| 1 | 神经肌肉本体感觉促进疗法在胸椎骨折致脊髓损伤患者术后康复治疗中的临床效果观察显示文摘目的探究在胸椎骨折致脊髓损伤患者术后康复治疗中,应用神经肌肉本体感觉促进疗法的临床效果。方法将选取2015年1月~2017年1月我院收治的80例胸椎骨折致脊髓损伤患者,按照入院先后顺序分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组进行常规术后康复治疗,观察组进行神经肌肉本体感觉促进疗法+常规术后康复治疗,观察对比两组运动评分、SCIMⅢ评分、感觉评分、MBI评分等。结果两组患者在康复干预前,运动评分、SCIMⅢ评分、感觉评分、MBI评分等比较,均无显著差异(P<0.05),干预后,对照组和观察组运动评分、SCIMⅢ评分、感觉评分、MBI评分均有改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组较显著,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在胸椎骨折致脊髓损伤患者术后康复治疗中,应用神经肌肉本体感觉促进疗法的效果良好。 | 陈熹 | 2018 | 现代诊断与治疗2018，29，18： | 1 |
