| 1 | 气相色谱法同时测定水产品中28种多氯联苯同系物显示文摘建立了气相色谱法同时测定水产品中28种多氯联苯同系物的分析方法。该方法用正己烷和二氯甲烷混合溶液超声辅助提取,提取液依次用浓H2SO4、中性Al2O3和弗罗里硅土净化,气相色谱定量,气相色谱串联质谱确证。结果显示,在2.00~200μg/L浓度范围内,28种多氯联苯同系物线性良好,相关系数r〉0.9991;加标量为0.5μg/kg和10.0μg/kg时,加标回收率范围分别为82.4%-106%和88.2%~97.8%,相对标准偏差范围分别为0.34%~5.95%和5.97%~13.3%;方法检测限和定量限范围分别为0.021~0.12μg/kg和0.07~0.40μg/kg。该方法适合批量水产品中28种多氯联苯同系物的同时测定。 | 柯常亮 刘奇 王许诺 陈洁文 王增焕 林颂雄 蔡楠 黄珂 程波 李刘冬 | 2015 | 食品与发酵工业2015,41,7: | 7 |
| 2 | Environmental behaviors of phoxim with two formulations in bamboo forest under soil surface mulching显示文摘Phoxim(emulsifiable concentrate(EC) and granules(G)) has been widely used in bamboo forests. The persistence and magnitude of phoxim residues in the crop and soil must be investigated to ensure human and environmental safety. The environmental behaviors of the two formulations were investigated in a bamboo forest under soil surface mulching conditions(CP) and non-covered cultivation conditions(NCP). The half-lives of phoxim in soil under the two conditions in soil were 4.1–6.2 days(EC) and 31.5–49.5 days(G),respectively. Phoxim in EC could be leached from the topsoil into the subsoil. A minimized leaching effect was observed for G under NCP. Inversely, an enhanced leaching effect was observed for G under CP. The G formulation resulted in more parent compound(in bamboo shoots) and metabolite(in soil) residues of phoxim than in the case of EC, especially under CP conditions. In addition, the intensity and duration of the formulation effect on soil p H adjustment from G were more obvious than that from EC. Results showed that the environmental behaviors(distribution, degradation, residue) of phoxim in the bamboo forest were significantly influenced by the type of formulation. The prolongation effect from phoxim G might cause persistence and long-term environmental risk. | 4 | 箱体实验验证Johnson & Ettinger蒸气入侵模型显示文摘Johnson&Ettinger(J&E)模型是应用广泛的蒸气入侵评估模型,为了验证其对氯代烃类污染物土壤蒸气浓度计算的准确性,构建了箱体模型,模拟1,1,1-三氯乙烷(1,1,1-TCA)蒸气入侵过程,用物理实验方法验证J&E模型评估的准确性及影响因素。结果表明,1,1,1-TCA蒸气迁移速率受土壤孔隙率影响最大,初始源浓度次之,污染源深度影响最小。污染源深度从10cm加深至30cm时,3种土壤的衰减因子(FV)分别降低15%、21%和26%;土壤孔隙率从54.5%增大至61.3%时,3种土壤的FV分别降低22%、27%和34%。对比分析J&E模型预测和实验结果发现,A′、B′、C′3种土壤的固气分配系数(αsg)相对偏差平均值分别为13.3%、10.6%和8.8%,迁移扩散系数β相对偏差范围在0.5%~24.2%。J&E模型更适用于污染源较浅、土壤孔隙率较大的污染场地。当污染源较深时,J&E模型的预测结果偏差较大。 | 芦伟 李忠元 杨洁 刘勇弟 李辉 | 2018 | 华东理工大学学报(自然科学版)2018,44,3: | 2 |
