1Improvements on voltage-resistant performance of bipolar static induction transistor (BSIT) with buried gate structure显示文摘The breakdown mechanism of power bipolar static induction transistor (BSIT) with buried gate structure is analyzed in depth.A power BSIT sample with high voltage-resistant capability has been designed and fabricated in this paper.The technological methods for improving high voltage performances are represented.The active region of BSIT is surrounded with a deep trench to avoid any probable influences of various defects on device performances.Two field-limiting ring-shape junctions and one channel termination ring-shape junction are arranged around the gate region to reduce the electric field intensity.The gate-source breakdown voltage BV GS of power BSIT has been increased to 110 V from previous value of 50-60 V,and its blocking voltage is increased to 1700 V.The optimal geometrical dimensions for achieving the maximum breakdown voltage BV GS and blocking voltage V block are also represented in the paper.WANG YongShun FENG JingJing LIU ChunJuan WANG ZiTing WANG ZaiXing ZHANG CaiZhen 2012Science China(Information Sciences)2012,55,4:2
2Overexpression of maize GOLDEN2 in rice and maize calli improves regeneration by activating chloroplast development显示文摘Golden2(G2), a member of the GARP transcription factor superfamily, regulates several biological processes and phytohormone signaling pathways in plants. In this study, we used a rice codon-optimized maize G2 gene(rZmG2) to improve the regeneration efficiency of rice and maize calli for genetic transformation. We isolated a promoter driving strong and callus-specific expression from rice to drive rZmG2 transcription from a transgene after transformation of two indica and two japonica rice cultivars. The resulting rZmG2 transgenic calli turned green in advance at the differentiation stage, thus significantly raising the regeneration rates of the transgenic indica and japonica rice plants relative to control transformations. Similar effect of this gene on improving maize transformation was also observed. Transcriptome sequencing and RT-qPCR analyses showed that many rice genes related to chloroplast development and phytohormones are upregulated in rZmG2-transgenic calli. These results demonstrate that rZmG2 can promote embryogenic callus differentiation and improve regeneration efficiency by activating chloroplast development and phytohormone pathways. We also established a heat-inducible Cre/loxP-based gene-excision system to remove rZmG2 and the antibiotic selectable gene after obtaining the transgenic plants. 3Neutrophil extracellular traps induced by interleukin 8 via CXCR1/2 promote the progression of gastric carcinoma through transcription factor IIB-related factor 1 and cyclin显示文摘Neutrophils constitute a significant portion of the immune cells present within the tumor microenvironment.Evidence generated by our group has confirmed neutrophils to be an adverse independent prognostic factor affecting the disease-free survival of gastric carcinoma(GC)patients.1 Neutrophil extracellular traps(NETs),protein-covered DNA webs that interact with tumor cells in the tumor microenvironment,were detected in GC tissues and found to clinically associated with disease progression in our previous study.2 NETosis could be mediated by a series of agonists,such as interleukin 8(IL-8).3 However,the mechanism of IL-8 in the progression of GC occurs via NETs remains unclear.In this study,we identified that IL-8-mediated NETosis can promote the proliferation,migration,and invasion of GC cells in vitro,which can be abrogated by NET degradation through deoxyribonucleaseI(DNase I)or IL-8 suppression through neutralizing antibodies.Disruption of NETs by DNase I or blockade of the IL-8-CXC chemokine receptor 2(CXCR2)axis could result in growth retardation in mouse models.We also confirmed that NETs may influence the biological behavior of GC cells by up-regulating the expression of transcription factor IB-related factor 1(BRF1)and cyclin p21/p27.Qianling Wang Yiyin Zhang Wenxi Ding Cheng Feng Yuyan Wang Xiaoli Wei Ziting Qu Hui Wang Xiaoying Liu Hua Wang Kangsheng Gu 2024Genes & Diseases2024,11,2:0
