| 1 | 3D Hierarchical Co–Al Layered Double Hydroxides with Long-Term Stabilities and High Rate Performances in Supercapacitors显示文摘Three-dimensional(3D) flower-like Co–Al layered double hydroxide(Co–Al-LDH) architectures composed of atomically thin nanosheets were successfully synthesized via a hydrothermal method in a mixed solvent of water and butyl alcohol. Owing to the unique hierarchical structure and modification by butyl alcohol, the electrochemical stability and the charge/mass transport of the Co–Al-LDHs was improved. When used in supercapacitors, the obtained Co–Al-LDHs deliver a high specific capacitance of 838 Fg^(-1) at a current density of 1 Ag^(-1)and excellent rate performance(753 Fg^(-1) at 30 Ag^(-1) and 677 Fg^(-1) at 100 Ag^(-1)), as well as excellent cycling stability with 95% retention of the initial capacitance even after 20,000 cycles at a current density of 5 Ag^(-1). | 6 | Homotypic clustering of L1 and B1/Alu repeats compartmentalizes the 3D genome显示文摘Organization of the genome into euchromatin and heterochromatin appears to be evolutionarily conserved and relatively stable during lineage differentiation.In an effort to unravel the basic principle underlying genome folding,here we focus on the genome itself and report a fundamental role for L1(LINE1 or LINE-1)and B1/Alu retrotransposons,the most abundant subclasses of repetitive sequences,in chromatin compartmentalization.We find that homotypic clustering of L1 and B1/Alu demarcates the genome into grossly exclusive domains,and characterizes and predicts Hi-C compartments.Spatial segregation of L1-rich sequences in the nuclear and nucleolar peripheries and B1/Alu-rich sequences in the nuclear interior is conserved in mouse and human cells and occurs dynamically during the cell cycle.In addition,de novo establishment of L1 and B1 nuclear segregation is coincident with the formation of higher-order chromatin structures during early embryogenesis and appears to be critically regulated by L1 and B1 transcripts.Importantly,depletion of L1 transcripts in embryonic stem cells drastically weakens homotypic repeat contacts and compartmental strength,and disrupts the nuclear segregation of L1-or B1-rich chromosomal sequences at genome-wide and individual sites.Mechanistically,nuclear co-localization and liquid droplet formation of L1 repeat DNA and RNA with heterochromatin protein HP1αsuggest a phase-separation mechanism by which L1 promotes heterochromatin compartmentalization.Taken together,we propose a genetically encoded model in which L1 and B1/Alu repeats blueprint chromatin macrostructure.Our model explains the robustness of genome folding into a common conserved core,on which dynamic gene regulation is overlaid across cells. | J.Yuyang Lu Lei Chang Tong Li Ting Wang Yafei Yin Ge Zhan Xue Han Ke Zhang Yibing Tao Michelle Percharde Liang Wang Qi Peng Pixi Yan Hui Zhang Xianju Bi Wen Shao Yantao Hong Zhongyang Wu Runze Ma Peizhe Wang Wenzhi Li Jing Zhang Zai Chang Yingping Hou Bing Zhu Miguel Ramalho-Santos Pilong Li Wei Xie Jie Na Yujie Sun Xiaohua Shen | 2021 | Cell Research2021,31,6: | 1 |

| 11 | Ion migration in halide perovskite solar cells:Mechanism,characterization,impact and suppression显示文摘Metal halide perovskites are emerging as the most promising candidate for the next-generation Photovoltaics(PV)materials,due to their superior optoelectronic properties and low cost.However,the resulting Perovskite solar cells(PSCs)suffer from poor stability.In particular,the temperature and light activated ionic defects within the perovskite lattice,as well as electric-field-induced migration of ionic defects,make the PSCs unstable at operating condition,even with device encapsulation.There is no doubt that the investigation of ion migration is crucial for the development of PSCs with high intrinsic stability.In this review,we first briefly introduce the origin and pathways of ion migration,and also the essential characterization methods to identify ion migration.Next,we discuss the impact of ion migration on the perovskite films and cells with respect to photoelectric properties and stability.Then,several representative strategies to suppress ion migration are systematically summarized in the context of composition engineering,additive engineering and interface engineering,with an in-depth understanding on the underlying mechanisms which may provide more clues for further fabrication of PSCs with improved stability.Finally,a perspective with some suggestion on future research directions and chemical approaches are provided to alleviate ion migration in perovskite materials and the entire devices. | Huachao Zai Yue Ma Qi Chen Huanping Zhou | 2021 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,12: | 1 |
