12018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents显示文摘Syncope belongs to the transient loss of consciousness(TLOC), characterized by a rapid onset, short duration, and spontaneous complete recovery. It is common in children and adolescents, accounting for 1% to 2% of emergency department visits.Recurrent syncope can seriously affect children's physical and mental health, learning ability and quality of life and sometimes cardiac syncope even poses a risk of sudden death. The present guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was developed for guiding a better clinical management of pediatric syncope. Based on the globally recent development and the evidence-based data in China, 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was jointly prepared by the Pediatric Cardiology Society, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association(CMA)/Committee on Pediatric Syncope, Pediatricians Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Committee on Pediatric Cardiology, Chinese College of Cardiovascular Physicians, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Pediatric Cardiology Society, Beijing Pediatric Society, Beijing Medical Association(BMA). 2Level of circulating PD-L1 expression in patients with advanced gastric cancer and its clinical implications显示文摘Objective:The programmed cell death-1 receptor/programmed cell death-1 ligand(PD-1/PD-L1) pathway plays a crucial role in tumor evasion from host immunity.This study was designed to evaluate the association between circulating PD-L1 expression and prognosis in patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods:Totally 80 advanced gastric cancer patients and 40 health controls from Beijing Cancer Hospital were enrolled in the present study.Circulating PD-L1 expression was tested by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The associations between the expression level of PD-L1 and clinicopathological features and prognosis were analyzed statistically.Results:Expression of PD-L1 in advanced gastric cancer patients was significantly up-regulated compared with health people(P=0.006).The expression of PD-L1 was significantly correlated with differentiation and lymph node metastasis(P=0.026 and P=0.041,respectively).Although we didn't find significant difference in all advanced gastric cancer patients with different PD-L1 expression,the adenocarcinoma patients with higher up-regulated PD-L1 expression had much better prognosis than low expression patients(65.6% vs.44.7%,P=0.028).Conclusions:PD-L1 was elevated in advance gastric cancer patients and may play an important role in tumor immune evasion and patients prognosis.Zhixue Zheng Zhaode Bu Xijuan Liu Lianhai Zhang Ziyu Li Aiwen Wu Xiaojiang Wu Xiaojing Cheng Xiaofang Xing Hong Du Xiaohong Wang Ying Hu Jiafu Ji 2014Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2014,26,1:37
3LGR5 is a promising biomarker for patients with stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ gastric cancer显示文摘Objective: To investigate Leucine-rich repeat-containing G protein-coupled receptor 5 (LGR5) expressions in gastric cancer and to evaluate its clinical significance. Methods: LGR5 expression was assessed by immunohistochemistry in 257 gastric cancer patients after surgery. The relationships between LGR5 expression and clinicopathological features and patients prognosis were statistically analyzed. Results: The expression of LGR5 was significantly higher in gastric cancers as a cancer stem cell marker than in adjacent normal tissues (P<0.001), and more frequently in patients with intestinal type, well-moderate differentiation and stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ (P<0.05). Although we found gastric cancer patients with LGR5 positive expression had a poorer prognosis, it didn't meet statistical significance (P>0.05). LGR5 negative expression was significantly related to the favorable overall survival in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ gastric cancer patients (P<0.05). Furthermore, patients with high LGR5 expression tended to be more likely to get progression and have poorer progress-free survival (P<0.05). Multivariate Cox regression analysis revealed that LGR5 expression was an independent factor of overall survival for the patients with stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ gastric cancer (P<0.05). 46–100 GHz research progress and challenges from a channel perspective for fifth generation(5G)and future wireless communication显示文摘Radio frequency is a valuable resource for wireless communication systems. The high-frequency band from 6 GHz up to 100 GHz, where continuous and broad spectra exist, is promising to meet the high spectrum requirement of fifth generation(5G) mobile communication systems by 2020. To date, many groups from academia and industry have contributed to devising approaches to allocate and utilize frequency resources from 6 GHz to 100 GHz for 5G and future wireless communication systems. In this paper, we present global efforts to allocate potential frequency bands and field trial progress from 6 GHz to 100 GHz for 5G. 5Prognostic role of lymph node metastasis in early gastric cancer显示文摘Objective: To clarify the relationship between clinicopathological features and lymph node metastasis and to propose the potential indications of lymph node metastasis for prognosis in early gastric cancer(EGC) patients. Methods: We retrospectively observed 226 EGC patients with lymph node resection, and analyzed the associations between lymph node metastasis and clinicopathological parameters using the chi-square test in univariate analysis and logistic regression analysis in multivariate analysis. Overall survival analysis was determined using the Kaplan-Meier and log-rank test. We conducted multivariate prognosis analysis using the Cox proportional hazards model.Results: Of all the EGC patients, 7.5%(17/226) were histologically shown to have lymph node metastasis. The differentiation, lymphovascular invasion and depth of invasion were independent risk factors for lymph node metastasis in EGC. The 5- and 10-year survival rates were significantly lower in patients with lymph node metastasis than in those without and the patients also had shorter progress-free survival time. Lymph node metastasis and tumor size were independent prognostic factors for EGC. The status of the lymph nodes was a significant factor in predicting recurrence or metastasis after surgery. Conclusions: The undifferentiated carcinoma and lymphovascular and/or submucosal invasion were associated with a higher incidence of lymph node metastasis in EGC patients, whom need to perform subsequent D2 lymphadenectomy or laparoscopic lymph node dissection and more rigorous follow-up or additional chemotherapy/radiation after D2 gastrectomy for poor prognosis and high recurrence/metastasis rate.Zhixue Zheng Yiqiang Liu Zhaode Bu Lianhai Zhang Ziyu Li Hong Du Jiafu Ji 2014Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2014,26,2:12
6Pore scale simulation of liquid and gas two-phase flow based on digital core technology显示文摘Two-phase flow in two digital cores is simulated by the color-gradient lattice Boltzmann method.This model can be applied totwo-phase flow with high-density ratio(on order of 1000).The first digital core is an artificial sandstone core,and itsthree-dimensional gray model is obtained by Micro-CT scanning.The gray scale images are segmented into discrete phases(solid particles and pore space) by the Otsu algorithm.The second one is a digital core of shale,which is reconstructed usingMarkov Chain Monte Carlo method with segmented SEM scanning image as input.The wettability of solid wall and relativepermeability of a cylindrical tube are simulated to verify the model.In the simulations of liquid and gas two phase flow in digital cores,density ratios of 100,200,500 and 1000 between liquid and gas are chosen.Based on the gas distribution in the digital core at different times,it is found that the fingering phenomenon is more salient at high density ratio.With the density ratioincreasing,the displacement efficiency decreases.Besides,due to numerous small pores in the shale,the displacement efficiency is over 20% less than that in the artificial sandstone and the difference is even about 30% when density ratio is greaterthan 500.As the density ratio increases,the gas saturation decreases in big pores,and even reaches zero in some small pores orbig pores with small throats.Residual liquid mainly distributes in the small pores and the edge of big pores due to the wettability of liquid.Liquid recovery can be enhanced effectively by decreasing its viscosity.ZHANG Lei KANG QinJun YAO Jun GAO Ying SUN ZhiXue LIU HaiHu VALOCCHI Albert J. 2015Science China(Technological Sciences)2015,58,8:11
7Zircon SHRIMP U-Pb Dating of the Tourmalinites from Boron-bearing Series of Borate Deposits in Eastern Liaoning and its Geological Implications显示文摘This paper focused on the zircon sensitive high resolution ion micro-probeU-Pb geochronology of the tourmalinites from boron-bearing series of borate deposits in Eastern Liaoning.The zircons commonly have core-rim structures,most cores show oscillatory zoning in cathodoluminescence and plane polarized light images,suggesting a magmatic detrital origin.Ages of the magmatic detrital zircons from the hyalotourmalite samples(N13) and(N14) are 2175±5Ma and 2171±9Ma,respectively.Moreover,metamorphic zircon from the sample(N13) shows an age of 1906±4Ma.Zircon core and rim from the hyalotourmalite sample(N02) record ages of 2171±6Ma and 1889±62Ma,which are explained as indicating the formation and metamorphic ages.Combined with the geological and geochemical studies,it can be concluded that the tourmalinites are formed during sedimentary exhalative mineralizations in the mid-Paleoproterozoic(~2170Ma) and underwent the metamorphism in the late-Paleoproterozoic(~1900Ma).The tourmalinites are the products of submarine acid volcanism in the extension rifting phase of the Liaoji Paleoproterozoic Rift,the rock-forming materials of which are derived from the mantle sources with recycling crustal contamination.The emergence of tourmalinites not only indicates the mid-Paleoproterozoic tectonic-magmatic processes,but also provides impetus,heat and material sources for the mineralization of borate deposits in Eastern Liaoning.LIU Jingdang XIAO Rongge ZHANG Yanfei FAN Minghui WANG Shengzhi JIA Yuguo WANG Gang LIU Zhixue 2012Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2012,86,1:5
8Research on fault-tolerant control of networked control systems based on information scheduling显示文摘A kind of networked control system is studied; the networked control system with noise disturbance is modeled based on information scheduling and control co-design. Augmented state matrix analysis method is introduced, and robust fault-tolerant control problem of networked control systems with noise disturbance under actuator failures is studied. The parametric expression of the controller under actuator failures is given. 10Scheduling and control co-design for Networked Wind Energy Conversion Systems显示文摘Fieldbus, industrial Ethernet that is simple, reliable, economical, and practical, is widely used in Wind Energy Conversion Systems(WECSs). These techniques belong to the field of networked control systems. Network embedding to Wind Energy Conversion Systems brings many new challenges. Implementing a control system over a communication network causes inevitable time delays that may degrade performance and can even cause instability. This work addresses challenges related to the reliable control of wind energy conversion systems, based on the theoretical framework of networked control systems. A type of WECS with network-induced delay and packet dropout is modeled and adjustable deadbands are explored as a solution to reduce network traffic in WECSs. A method to study the reliable control of WECSs is presented, which takes into account system response as well as the network environment. 11Clinicopathological and prognostic differences between mucinous gastric carcinoma and signet-ring cell carcinoma显示文摘Objective: To analyze the differences in clinicopathologic characteristics and prognosis between mucinous gastric carcinoma (MGC) and signet-ring cell carcinoma (SRCC). Methods: Clinicopathologic and prognostic data of 1,637 patients with histologically confirmed MGC or SRCC who received surgical operations in the Department of Gastroenterological Surgery, Beijing Cancer Hospital between December 2004 and December 2009 were retrospectively collected and analyzed. The clinicopathological features were analyzed statistically using χ 2 test. Survival was analyzed using the Kaplan-Meier method and multivariate analysis of Cox proportional hazards regression model (backward, stepwise). Results: A total of 181 patients with gastric cancer (74 MGC, 107 SRCC) were included. MGC, when compared with SRCC, was featured by senile patients, stage III and IV, upper third stomach, large tumor size, positive lymph node metastasis, and positive lymphatic vascular invasion (P<0.05). The overall 5-year survival rate showed no difference between the two groups (48.8% vs. 44.8%, P>0.05). However, the survival rate for MGC patients was significant lower than that for SRCC patients when compared among the age <60 years, negative distant metastasis, and tumor localized at upper third stomach (P<0.05). Multivariate Cox proportional hazards models revealed that distant metastasis was a significant independent prognostic indicator in MGC group, and lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis was significant independent prognostic indicators in SRCC group. Conclusions: While compared with SRCC, MGC is associated with a more aggressive tumor biologic behavior. 12Si-substrate LEDs with multiple superlattice interlayers for beyond 24 Gbps visible light communication显示文摘High-speed visible light communication(VLC)using light-emitting diodes(LEDs)is a potential complementary technology for beyond-5 G wireless communication networks.The speed of VLC systems significantly depends on the quality of LEDs,and thus various novel LEDs with enhanced VLC performance increasingly emerge.Among them,In Ga N/Ga N-based LEDs on a Si-substrate are a promising LED transmitter that has enabled VLC data rates beyond 10 Gbps.The optimization on the period number of superlattice interlayer(SL),which is a stressrelief epitaxial layer in a Si-substrate LED,has been demonstrated to be an effective method to improve Si-substrate LED’s luminescence properties.However,this method to improve LED’s VLC properties is barely investigated.Hence,we for the first time experimentally studied the impact of SL period number on VLC performance.Accordingly,we designed and fabricated an integrated 4×4 multichromatic Si-substrate wavelength-divisionmultiplexing LED array chip with optimal SL period number.This chip allows up to 24.25 Gbps/1.2 m VLC transmission using eight wavelengths,which is the highest VLC data rate for an In Ga N/Ga N LED-based VLC system to the best of our knowledge.Additionally,a record-breaking data rate of 2.02 Gbps over a 20-m VLC link is achieved using a blue Si-substrate LED with the optimal SL period number.These results validate the effectiveness of Si-substrate LEDs for both high-speed and long-distance VLC and pave the way for Si-substrate LED design specially for high-speed VLC applications.FANGCHEN HU SHOUQING CHEN GUOQIANG LI PENG ZOU JUNWEN ZHANG JIAN HU JIANLI ZHANG ZHIXUE HE SHAOHUA YU FENGYI JIANG NAN CHI 2021Photonics Research2021,9,8:3
13Nomogram for predicting lymph node metastasis rate of submucosal gastric cancer by analyzing clinicopathological characteristics associated with lymph node metastasis显示文摘Background:To combine clinicopathological characteristics associated with lymph node metastasis for submucosal gastric cancer into a nomogram.Methods:We retrospectively analyzed 262 patients with submucosal gastric cancer who underwent D2 gastrectomy between 1996 and 2012.The relationship between lymph node metastasis and clinicopathological features was statistically analyzed.With multivariate logistic regression analysis,we made a nomogram to predict the possibility of lymph node metastasis.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC) analysis was also performed to assess the predictive value of the model.Discrimination and calibration were performed using internal validation.Results:A total number of 48(18.3%) patients with submucosal gastric cancer have pathologically lymph node metastasis.For submucosal gastric carcinoma,lymph node metastasis was associated with age,tumor location,macroscopic type,size,differentiation,histology,the existence of ulcer and lymphovascular invasion in univariate analysis(all P<0.05).The multivariate logistic regression analysis identified that age ≤50 years old,macroscopic type III or mixed,undifferentiated type,and presence of lymphovascular invasion were independent risk factors of lymph node metastasis in submucosal gastric cancer(all P<0.05).We constructed a predicting nomogram with all these factors for lymph node metastasis in submucosal gastric cancer with good discrimination [area under the curve(AUC)=0.844].Internal validation demonstrated a good discrimination power that the actual probability corresponds closely with the predicted probability.Conclusions:We developed a nomogram to predict the rate of lymph node metastasis for submucosal gastric cancer.With good discrimination and internal validation,the nomogram improved individualized predictions for assisting clinicians to make appropriated treatment decision for submucosal gastric cancer patients.Zhixue Zheng Yinan Zhang Lianhai Zhang Ziyu Li Aiwen Wu Xiaojiang Wu Yiqiang Liu Zhaode Bu Jiafu Ji 2015Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2015,27,6:2

15Evaluation and prevention of formation damage in offshore sandstone reservoirs in China显示文摘Reduction in water injectivity would be harmful to the waterflood development of offshore sandstone oil reservoirs.In this paper the magnitude of formation damage during water injection was evaluated by analyzing the performance of water injection in the Bohai offshore oilfield,China.Two parameters,permeability reduction and rate of wellhead pressure rise,were proposed to evaluate the formation damage around injection wells.The pressure performance curve could be divided into three stages with different characteristics.Analysis of field data shows that formation damage caused by water injection was severe in some wells in the Bohai offshore oilfield,China.In the laboratory,the content of clay minerals in reservoir rock was analyzed and sensitivity tests(including sensitivity to water, flow rate,alkali,salt and acid)were also conducted.Experimental results show that the reservoir had a strong to medium sensitivity to water(i.e.clay swelling)and a strong to medium sensitivity to flow rate, which may cause formation damage.For formation damage prevention,three injection schemes of clay stabilizer(CS)were studied,i.e.continuous injection of low concentration CS(CI),slug injection of high concentration CS(SI),and slug injection of high concentration CS followed by continuous injection of low concentration CS(SI-CI).Core flooding experiments show that SI-CI is an effective scheme to prevent formation damage and is recommended for the sandstone oil reservoirs in the Bohai offshore oilfield during water injection.Yang Shenglai Sheng Zhichao Liu Wenhui Song Zhixue Wu Ming Zhang Jianwei 2008Petroleum Science2008,5,4:1
