1New Vetulicoliids from the Lower Cambrian Guanshan Fauna, Kunming显示文摘The Guanshan Fauna, a soft-bodied fauna intermediate between the Chengjiang Fauna and the Kaili Fauna and also the Burgess Shale Fauna stratigraphically, consists of trilobites, trilobitoides, Tuzoia, Vetulicola, Paleoscolex, brachiopods and sponges. The discovery and research of this fauna is of great significance in understading the 'Cambrian Explosion' and the evolution of early life. The occurrence of vetulicoliids from the Guanshan Fauna not only adds new members to the taxonomic list, but also provides new information to the evolution of this animal group. This paper describe Vetulicola gantoucunensis Luo, Fu et Hu sp. nov. from the Lower Cambrian Wulongqing Formation in the Kunming area. Also presented are the amended description of Vetulicola and the comparisons with related genera within Vetulicoliids. 2Facilitated transport separation of CO_(2) and H_(2)S by supported liquid membrane based on task-specific protic ionic liquids显示文摘Selective separation of CO_(2) and H_(2)S from CH_(4) is of importance to the natural gas upgrading because of its cor-rosivity. As is well known, amine group can recognize reversibly CO_(2) and H_(2)S with a moderate interaction. Withthis in mind, this work prepared a series of amine-functionalized supported-protic-ionic-liquid membranes(SPILMs) for the selective separation of CO_(2) and H_(2)S from CH_(4) . For comparison, aprotic ionic liquid membranewas also prepared for natural gas sweetening. The effect of temperature and transmembrane pressure differenceon the permeability of single gas and ideal selectivity of CO_(2)/CH_(4) and H_(2)S/CO_(2) were studied. Facilitated transportmechanism was studied by NMR spectra. The permeability of CO_(2) in primary amine functionalized [DMPDAH][Tf_(2)N]-based membrane decreases with the increasing transmembrane pressure, indicating a typical feature offacilitated transport membrane. The permeability of CO_(2) and the ideal selective of CO_(2)/CH_(4) are as high as 2000 barrers and 53.2 at 313.2 K in [DMPDAH][Tf_(2)N] membrane, significantly higher than those in conventional ILsmembrane. 3The role of transporters in cancer redox homeostasis and cross-talk with nanomedicines显示文摘Tumor cell usually exhibits high levels of reactive oxygen species and adaptive antioxidant system due to the metabolic,genetic,and microenvironment-associated alterations.The altered redox homeostasis can promote tumor progression,development,and treatment resistance.Several membrane transporters are involved in the resetting redox homeostasis and play important roles in tumor progression.Therefore,targeting the involved transporters to disrupt the altered redox balance emerges as a viable strategy for cancer therapy.In addition,nanomedicines have drawn much attention in the past decades.Using nanomedicines to target or reset the redox homeostasis alone or combined with other therapies has brought convincing data in cancer treatment.In this review,we will introduce the altered redox balance in cancer metabolism and involved transporters,and highlight the recent advancements of redox-modulating nanomedicines for cancer treatment.Longfa Kou Xinyu Jiang Huirong Huang Xinlu Lin Youting Zhang Qing Yao Ruijie Chen 2020Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2020,15,2:2
