| 1 | 用Amplatzer房间隔封堵器堵闭边缘不足的房间隔缺损效果观察显示文摘目的 探讨用Amplatzer房间隔缺损封堵器经导管堵闭部分边缘缺乏或不足(<5mm)的房间隔缺损的可行性。方法 1999年7月至2 0 0 1年9月对芝加哥大学儿童医院的2 3例边缘<5mm的房间隔缺损患儿试用Amplatzer封堵器进行堵闭,其中男10例,女13例,平均年龄10 7岁。2 0例经食管超声心动图或心内超声心动图测量的房间隔缺损前缘0~4mm ,2例下缘为2mm ,1例后缘为2mm。同期,4 8例房间隔缺损边缘>5mm的患儿作对照。结果 全部2 3例边缘<5mm的房间隔缺损患儿和4 8例对照儿均成功安装了封堵器。两组间年龄、缺损大小和所用封堵器大小差异无显著性意义(P >0 . 0 5 )。2 3例边缘<5mm的患儿中17例(73. 9% )即刻完全堵闭,对照组4 4例(91 .7% )即刻完全堵闭(P <0 .0 5 ) ;2 4h复查边缘<5mm患儿及对照组的完全堵闭率分别是91 3%和93 8% (P >0. 0 5 ) ;6个月复查两组完全堵闭率分别是95 7%和95 8% (P >0 . 0 5 )。缺损边缘<5mm患儿及对照组手术时间分别为(72 . 5±2 6 .5 )min和(6 1. 4±2 1 .9)min ;X线暴光时间分别为(12 .6±7 .0 )min和(9. 8±4 . 2 )min ,与对照组比较手术时间稍长。两组患儿术中和术后均未出现并发症。结论 前、后或下缘<5mm的房间隔缺损仍可以用Amplatzer房间隔缺损封堵器经导管堵闭。 | 杜忠东 Cao Qiling Ziyad M Hijazi | 2005 | 中国实用儿科杂志2005,20,3: | 8 |
| 2 | Small scale biodiesel synthesis from waste frying oil and crude methanol in Morocco显示文摘Biodiesel was produced at small scale by transesterification of used frying oil(UFO) recovered from Moroccan pastry shops and fish frying restaurants. Biodiesel was first synthesised at laboratory scale in order to optimize the transesterification parameters. The cost of the final product was also optimized using low-cost raw materials.The UFO and the produced biodiesel were characterized with several techniques including gas chromatography,1H NMR,13 C NMR, FTIR, and TGA–TDA techniques.1H NMR gas chromatographic analyses of the final product confirmed that the transesterification in the chosen experimental conditions was completed. These results were confirmed by TGA–TDA analysis used as new techniques to monitoring triglyceride conversion. The biodiesel did not contain any trace of glycerol, and it did meet the international standards. The transesterification at low cost in small scale conditions was performed at 60 °C using 1.2% of KOH and a methanol/oil molar ratio of 6:1. A yield of 80.8% was achieved. The properties of the produced biodiesel were found to be as good as those of biodiesels obeying to European standards. The biodiesel production was also performed at small-scale for individual utilisation. | 4 | A study of in vitro antibacterial activity of lanthanides complexes with a tetradentate Schiff base ligand显示文摘Objective:To establish the antibacterial activity of lanthanides complexes with a tetradentate Schiff base ligand L.Methods:(N,N'-bis(l-naphthaldimine)-o-phenylenediamine)was prepared from the condensation of 2—hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde with o-phenylenediamine in a molar ratio of 2:1.The antimicrobial activity of the resultant Ln(Ⅲ)complexes was investigated using agar well diffusion and micro-broth dilution techniques;the latter was used to establish the minimum inhibitory concentrations for each compound investigated.Results:Most of Ln(Ⅲ)complexes were found to exhibit antibacterial activities against a number of pathogenic bacteria with MICs ranging between 1.95-250.00μg/mL.Staphylococcus aureus was the most susceptible bacterial species to[LaL(NO_3)_2(H_2O)](NO_3)complex while Shigella dysenteriae and Escherichia coli required a relatively higher MIC(250μg/mL).Trie complexes La(Ⅲ)and Pr(Ⅲ)were effective inhibitors against Staphylococcus aureus,whereas Sm(Ⅲ)complex was effective against Serratia marcescens.On the other hand,Gd(Ⅲ),La(Ⅲ)and Nd(Ⅲ)were found to be more potent inhibitors against Pseudompnas aeruginosa than two of commonly used antibiotics.The remaining Ln(Ⅲ)complexes showed no remarkable activity as compared to the two standard drugs used.Conclusions:Tetradentate Schiff base ligand L and its complexes could be a potential antibacterial compounds after further investigation. | Waleed Mahmoud Al Momani Ziyad Ahmed Taha Abdulaziz Mahmoud Ajlouni Qasem Mohammad Abu Shaqra Muaz Al Zouby | 2013 | Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Biomedicine2013,3,5: | 3 |
