2Evaluation on Resource Utilization Potential of Typical Agricultural Waste in Southwest China显示文摘To impel resource utilization of agricultural waste,four provinces and cities of southwest China were taken as research objects,to analyze yield change of typical agricultural waste in southwest China during 2010-2016,and resource amounts of typical agricultural crops straw and livestock and poultry waste and their nutrient contents in four provinces and cities of southwest China in 2016 were calculated. The results showed that resource amount of typical agricultural waste in southwest China overall showed a continuously increasing trend with the improvement of agricultural comprehensive productivity. Straw resource amount of agricultural crops was dominant by rice and corn,and they accounted for 61. 61% of total amount in southwest China. Livestock and poultry manure was dominant by cattle and pig excrement,and they accounted for 89. 59% of total in southwest China. Seen from distribution region,the resource amount sequence of typical agricultural waste in southwest China was Sichuan > Yunnan > Guizhou > Chongqing. N,P_2 O_5 and K_2 O in straw resource of typical agricultural crops in southwest China of 2016 were respectively 76. 11 ×10~4,23.36 ×10~4 and 125. 78 × 10~4 t,and total nutrient amount was 22. 53 × 10~5 t. N,P_2 O_5 and K_2 O of livestock and poultry manure resource were respectively 27. 28 × 10~4,12. 87 ×10~4 and 62. 45 × 10~4 t,and total nutrient amount was 10. 26 × 10~5 t. Therefore,resource amount of agricultural waste in southwest China is rich in a long term,and nutrient storage is huge. 4Tumor microenvironment triggered local oxygen generation and photosensitizer release from manganese dioxide mineralized albumin-ICG nanocomplex to amplify photodynamic immunotherapy efficacy显示文摘Photodynamic therapy(PDT) has emerged as a potential clinical strategy for tumor therapy. It can generate reactive oxygen species(ROS) to cause the chemical damage of tumor cells and promote the immune killing effects of T cells on tumor cells in the presence of enough oxygen and PDT drugs. However, most solid tumors are in a state of oxygen deficiency, which seriously limit the efficacy of PDT in generation enough ROS. Besides, few safe PDT drugs with ideal pharmacokinetic behavior are available in the clinic,which severely limits the clinical transformation and application of PDT. Herein, we utilized manganese chloride to mineralize the hydrophilic indocyanine green/albumin polyplexes(ICG@BSA@MnO_(2)) by using bio-mineralized method to solve these problems of PDT. These ICG@BSA@MnO_(2)nanoparticles could circulate in the blood for a long period other than quickly removed from body after 30 min like free ICG.When accumulated at the tumor site, ICG was responsively released in the presence of hydrogen peroxide. Apart this, the tumor hypoxia microenvironment was also reversed owing to enhanced O_(2)generation by the reaction of MnO_(2)with hydrogen peroxide. Benefits from the rich accumulation of ICG and ameliorated tumor hypoxia in the tumor sites, the enhanced generation of ROS could successfully promote the distribution of CD3^(+) and CD8^(+)T cells inside the tumors, which then lead to the amplified efficacy of PDT in both CT26 and B16 F10 tumor models without causing any side effects.Ning Jiang Zaigang Zhou Wei Xiong Jiashe Chen Jianliang Shen Rongtao Li Ruirong Ye 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,12:0
