3活性氧化铝除氟研究显示文摘针对目前活性氧化铝饮水除氟中存在的问题,进行了生产性试验研究,通过采用原水投加CO_2气体降低pH值、小颗粒活性氧化铝、大流量短历时的NaOH循环再生法等新技术,提高了活性氧化铝的吸附容量和处理水的能力,克服滤料板结和假疲劳,除氟效果稳定可靠,水质好,再生时间短,用药省,降低了基建投资和运转费用。North China Municipal Engineering Design Institute A full-scale plant was set up for studying the existing problems on the fluoride removal from drinking water by activated alumina. Some new methods was adopted,such as the addition of CO2to reduce water pH value,the use of small-sized activated alumina,and the employment of a cyclic regeneration at large flow rate with NaOH as regenerant,which result in the improvement of adsorption capacity of activated alumina and treatment capacity, the elimination of the hardening of filtration materials and false fatigue,stable and reliable effectiveness,good quality in water,short regeneration time,small consumption of regenerant. 6SOIL SALINITY CONTROL REGARDING SUBSURFACE WATER REGULATION IN NORTH CHINA PLAIN显示文摘The North China Plain (NCP) lying along the eastern coastal area withgeogriaphical coordinates 100°to 120°and 30° to 40°W, is one of the mostimportan agncultural ngons in China. A problem in soil salmization has beenfound in vast areas along the lower reaches of the Yellow hiver and north of it. After30 years of work on saline soil amelioration, 2.0 million ha has been improved,accounting for over 60 percen of the total ongnal saline soil area. Ths achievetnenthas ban obtained in close relation to water conservancy work. The author analyzessalthezation amelioration by using measures concerning subsuffoce water regulation.Ih addition to water conservancy measures, thes paper also descnbes acomprehensive way to ameliorate salthezation in northem NCP. 7DETERMINATION OF THE PARAMETERS OF SUPERPLASTIC FORMING FOR LONG RECTANGULAR THIN SHEET TITANIUM ALLOY Ti-6A1-4V显示文摘A method for determining the value of the strain rate sensitivity parameter m, of a thin sheet superplastic material, which is based on the results of constant gas pressure tests, has been developed in this paper. Unlike the conventional procedures the method involved provides the test conditions similar to those occurring during an industrial technological process. Such an approach enables one to estimate reliable the superplas- tic properties of the material under study. Theoretical analysis is based upon use of the standard equations of the membrane theory. The experimental investigations have been carried out for Ti-based alloy VT6 (Ti--6Al-4V). Theoretical predictions show satisfactory agreement with experimental data. The results obtained are compared with those measured by means of standard procedures (constant cross-head velocity experiments and load relaxation tests). It is shown that the use of specimens having reduced gage length (which is less than specimen’s width) could lead to considerable errors in experimental estimation of the m value which, in its turn, leads to inaccurate calculating the technological parameters.R.
