1High-loading single cobalt atoms on ultrathin MOF nanosheets for efficient photocatalytic CO_(2) reduction显示文摘Based on suitable scaffolds,constructing high-loading single-atom catalysts is a promising strategy to achieve highly efficient catalysis.Herein,using ultrathin metal-organic framework(MOF)nanosheets(2.4±0.5 nm)as the support,single-atom catalysts with high cobalt loading(6.0 wt%)were constructed(denoted as Co-MNSs)by a simple bottom-up synthetic strategy.The catalytic system of Co-MNSs exhibited an outstanding photocatalytic CO_(2)-to-CO evolution rate of 7,041μmol g^(-1)h^(-1)and a selectivity of 86%in aqueous media under visible-light irradiation,which has reached the top level of the reported MOF-based photocatalysts.The control experiments and theoretical calculation revealed that the Co-N_(4)moiety in the MOF nanosheets acted as the active site for the photocatalytic CO_(2)-to-CO conversion.The boosted photocatalytic performance could be ascribed to the high aspect-ratio of layered Co-MNSs providing abundant accessible active sites on their surfaces,which reduced the energy barrier,improved the charge separation efficiency,and also facilitated the adsorption of CO_(2)to form the reactive radicals of*COOH.Our study provides an appealing strategy for constructing high-loading single-atom catalysts and demonstrates the significance of 2D ultrathin MOF nanosheets as the support in boosting CO_(2)photoreduction efficiency.Quan Zuo Rui Cui Lei Wang Yuling Wang Chunyang Yu Liang Wu Yiyong Mai Yongfeng Zhou 2023Science China Chemistry2023,66,2:2

3AtomGAN:unsupervised deep learning for fast and accurate defect detection of 2D materials at the atomic scale显示文摘The extraction of atomic-level material features from electron microscope images is crucial for studying structure-property relationships and discovering new materials.However,traditional electron microscope analyses rely on time-consuming and complex human operations;thus,they are only applicable to images with a small number of atoms.In addition,the analysis results vary due to observers’individual deviations.Although efforts to introduce automated methods have been performed previously,many of these methods lack sufficient labeled data or require various conditions in the detection process that can only be applied to the target material.Thus,in this study,we developed AtomGAN,which is a robust,unsupervised learning method,that segments defects in classical 2D material systems and the heterostructures of MoS_(2)/WS_(2)automatically.To solve the data scarcity problem,the proposed model is trained on unpaired simulated data that contain point and line defects for MoS_(2)/WS_(2).The proposed AtomGAN was evaluated on both simulated and real electron microscope images.The results demonstrate that the segmented point defects and line defects are presented perfectly in the resulting figures,with a measurement precision of 96.9%.In addition,the cycled structure of AtomGAN can quickly generate a large number of simulated electron microscope images.Danpeng CHENG Wuxin SHA Zuo XU Shide LI Zhigao YIN Yuling LANG Shun TANG Yuan-Cheng CAO 2023Science China(Information Sciences)2023,66,6:0

According to the growth characteristics of unicorn enterprises, the 'Guidelines for the Cultivation of High-Growth Enterprises' should be formulated at the provincial level. On the basis of the clear definition of highgrowth enterprises, the classification criteria are defined. A set of government support mechanisms for enterprise selection, approval and support should be established.
