观结构、热稳定性、透光率、亲水性和力学性能进行表征。结果表明,不同方法(A、CA、F和CF)制得的复合薄膜都呈明显的层状结构,但复合薄膜的透光率、亲水性和力学性能不同。通过F法制备的复合薄膜具有更高的透光率和更好的疏水性;通过CF法制备的复合薄膜具有最优的力学性能,拉伸强度可达132.4 MPa,而通过A法制备的复合薄膜韧性最佳,断裂伸长率可达11.3%。马秦 司联蒙 骆志荣 陆赵情 2020中国造纸学报2020,35,3:3
