1污水配制聚合物溶液增黏措施与机理研究显示文摘本文通过正交试验分析胜利油田埕东污水造成配制聚合物溶液黏度降低的主要因素,研制提高污水配聚增黏的处理配方体系。经处理后污水配制的聚合物溶液初始黏度由12.0 m Pa·s提高到32.0 m Pa·s,增黏率达到167%;通过原子力显微镜(AFM)和动态光散射(DLS)对聚合物溶液微观形貌及聚集体粒径观察,分析配方的增黏机理:一方面,氢氧化钠沉淀Fe2+,消除了Fe2+对聚合物聚集体的破坏作用;AFM和DLS显示聚合物溶液聚集体粒径由80.5 nm增加到159.9 nm。另一方面,离子屏蔽剂可屏蔽Ca2+、Mg2+从而减弱了Ca2+、Mg2+对聚合物分子链的卷曲作用;AFM和DLS显示屏蔽剂使聚合物溶液聚集体的粒径由160.1 nm增大到208.5 nm。丁玉娟 张继超 马宝东 周敏 黄漫 李美蓉 郝清滟 2015油田化学2015,32,1:12
2亚铁离子对驱油聚合物溶液黏度的影响及其降黏机理显示文摘采用NaOH沉淀法去除胜坨油田T28区污水含有的亚铁离子(Fe2+),使配制的聚合物溶液黏度增加,通过红外光谱仪(IR)、荧光光谱仪及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对Fe2+的降黏机理进行了分析。结果表明,采用NaOH沉淀法处理Fe2+含量为5.9 mg/L的污水,控制pH=9,聚合物溶液的黏度可由19.17 mPa·s提高到92.50 mPa·s。Fe2+使聚合物大分子发生断链,分子间的缔合作用减弱,破坏了分子链间形成的空间网络结构,导致溶液黏度显著降低;当用NaOH处理Fe2+后形成了Fe(OH)2沉淀而析出,同时使聚合物分子链间形成致密的空间网络结构。黄漫 李美蓉 田兰兰 黄银 马宝东 刘坤 2013应用化学2013,30,12:11
3Preparation of cationic polyacrylamide microsphere emulsion and its performance for permeability reduction显示文摘In this paper, cationic polyacrylamide microspheres(CPAM) were synthesized using acrylamide(AM) and methacryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(TMAEMC) as monomers, ammonium sulfate as dispersant, poly(acryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride)(PAETAC) as dispersion stabilizer, and ammonium persulfate as initiator. The synthetic method was dispersion polymerization. The effects of monomer ratio(AM/TMAEMC), dispersant concentration, and dispersion stabilizer dosage on dispersion polymerization were systematically studied to determine the optimal preparation conditions. The structure and viscosity of the synthesized polymer were characterized by FTIR and capillary viscometry, respectively, and the particle sizes and distribution of the polymer microspheres were characterized by microscopy and dynamic light scattering, respectively. Finally, flow tests were conducted to measure the permeability reduction performance of the microspheres at various concentrations in sand packs with different permeability. 4Pore-scale investigation of residual oil displacement in surfactant–polymer flooding using nuclear magnetic resonance experiments显示文摘Research on the Gangxi III area in the Dagang Oilfield shows that there was still a significant amount of oil remaining in oil reservoirs after many years of polymer flooding.This is a potential target for enhanced oil recovery(EOR).Surfactant–polymer(SP) flooding is an effective chemical EOR method for mobilizing residual oil and improving displacement efficiency macroscopically,but the microscopic oil displacement efficiency in pores of different sizes is unclear.Nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) is an efficient method for quantifying oil saturation in the rock matrix and analyzing pore structures.In this paper,the threshold values of different pore sizes were established from the relationship between mercury injection curves and NMR T2 spectrums.The distribution and migration of residual oil in different flooding processes was evaluated by quantitatively analyzing the change of the relaxation time.The oil displaced from pores of different sizes after the water flood,polymer flood,and the SP flood was calculated,respectively.Experimental results indicate that(1) the residual oil in medium pores contributed the most to the incremental oil recovery for the SP flood,ranging from 40 % to 49 %,and small pores usually contributed \30 %;(2) the residual oil after the SP flood was mainly distributed in small and medium pores;the residual oil in medium pores accounted for 47.3 %–54.7 %,while that trapped in small pores was 25.7 %–42.5 %.The residual oil in small and medium pores was the main target for EOR after the SP flood in oilfields.Zhe-Yu Liu Yi-Qiang Li Ming-Hui Cui Fu-Yong Wang A.G.Prasiddhianti 2016Petroleum Science2016,13,1:5
5Research into polymer injection timing for Bohai heavy oil reservoirs显示文摘Polymer flooding has been proven to effectively improve oil recovery in the Bohai Oil Field. However, due to high oil viscosity and significant formation heterogeneity, it is necessary to further improve the displacement effectiveness of polymer flooding in heavy oil reservoirs in the service life of offshore platforms. In this paper, the effects of the water/oil mobility ratio in heavy oil reservoirs and the dimensionless oil productivity index on polymer flooding effectiveness were studied utilizing relative permeability curves. The results showed that when the water saturation was less than the value, where the water/oil mobility ratio was equal to 1, polymer flooding could effectively control the increase of fractional water flow, which meant that the upper limit of water/oil ratio suitable for polymer flooding should be the value when the water/oil mobility ratio was equal to 1. Mean while, by injecting a certain volume of water to create water channels in the reservoir, the polymer flooding would be the most effective in improving sweep efficiency, and lower the fractional flow of water to the value corresponding toD Jmax. Considering the service life of the platform and the polymer mobility control capacity, the best polymer injection timing for heavy oil reservoirs was optimized. It has been tested for reservoirs with crude oil viscosity of123 and 70 m Pa s, the optimum polymer flooding effectiveness could be obtained when the polymer floods were initiated at the time when the fractional flow of water were10 % and 25 %, respectively. 6污水配制中低分抗盐聚合物溶液粘度影响因素研究显示文摘研究葡北油田深度处理污水对配制新鲜聚合物溶液性能的影响,通过室内模拟方法,研究了污水中悬浮物、硫化物、二价铁离子及三种菌类含量等因素对聚合物溶液粘度的影响。实验结果表明:污水中的悬浮物浓度超20mg/L以上,配制的聚合物溶液粘度快速下降,三种菌、亚铁离子及硫化物对聚合物粘度影响同样严重,含油量对聚合物粘度机会没有影响,因此,在利用污水配制中低分抗盐聚合物时应严格控制污水中悬浮物及其他指标的含量。张洪强 2018化学工程与装备2018,,12:2

8Formation mechanism of micro-flows in aqueous poly(ethylene oxide) droplets on a substrate at different temperatures显示文摘The drying of aqueous poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO) droplet on a substrate at different temperatures was studied.It was found that the contact line receded when the substrate was at a temperature above 60 oC.Different nucleation behavior and surface profiles of PEO films were found in different droplets drying processes.The rheological properties of aqueous PEO solutions were studied to understand the mechanism of contact line recession and micro-flow in drying aqueous PEO droplets.It was found that at low temperature,the contact line was static because of great viscous stress;while at high temperature,it receded because of great Marangoni force and the decrease of viscous stress.It was indicated that Marangoni convection was inhibited by the outward capillary flow and viscous stress at low temperature,whereas it became dominant at high temperature.Two types of mechanism for surface profiles and nucleation of PEO film from drying droplets are proposed,providing a theoretical guide for polymer solution application in oil and gas foam flooding technology.Hu Yin-Chun Zhou Qiong Wang Yu-Feng Song Yun-Yang Cui Li-Shan 2013Petroleum Science2013,10,2:0
9Factors influencing the aggregation behavior of residual associative polymer in produced oily fluids显示文摘The influence of emulsified oil, suspended solids, Fe^(3+), Fe^(2+), cationic water clarifier and sulfate-reducing(SR) bacteria on the aggregation behavior of residual hydrophobic modified polyacrylamide in treated oily wastewater from polymer flooding was studied by fluorescence spectroscopy and dynamic light scattering.The result of I_1/I_3 showed that the polarity of hydrophobic microdomains increased, whereas the size of the hydrophobic microdomains may be decreased, where the value of I_1/I_3 represents the ratio of the intensity of peak I_1(374.0 nm) to that of peak I_3(385.0 nm) of the vibration fine structure of pyrene monomer emission in residual polymer solution.
