1B340-590DP双相高强钢板的动态变形行为显示文摘采用动态拉伸试验方法对双相高强钢B340-590DP的动态变形行为进行了研究,试验的应变速率为0.003~530s-1,得到了不同应变速率下的应力-应变曲线。并对不同应变速率下的材料伸长率、抗拉强度以及显微组织进行了分析。试验结果显示,随着材料应变速率的升高,双相钢材料的流变应力、屈服强度和抗拉强度均随之升高,双相钢材料在中等应变速率范围内的伸长率和成形性最好。双相钢的显微组织分析表明,双相钢变形主要发生在铁素体相内,铁素体晶粒沿着高速拉伸方向被拉长。孟宪明 谢书港 方锐 乔胜华 2015钢铁研究学报2015,27,6:17
2Effects of High Strain Rate on Properties and Microstructure Evolution of TWIP Steel Subjected to Impact Loading显示文摘The mechanical properties of the TWIP steel subjected to impact loading at various strain rates were analyzed by the split Hopkinson pressure bar. Meanwhile the microstructure of the TWIP steel fore-and-aft dynamic deformation was oberseved and analyzed by optical microscope (OM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and transmission electron microscope (TEM). The results show that when the TWIP steel was deformed under dynamic condition, the stress, microhardness and work hardening rate increase with the increase of strain and strain rate; there is decline of work hardening rate for adiabatic temperature rising softening. There are many pin-like deformation twins in the microstructure of the TWIP steel subjected to impact loading, and the grain size after deformation is bigger than that before; the interaction of twins with dislocation and twins with twins, especially emergence of multiple deformation twins are the main strengthening mechanisms of the TWIP steel. 4Efect of high temperature and high strain rate on the dynamic mechanical properties of Fe-30Mn-3Si-4Al TWIP steel显示文摘The dynamic mechanical properties of Fe-30Mn-3Si-4Al twinning induced plasticity(TWIP) steel were studied by the split-Hopkinson pressure bar(SHPB) at temperatures of 298-1073 K and strain rates of 700,2500,and 5000 s-1.The TWIP steel indicates strain rate hardening efect between 700 and 2500-s 1,but it shows strain rate softening efect between 2500 and 5000-s 1.In addition,the strain rate softening efect enhances with an increase in deformation temperature.After deformation,the microstructures were studied by optical microscopy(OM).It is shown that the deformation bands become more convergence,a part of which become interwoven with an increase in strain rate,and the dynamic recovery and recrystallization are enhanced with an increase in both temperature and strain rate.Zhi-ping Xiong Xue-ping Ren Wei-ping Bao Jian Shu Shu-xia Li Hai-tao Qu 2013International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2013,20,9:3

6Through-Thickness Texture Gradient in Hot-Rolled 25Mn-2.5Si-2Al TWIP Steel显示文摘Texture is one of the important factors affecting sheet metal forming performance.The through-thickness texture gradient during the hot-rolling process of twinning induced plasticity(TWIP)steel sheet was investigated using electron backscatter diffraction and X-ray diffraction.With increasing reduction of the TWIP steel,the fraction of∑1 decreased,whereas the fractions of∑3,∑9,and∑27increased.During 53%reduction,a similar trend could be found from its surface to the center.The gradients of intensities of the fibers decreased with increasing hot-rolling reduction.The intensities of face-centered cubic(fcc)shear textures E and Y were higher in the center than that at the surface for both reductions.During 20% reduction,the intensity of fcc plain strain texture S orientation increased from the center to the surface.SU Yu LI Lin FU Ren-yu 2013Journal of Iron and Steel Research(International)2013,20,4:3

9Dependence of Deformation Twinning on Grain Orientation and Texture Evolution of High Manganese TWIP Steels at Different Deformation Temperatures显示文摘Mechanical properties, microstructure and texture evolution were studied in two tensile-deformed high manganese TWIP steels at different temperatures. Special attention was paid to the effects of deformation temperature and grain orientation on twinning behavior. The results showed that, at -70 ℃ and at room temperature, both twins and hexagonal martensite were found in a lower manganese steel of 26Mn. With deformation temperature rising, twins became less and they disappeared at 500 ℃. Strong <111> texture appeared at 300 ℃, while it weakened at 500 ℃ due to the low strain rate and higher stacking fault energy. 10激光焊接速度对高锰塑性诱发孪晶钢组织性能影响显示文摘用CO2连续激光焊接器,以不同焊速焊接Fe-Mn-C系TWIP钢试样。使用OM,SEM观察焊接试样的形貌组织在焊缝区,热影响区,以及基体的变化,并结合XRD检测观察:发现原伴有少许退火孪晶的室温单相奥氏体经单相拉伸变形后有少量γ→ε和γ→ε→α协同大量变形孪晶共存于焊后拉伸试样中,即焊后高锰TWIP钢变形时同时发生TRIP效应和TWIP效应。此外,通过背散射电子衍射技术(EBSD)探讨激光焊接后,不同焊速下焊缝区,热影响区和母材的晶粒取向差与晶界特征变化。结果表明本试验中,激光焊接参数为2.5 kW,2.5 m/min下的试样组织性能最优,对焊钢板可达到32%的延伸率,534 MPa的屈服强度和1 100 MPa的抗拉强度。余懿绳 王涛 史文 李麟 2013上海金属2013,35,6:1
11Supper strong nanostructured TWIP steels for automotive applications显示文摘A ductile and super strong nanostructured twinning-induced plasticity(TWIP) steels were fabricated by cold rolling and recovery treatment.This strong and ductile nanostructured alloy can be used for the anti-intrusion part of body-in-white. Cold rolling was used to produce intensive nano-twins so that the microstructure was greatly refined. Recovery is employed to anneal dislocations for improving the ductility. A physical model is proposed to describe the relationship between the yield stress and the twin density.
