1Pathogenesis of hepatitis B virus infection显示文摘Infection with hepatitis B virus (HBV) leads to a wide spectrum of clinical presentations ranging from an asymptomatic carrier state to self-limited acute or fulminant hepatitis to chronic hepatitis with progression to cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma. Infection with HBV is one of the most common viral diseases affecting man. Both viral factors as well as the host immune response have been implicated in the pathogenesis and clinical outcome of HBV infection. In this review, we will discuss the impact of virus-host interactions for the pathogenesis of HBV infection and liver disease. 3不同肝病患者抗肝抗原自身抗体的研究显示文摘目的 观察我国不同类型肝病患者中几种抗肝抗原自身抗体的存在状况 ;探讨自身免疫性肝脏疾病的自身抗体特征。方法 由 14 12例标本中选择 2 30例肝功能异常患者分为 5组 :①自身免疫性肝病组 4 2例 :自身免疫性肝炎 (AIH) 18例、原发性胆汁性肝硬化 (PBC) 2 1例、原发性硬化性胆管炎 (PSC) 3例。②HAV组 2 3例 ;③HBV组 70例 ;④HCV组 35例 ;⑤非甲~戊型肝炎组 6 0例。用间接免疫荧光、Westernblot、酶免疫条带技术等分别检测抗核抗体 (ANA)、抗线粒体抗体(AMA)、平滑肌抗体 (SMA)、肝肾微粒抗体Ⅰ型 (LKM 1)、肝细胞胞溶质抗原Ⅰ型 (LC 1)、可溶性肝抗原 (SLA) 肝胰抗原 (LP)和AMA M2亚型 ,以及SS A、SS B、dsDNA等多种抗体。结果 14 12例中诊断AIH、PBC和PSC者分别为送检标本的 1.2 7% ,1.4 9%和 0 .2 1%。 2 30例血清中 2例LKM 1阳性和 2例SLA LP阳性 ,分别见于AIH和HCV感染者。PBC患者AMA和M2全部阳性 ;其ANA以核膜型为主 (7 14 ) ;AIH患者ANA抗体未见特定的荧光类型 ,而抗 Actin仅见于AIH者。非甲~戊组 4例AMA和M2阳性 ,3例SMA高滴度阳性 ,4例出现SS A、SS B或dsDNA等抗体。结论 肝抗原抗体和ANA及AMA分型的检测有助于自身免疫性肝病和重叠多种免疫性肝病的诊断 ;非甲~戊型肝炎诊断时应?阎惠平 Winfried Stcker 贺立香 张世斌 李秀惠 黄德庄 赵春惠 2002中华微生物学和免疫学杂志2002,22,5:30
4孔隙率对Al_2O_3高孔隙率多孔介质EHC的影响显示文摘新型多孔介质燃烧技术主要采用泡沫陶瓷 ( Ceramic Foams)、波纹状陶瓷 ( Fabric LamellaStructure)等高孔隙率多孔介质。基于气、固相局部热平衡假设的有效导热系数 EHC( EffectiveHeat Conductivity)描述了气流与固体骨架中导热、弥散和热辐射多种传热方式的综合效果 ,是一个重要的传热特性 ,对其研究非常不足。通过实验与数值模拟确定不同孔隙率 Al2 O3 陶瓷的 EHC:基于测定的温度分布 ,给定 EHC的初值 ,采用有限体积法进行流场数值模拟 ;比较测量与计算的温度均方根差 ,通过对 EHC搜索寻优 ,间接确定泡沫陶瓷的有效导热系数。结果表明 Al2 O3 陶瓷的EHC随温度增加而增加 ,对速度不敏感 ;孔隙率高的陶瓷其 EHC较大。给出试样 EHC与温度和空管速度的拟合式 ;将颗粒床 EHC的 Z&B模型外推到 Al2 O3 高孔隙率陶瓷 ,并给出潘宏亮 O.Pickena'非汉字符号'cker D.Trimis F.Durst 2002西北工业大学学报2002,20,3:8
5Prospective evaluation of small bowel preparation with bisacodyl and sodium phosphate for capsule endoscopy显示文摘AIM: To determine the effect of Prepacol?, a com- bination of sodium phosphate and bisacodyl, on transit and quality of capsule endoscopy (CE). METHODS: Fivety two consecutive patients were included in this prospective study. CE was performed following a 12 h fasting period. Twenty six patients were randomized for additional preparation with Prepacol?. The quality of CE was assessed separately for the proximal and the distal small bowel by 3 experienced endoscopists on the basis of a graduation which was initially developed with 20 previous CE. RESULTS: Preparation with Prepacol? accelerated small bowel transit time (262 ± 55 min vs 287 ± 97 min), but had no effect on the quality of CE. Visibility was significantly reduced in the distal compared to the proximal small bowel. CONCLUSION: The significantly reduced visibility of CE in the distal small bowel allocates the need for a good preparation. Since Prepacol? has no beneficial effect on CE the modality of preparation and the ideal time of application remains unclear. 7The future of underground spatial planning and the resulting potential risks from the point of view of mining subsidence engineering显示文摘The topic of ground movements in Germany has been studied extensively in the past,especially in the field of active mines.The active hard coal mines in Germany were finally shut down in 2018 and lignite mining is expected to take place only until 2038.The so-called long-term liabilities of the mine operators in Germany include,among other things,the long-term guarantee of stability and thus the monitoring of ground motion.So far,the economic use of underground mining in Germany was mainly the supply of raw materials.In the future,the underground storage of compressed air,methane or hydrogen will play an important role in renewable energy supply and climate change.Therefore,the underground storage space will become more important and the spatial planning is essential to ensure availability of safe underground openings for the various options of environmentally friendly energy storage.However,this renewed usage of underground openings may also bring new and sometimes unknown challenges of geomechanical influence.The aftermath of hard coal and lignite mining will be an increasing challenge in mining subsidence engineering.On the other hand,new possibilities due to underground spatial planning may lead to subsidence and/or heaving of the upper surface.Carolina Brücker Axel Preuβe 2020International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2020,30,1:4

10Biomechanics of posterior shoulder instability-current knowledge and literature review显示文摘Posterior instability of the shoulder is a rare condition and represents about 10% of shoulder instability. It has become more frequently recognized in the last year,even though it is more difficult to diagnose than anterior shoulder instability. As this form of shoulder pathology is somewhat rare,biomechanical knowledge is limited. The purpose of our study was to perform an extensive literature search,including PubMed and Medline,and to give an overview of the current knowledge on the biomechanics of posterior shoulder instability. The Pub Med/Medline databases were utilized,and all articles related to posterior shoulder instability and biomechanics were included to form a comprehensive compilation of current knowledge. A total of 93 articles were deemed relevant according to our inclusion and exclusion criteria. As expected with any newly acknowledged pathology,biomechanical studies on posterior shoulder instability remain limited in the literature. Current biomechanical models are performed in a static manner,which limits their translation for explaining a dynamic pathology. Newer models should incorporate dynamic stabiliza-tion of both the rotator cuff and scapulothoracic joint. There is a current lack of knowledge with regards to the pathomechanism of posterior shoulder instability,with no consensus on appropriate treatment regimens.
