| 1 | 变化环境对城市暴雨及排水系统影响研究进展显示文摘近年来,变化环境(气候变化和城镇化)导致城市暴雨的发生频率或强度增加,加剧了城市暴雨洪涝问题。因此,分析变化环境对城市暴雨及排水系统的影响对城市水资源规划管理、市政规划设计和城市防灾减灾有着重要意义。总结了未来高精度降雨预估技术、变化环境下排水系统设计标准等关键问题的研究进展,综述了变化环境下城市短历时暴雨演变规律及变化环境对城市排水系统影响的研究现状,探讨了变化环境对城市短历时暴雨的影响机理,并归纳了当前研究变化环境对城市暴雨及排水系统影响的主要方法。指出今后应重点加强的研究:(1)加强气候变化和城镇化对城市短历时暴雨影响机制的研究;(2)提升区域气候模式对城市区域下垫面和大气相互作用的描述能力,并加强公里尺度对流可解析模型在城市气候变化影响研究中的应用;(3)加强对变化环境下排水系统设计标准的研究;(4)综合评估气候变化和城镇化对城市排水系统超载、污染物转移和水安全等的影响。 | 熊立华 闫磊 李凌琪 江聪 杜涛 | 2017 | 水科学进展2017,28,6: | 27 |
| 2 | 粤港澳大湾区极端降水的气温响应结构研究显示文摘分析城市化影响下极端降水对气温的响应结构(P-T关系),有助于制定措施以减少城市地区极端天气相关风险。本文基于粤港澳大湾区(GBA)1970—2019年气温和降水站点观测数据,分析GBA的极端降水指标和极端气温指标的演变结构,通过箱元缩放函数构建不同阈值的极端降水对前一日气温(T_(1))和前九日气温(T_(1-9))的响应结构,并探究城市化对P-T关系的影响。结果表明:研究区的P-T关系大致呈极端降水强度随气温增加,极端降水强度先增后减的峰状结构,临界气温约为25℃,这种结构是高温下水汽受限导致的。而城市地区的P-T_(1)关系受台风影响,在T_(1)高于30℃后,极端降水强度再次增加。城市地区极端降水强度平均变率(8.0%/℃~12.5%/℃)高于郊区(6.3%/℃~8.7%/℃),并超过7%/℃的理论变率。 | 陈晓宏 罗佳颖 罗丹 | 2023 | 水力发电学报2023,42,12: | 0 |
| 3 | Asian Urban Environment and Climate Change: Preface显示文摘The Asian Network on Climate Science and Technology(www.ancst.org), in collaboration with Tsinghua University, held a conference on environmental and climate science, air pollution, urban planning and transportation in July 2015, with over 40 Asian experts participating and presentation. This was followed by a meeting with local government and community experts on the practical conclusions of the conference. Of the papers presented at the conference a selection are included in this special issue of Journal of Environmental Science, which also reflects the conclusions of the Paris Climate meeting in Dec 2015, when the major nations of the world agreed about the compelling need to reduce the upward trend of adverse impacts associated with global climate change.
