| 1 | Extended multivariate public key cryptosystems with secure encryption function显示文摘Advances in quantum computers pose great threats on the currently used public key cryptographic algorithms such as RSA and ECC. As a promising candidate secure against attackers equipped with quantum computational power, multivariate public key cryptosystems (MPKCs) have attracted increasing attention in recently years. Unfortunately, the existing MPKCs can only be used as a multivariate signature scheme, and it remains unknown how to construct an efficient MPKC enabling secure encryption. Furthermore, some multivariate signature schemes have been shown insecure in recent years, and it is also not trivial to build MPKC which can serve as a secure signature scheme. By employing the basic MQ-trapdoors, this paper proposes a novel MPKC and shows how it can be used as a multivariate signature scheme and a multivariate encryption scheme, respectively. The goal is achieved by incorporating our new hash authentication techniques and some modification methods such as the Shamir's minus method. Thorough analysis shows that our schemes are secure and efficient. The definition of integrating factors for the Routh equations of motion of the systems is given, and the necessary conditions for the existence of conserved quantities of the unilateral holonomic constraint systems are studied in detail. | 5 | Development of a negative pressure hood for isolation and transportation of individual patient with respiratory infectious disease显示文摘The frequent and sudden occurrence of both known and unknown infectious diseases can cause global social panic.If the source of infection can be effectively controlled in the early stages of an outbreak,the spread of infectious diseases can be prevented.In view of this situation,this study developed for infectious or suspected infectious patients a negative pressure isolation hood which effectively achieves direct individual isolation during the early stages of disease outbreak,and facilitates long-distance transport.The hood body is made of flexible transparent polyvinyl chloride(PVC)material,and the combination of the hood material is airtight.The unique inflatable column support structure and the design of the inflatable neck sleeve effectively ensure both stiffness and air tightness of the hood body.The electrical exhaust system maintains a stable negative pressure environment inside the hood,and polluted air inside the hood can be purified by a high efficiency filter.Test results showed that the internal noise of the hood was 68±1 dB(A),the air exhaust volume of the electric exhaust system was not<200 L/min,and the filtration efficiency of the filter to 0.3μm particles was>99.99%,indicating that the hood achieved effective isolation protection for patients with respiration infectious diseases. | Limei Hao Jinhui Wu Jinming Zhang Zhangyi Liu Ying Yi Zongxing Zhang Enlei Zhang Jiancheng Qi | 2019 | Biosafety and Health2019,1,3: | 3 |

| 7 | A new methodology to obtain the fracture toughness of YAG transparent ceramics显示文摘A new methodology was proposed for testing the fracture toughness of YAG transparent ceramics depended on temperature. In our model, the fracture toughness, as a material-specific property, can be expressed as tensile strength treated as the physical property or a material constant. Using this method, a suitable size larger than the inherent defects of ceramic samples and the creation of atomically sharp pre-cracks on the surface of ceramic specimens were able to be ignored. Besides, the fracture of ceramic can be described as the equivalence between the release of elastic storage energy and surface energy associated with the new fracture surface. From thermodynamics theory, the system’s internal energy includes the kinetic energy of atomic motion and the potential energy between atoms in the system. Finally, the fracture toughness at different temperatures can also be calculated by this simple quantitative relationship.
