1Removal characteristics of microplastics by Fe-based coagulants during drinking water treatment显示文摘Microplastics have caused great concern worldwide recently due to their ubiquitous presence within the marine environment. Up to now, most attention has been paid to their sources,distributions, measurement methods, and especially their eco-toxicological effects. With microplastics being increasingly detected in freshwater, it is urgently necessary to evaluate their behaviors during coagulation and ultrafiltration(UF) processes. Herein, the removal behavior of polyethylene(PE), which is easily suspended in water and is the main component of microplastics, was investigated with commonly used Fe-based salts. Results showed that although higher removal efficiency was induced for smaller PE particles, low PE removal efficiency(below 15%) was observed using the traditional coagulation process, and was little influenced by water characteristics. In comparison to solution pH, PAM addition played a more important role in increasing the removal efficiency, especially anionic PAM at high dosage(with efficiency up to 90.9%). The main reason was ascribed to the dense floc formation and high adsorption ability because of the positively charged Fe-based flocs under neutral conditions. For ultrafiltration, although PE particles could be completely rejected,slight membrane fouling was caused owing to their large particle size. The membrane flux decreased after coagulation; however, the membrane fouling was less severe than that induced by flocs alone due to the heterogeneous nature of the cake layer caused by PE, even at high dosages of Fe-based salts. 2臭氧/陶瓷膜对生物活性炭工艺性能和微生物群落结构影响显示文摘利用处理量为120m3/d的臭氧/陶瓷膜-生物活性炭(BAC)组合工艺处理微污染原水,对工艺性能和BAC中的微生物多样性和种群结构进行了研究.结果显示,组合工艺可有效去除微污染原水中的有机物和氨氮.臭氧曝气提高了溶解氧浓度,改善了后续BAC工艺对氨氮的去除效果.组合工艺对氨氮和CODMn的总去除率分别约为90%和84%,其中BAC在污染物的去除中发挥了重要作用.组合工艺和传统工艺中BAC床层共检测到36个门类的细菌.与传统BAC工艺相比,臭氧/陶瓷膜降低了后续BAC中微生物群落结构的多样性和均匀度.组合工艺BAC中存在丰度较高的亚硝化单胞菌属和硝化螺旋菌属,可能对氨氮的去除具有重要的作用.臭氧/陶瓷膜对后续BAC中致病菌和条件致病菌有很好的预处理和抑制作用,显著降低了其相对丰度,提高了饮用水的生物安全性.郭建宁 陈磊 张锡辉 王凌云 陶益 盛德洋 2014中国环境科学2014,34,3:21
3臭氧氧化对陶瓷膜超滤工艺降低饮用水中浊度的影响显示文摘利用臭氧陶瓷膜超滤集成工艺,研究了臭氧对陶瓷膜超滤工艺处理不同浊度原水的影响.实验用陶瓷膜平均孔径为100nm.结果表明,与不投加臭氧的情况相比,投加3mg·L-1臭氧可将浊度为14、52、108和510NTU原水的膜通量提高18.2%~104.9%,投加5mg·L-1臭氧可将此值提高至21.7%~116.3%,而投加1~2mg·L-1臭氧对膜通量的改善不明显.投加5mg·L-1臭氧可将CODMn的去除率提高至28.7%~46.9%,投加1~3mg·L-1臭氧对CODMn的去除率无显著影响,膜出水有机物浓度有所升高.臭氧氧化后原水中小分子量有机物增多,降低了膜的有机物污染程度,有利于膜通量改善.集成工艺出水中2~3μm颗粒物数量为10~36个·mL-1.臭氧氧化导致陶瓷膜过滤初期出水中颗粒物数量略微升高.本研究对于水中颗粒物通过陶瓷超滤膜孔的探讨,以及改善膜对颗粒物的去除具有重要的指导意义.郭建宁 张锡辉 胡江泳 王凌云 张建国 盛德洋 2013环境科学学报2013,33,4:9

5Comparison of the effects of aluminum and iron(Ⅲ)salts on ultrafiltration membrane biofouling in drinking water treatment显示文摘Coagulation plays an important role in alleviating membrane fouling, and a noticeable problem is the development of microorganisms after long-time operation, which gradually secrete extracellular polymeric substances(EPS). To date, few studies have paid attention to the behavior of microorganisms in drinking water treatment with ultrafiltration(UF)membranes. Herein, the membrane biofouling was investigated with different aluminum and iron salts. We found that Al_2(SO_4)_3·18 H_2O performed better in reducing membrane fouling due to the slower growth rate of microorganisms. In comparison to Al_2(SO_4)_3·18H_2O,more EPS were induced with Fe_2(SO_4)_3·x18H_2O, both in the membrane tank and the sludge on the cake layer. We also found that bacteria were the major microorganisms, of which the concentration was much higher than those of fungi and archaea. Further analyses showed that Proteobacteria was dominant in bacterial communities, which caused severe membrane fouling by forming a biofilm, especially for Fe_2(SO_4)_3·x18H_2O. Additionally, the abundances of Bacteroidetes and Verrucomicrobia were relatively higher in the presence of Al_2(SO_4)_3·18 H_2O,resulting in less severe biofouling by effectively degrading the protein and polysaccharide in EPS. 6Membrane fouling controlled by coagulation/adsorption during direct sewage membrane filtration(DSMF) for organic matter concentration显示文摘Unlike the role of the membrane in a membrane bioreactor, which is designed to replace a sediment tank, direct sewage membrane filtration(DSMF), with the goal of concentrating organic matters, is proposed as a pretreatment process in a novel sewage treatment concept. The concept of membrane-based pretreatment is proposed to divide raw sewage into a concentrated part retaining most organics and a filtered part with less pollutant remaining, so that energy recovery and water reuse, respectively, could be realized by post-treatment. A pilot-scale experiment was carried out to verify the feasibility of coagulant/adsorbent addition for membrane fouling control, which has been the main issue during this DSMF process. The results showed that continuous coagulant addition successfully slowed down the increase in filtration resistance, with the resistance maintained below 1.0 × 1013m^(-1) in the first 70 hr before a jump occurred. Furthermore,the adsorbent addition contributed to retarding the occurrence of the filtration resistance jump, achieving simultaneous fouling control and chemical oxygen demand(COD)concentration improvement. 8臭氧预氧化对不同孔径陶瓷膜过滤微污染饮用水的影响显示文摘利用臭氧陶瓷膜组合工艺处理受有机物污染的河水,以膜通量、颗粒物和有机物为评价指标研究臭氧预氧化对不同孔径陶瓷膜性能的影响。研究结果表明:与陶瓷膜单独过滤相比,添加1~5 mg/L臭氧后,孔径为200,100和10 nm的陶瓷膜通量分别提高34.2%~38.8%,29.2%~56.4%和7.2%~12.2%。集成工艺能够使浊度降低99%以上,并可去除粒度为2~3μm的颗粒物,孔径为200,100和10 nm陶瓷膜出水颗粒含量分别低于60,40和30个/mL。单独陶瓷膜过滤对原水中CODMn的去除率为15.1%~30.8%。臭氧预氧化后,孔径为10 nm的陶瓷膜对CODMn的去除率提高11.0%~16.7%,但仅5 mg/L臭氧预氧化可显著改善孔径为100和200 nm陶瓷膜去除CODMn的性能,预氧化后去除率分别提高11%和24%;当臭氧投加量低于3 mg/L时,臭氧预氧化导致膜出水中CODMn浓度略微升高;单独膜过滤可去除约10.0%的UV254,集成工艺可将此值提高至12.0%~49.9%。臭氧预氧化是去除UV254的主要原因。郭建宁 张锡辉 王凌云 张建国 盛德洋 胡江泳 2013中南大学学报(自然科学版)2013,44,9:5
9微污染源水的混凝处理及絮体粒径研究显示文摘微污染源水的处理已经成为一个重要课题并在全世界范围内引起广泛关注,其中的浊度、腐殖质等影响到了饮用水水质。混凝是一种安全、实用、高效的水处理技术,而混凝剂是混凝技术的核心,选择一种合适的混凝剂至关重要。以硫酸铝(AS)、聚合氯化铝(PAC)、氯化铁、聚合氯化铁(PFC)等4种混凝剂处理微污染源水,再分别与助凝剂PAM、活化硅酸(ASI)复配使用,PAM与ASI具有较好的吸附架桥能力,大大提高了絮凝效率。通过检测浊度、UV 254、絮体粒径3个指标,得出这4种混凝剂单独使用时的最佳投加量分别为22、18、16、8 mg/L;与PAM复配使用时PAM的最佳投加量分别为0.1、0.1、0.05、0.2 mg/L;与ASI复配使用时ASI的最佳投加量分别为0.5、1.5、1.0、1.0 mg/L。另外,自然水体中有机物的降解会产生腐殖酸,从而污染水质。分别使用聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)、PAC以及两者复配,通过检测混凝后的UV 254以及絮体粒径指标,得出PAM、PAC单独使用时的最佳投加量分别为8、100 mg/L,PAM与PAC复配时PAM的最佳投加量为0.8 mg/L,证明复配可在低投加量下有效增强混凝效果。夏玮 张蕊 吴根宇 马江雅 2020土木与环境工程学报(中英文)2020,42,4:4
10用于印染废水处理的新型膜工艺及耦合反应器显示文摘文章介绍了可用于印染废水深度处理的工业化新型膜集成工艺以及新兴的耦合膜过程及反应器,具体包括混凝/絮凝与膜过程的集成工艺、超滤(UF)和反渗透(RO)/纳滤(NF)组合的双膜工艺以及膜生物反应器(MBR)、二氧化钛光催化膜反应器(PMR)和电催化氧化膜集成工艺(ECOM)等。针对上述五种工艺的特点、运行方式的差异以及印染废水的水质特性,在综述国内外最新研究进展的基础上,结合本课题组已完成的相关研究工作,比较了不同工艺对印染废水的处理效果,分析了相关工艺中膜的材料、结构和膜组器的构型对印染废水处理效果的影响,为膜集成工艺及耦合反应器对印染废水的深度处理和回用提供了切实可行的建议,并对膜耦合技术的发展方向进行了展望。吕伯昇 潘鹏程 张继伟 张国亮 杨志宏 2011环境科学与技术2011,34,5:3
11共价键型有机硅铝复合絮凝剂及混凝效果研究显示文摘以3-三乙氧基硅基丙基三甲基氯化铵作为有机硅源,采用缓慢滴碱法与氯化铝合成了共价键型有机硅铝复合絮凝剂(CBHy C)。研究了该絮凝剂对于浊度、色度和双氯芬酸的去除效果,及制备时不同碱化度B、不同Si与Al摩尔比对其处理效率的影响。结果表明,CBHy C除浊效果良好且优于传统聚合氯化铝(PAC),除浊能力随B、Si与Al摩尔比的提高而增强。该絮凝剂脱色效果良好,在弱酸条件下(p H=6.0)效果与PAC相当;在弱碱性条件下(p H=8.0)脱色效果优于PAC,并随着投加量的增加而提高。同时,该絮凝剂能有效去除典型药品和个人护理品(PPCPs)类污染物双氯芬酸,去除率在90%以上。陈燕 赵华章 王文东 2014水处理技术2014,40,12:3

13Influence of floc dynamic protection layer on alleviating ultrafiltration membrane fouling induced by humic substances显示文摘Cake layer formation is inevitable over time for ultrafiltration(UF)membrane-based drinking water treatment.Although the cake layer is always considered to cause membrane fouling,it can also act as a'dynamic protection layer',as it further adsorbs pollutants and dramatically reduces their chance of getting to the membrane surface.Here,the UF membrane fouling performance was investigated with pre-deposited loose flocs in the presence of humic acid(HA).The results showed that the floc dynamic protection layer played an important role in removing HA.The higher the solution pH,the more negative the floc charge,resulting in lower HA removal efficiency due to the electrostatic repulsion and large pore size of the floc layer.With decreasing solution pH,a positively charged floc dynamic protection layer was formed,and more HA molecules were adsorbed.The potential reasons were ascribed to the smaller floc size,greater positive charge,and higher roughness of the floc layer.However,similar membrane fouling performance was also observed for the negative and positive floc dynamic protection layers due to their strong looseness characteristics.In addition,the molecular weight(MW)distribution of HA also played an important role in UF membrane fouling behavior.For the small MW HA molecules,the chance of forming a loose cake layer was high with a negatively charged floc dynamic protection layer,while for the large MW HA molecules it was high with a positively charged floc dynamic protection layer.As a result,slight UF membrane fouling was induced.Baiwen Ma Siqi Wu Bodong Wang Zenglu Qi Yaohui Bai Huijuan Liu Jiuhui Qu Ruijun Wu 2020Journal of Environmental Sciences2020,32,4:2
14BAC/UF替代砂滤的短流程饮用水处理工艺研究显示文摘利用生物活性炭/超滤(BAC/UF)工艺替代砂滤,将传统饮用水处理工艺改造成以BAC/UF为核心的短流程深度处理工艺。通过测定跨膜压差、有机物和颗粒物等指标,研究了深度处理工艺的效果。结果表明,改造后的深度处理工艺出水浊度〈0.1NTU,大于2μm的颗粒数均值为46个/mL,微生物安全性显著提高。出水CODMn平均为0.81mg/L,比改造前降低了15%。通过强化反冲洗工艺可将跨膜压差控制在40~50kPa之间。经改造后工艺运行成本由0.226元/m^3增加至0.366元/m^3,增加了约0.14元/m^3。BAC/UF替代传统砂滤显著提高了饮用水水质,经济可行,具有椎广应豫潜力。郭建宁 张治 田瑞芝 尤作亮 马军 张金松 2015中国给水排水2015,31,23:2

18Effect of Coagulant Agents on Oily Wastewater Treatment Performance Using Mullite Ceramic MF Membranes: Experimental and Modeling Studies显示文摘In this paper, fouling mechanisms of mullite ceramic membranes for treatment of oily wastewaters in hybrid coagulation-microfiltration(MF) process presented. Hermia's models for cross flow filtration were used to investigate the fouling mechanisms of membranes with various coagulating chemicals concentrations. Four coagulating chemicals(FeCl2 ·4H2 O, FeSO4 ·7H2 O, AlCl3 ·6H2 O and Al2(SO4)3 ·18H2 O) plus Ca(OH)2 of the same concentration were evaluated in the coagulation-MF hybrid process with different concentrations(0, 50 mg·L 1, 100 mg·L 1and 200 mg·L 1). To determine whether the data agree with models under consideration, the coefficients of determination(R2) of all models were compared with one another. In addition, average prediction errors of models were calculated. The results showed that cake filtration model can be applied for prediction of permeation flux decline for MF and coagulation-(MF) hybrid process with the best average error equal to 0.09%. 19亲水性聚偏氟乙烯膜的制备显示文摘通过使用化学改性和共混改性的方法对聚偏氟乙烯膜进行了亲水性改性,制备了亲水性良好的聚偏氟乙烯膜。采用原位聚合的方法制备了PHEMA均聚物。使用合成均聚物对聚偏氟乙烯进行了共混改性制备了亲水性的偏氟乙烯膜。通过使用FT-IR光谱均聚物进行了表征;使用接触角测量仪对制备的亲水性的聚偏氟乙烯膜进行了亲水性测试;使用TGA的方法对亲水性聚偏氟乙烯膜进行了热稳定性的测试。实验表明成功使用PHEMA均聚物并且此均聚物对聚偏氟乙烯膜的亲水性能有很大的提高。刘乾 朱小萍 张书香 2015山东化工2015,44,8:2
