| 1 | The role played by traditional Chinese medicine in preventing and treating COVID-19 in China显示文摘Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),an ancient system of alternative medicine,played an active role in the prevention and control of COVID-19 in China.It improved the clinical symptoms of patients,reduced the mortality rate,improved the recovery rate,and effectively relieved the operating pressure on the national medical system during critical conditions.In light of the current global pandemic,TCM-related measures might open up a new channel in the control of COVID-19 in other countries and regions.Here,we summarize the TCM-related measures that were widely used in China,including TCM guidelines,the Wuchang pattern,mobile cabin hospitals,integrated treatment of TCM and modern medicine for critical patients,and non-medicine therapy for convalescent patients,and describe how TCM effectively treated patients afflicted with the COVID-19.Effective TCM therapies could,therefore,be recommended and practiced based on the existing medical evidence from increased scientific studies. | Qingwei Li Han Wang Xiuyang Li Yujiao Zheng Yu Wei Pei Zhang Qiyou Ding Jiaran Lin Shuang Tang Yikun Zhao Linhua Zhao Xiaolin Tong | 2020 | Frontiers of Medicine2020,14,5: | 10 |
| 2 | Catalytic oxidative desulfurization of fuels in acidic deep eutectic solvents with [(C_6H_(13))_3P(C_(14)H_(29))]_3PMo_(12)O_(40) as a catalyst显示文摘Deep eutectic solvents(DESs) are a new class of green solvents analogous to ionic liquids due to their biodegradable capacity and low cost. However, the direct extractive desulfurization of diesel oil by DESs cannot meet the government's standard. In this work, amphiphilic polyoxometalates were synthesized and characterized by FT-IR and mass spectrometry.The oxidative desulfurization results showed that benzothiophene(BT) could be completely removed by employing a [(C_6H_(13))_3P(C_(14)H_(29))]_3PMo_(12)O_(40), DES(ChCl/2 Ac) and H_2O_2 system. It was also found that the organic cation of catalysts played a positive role in oxidative desulfurization. The reaction conditions, such as reaction temperature and time, the amount of catalyst and DES and H_2O_2/S(O/S) molar ratio, were optimized. Different sulfides were tested to determine the desulfurization selectivity of the optimal reaction system, and it was found that 97.2% of dibenzothiophene(DBT) could be removed followed by 80.7% of 4-MDBT and 76.0% of 4,6-DMDBT. After reaction, the IR spectra showed that the catalyst [(C_6H_(13))_3P(C_(14)H_(29))]_3PMo_(12)O_(40) was stable during the reaction process and the oxidative product was dibenzothiophene sulfone(DBTO_2). | 10 | Opportunistic Relaying Schemes for Amplify and Forward Bidirectional Relay Channels with Multi antenna Sources显示文摘We consider a two-way relay network where the Amplify-and-Forward (AF) protocol is adopted by all relays in this paper.The network consists of two multi-antenna source nodes and multiple distributed single-antenna relays.Two opportunistic relaying schemes are proposed to efficiently utilize the antennas of the source nodes and the relay nodes.In the first scheme,the best relay is selected out by a max-min-max criterion before transmitting.After that,at each source,only the antenna with the largest channel gain between itself and the best relay is activated to transmit and receive signals with full power.In the second scheme,assisted by the best relay which is selected by the typical max-min criterion,both source nodes use all their antennas to exchange data,and match filter beamforming techniques are employed at both source nodes.Further analyses show that all schemes can achieve the full diversity order,and the conclusions are not only mathematically demonstrated but numerically illustrated.System performance comparisons are carried out by numerical methods in terms of rate sum and outage probability,respectively.The beamforming assisted scheme can be found to be superior to the antenna selection scheme when accurate Channel State Information (CSI) is available at the transmitters.Otherwise,the latter is very suitable. | Wang Zibin Yuan Fu Ding Hong Xiang Liangjun Zheng Linhua | 2012 | China Communications2012,9,4: | 1 |

| 12 | Systematic control technologies for gaseous pollutants from non-ferrous metallurgy显示文摘Air pollutant emissions represent a critical challenge in the green development of the non-ferrous metallurgy industry.This work studied the emission characteristics,formation mechanisms,phase transformation and separation of typical air pollutants,such as heavy metal particles,mercury,sulfur oxides and fluoride,during non-ferrous smelting.A series of purification technologies,including optimization of the furnace throat and hightemperature discharge,were developed to collaboratively control and recover fine particles from the flue gas of heavy metal smelting processes,including copper,lead and zinc.Significant improvements have been realized in wet scrubbing technology for removing mercury,fluoride and SO_(2)from flue gas.Gas-liquid sulfidation technology by applying H_(2)S was invented to recycle the acid scrubbing wastewater more efficiently and in an eco-friendly manner.Based on digital technology,a source reduction method was designed for sulfur and fluoride control during the whole aluminum electrolysis process.New desulfurization technologies were developed for catalytic reduction of the sulfur content in petroleum coke at low temperature and catalytic reduction of SO_(2)to elemental sulfur.This work has established the technology for coupling multi-pollutant control and resource recovery from the flue gas from non-ferrous metallurgy,which provides the scientific theoretical basis and application technology for the treatment of air pollutants in the non-ferrous metallurgy industry. | Hui Liu Fenghua Shen Qingzhu Li Minneng Wen Hongliang Zhang Linhua Jiang Chenghang Zheng Yan Liu Tao Liu Liyuan Chai | 2023 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2023,,1: | 0 |

| 14 | Range resolution and sampling frequency trade-off for GPS passive radar显示文摘In a global positioning system(GPS)passive radar,a high resolution requires a high sampling frequency,which increases the computational load.Balancing the computational load and the range resolution is challenging.This paper presents a method to trade off the range resolution and the computational load by experimentally determining the optimal sampling frequency through an analysis of multiple sets of GPS satellite data at different sampling frequencies.The test data are used to construct a range resolution-sampling frequency trade-off model using least-squares estimation.The theoretical analysis shows that the experimental data are the best fit using smoothing and nthorder derivative splines.Using field GPS C/A code signal-based GPS radar,the trade-off between the optimal sampling frequency is determined to be in the 20461.25–24553.5 kHz range,which supports a resolution of 43–48 m.Compared with the conventional method,the CPU time is reduced by approximately 50%. | ZHANG Zhuxian ZHENG Yu ZHENG Linhua ZHU Peidong | 2022 | Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2022,33,1: | 0 |
