| 1 | Surfactant induced reservoir wettability alteration:Recent theoretical and experimental advances in enhanced oil recovery显示文摘Reservoir wettability plays an important role in various oil recovery processes.The origin and evolution of reservoir wettability were critically reviewed to better understand the complexity of wettability due to interactions in crude oil-brine-rock system,with introduction of different wetting states and their influence on fluid distribution in pore spaces.The effect of wettability on oil recovery of waterflooding was then summarized from past and recent research to emphasize the importance of wettability in oil displacement by brine.The mechanism of wettability alteration by different surfactants in both carbonate and sandstone reservoirs was analyzed,concerning their distinct surface chemistry,and different interaction patterns of surfactants with components on rock surface.Other concerns such as the combined effect of wettability alteration and interfacial tension (IFT) reduction on the imbibition process was also taken into account.Generally,surfactant induced wettability alteration for enhanced oil recovery is still in the stage of laboratory investigation.The successful application of this technique relies on a comprehensive survey of target reservoir conditions,and could be expected especially in low permeability fractured reservoirs and forced imbibition process. | Wang Yefei XU Huaimin Yu Weizhao Bai Baojun Song Xinwang Zhang Jichao | 2011 | Petroleum Science2011,8,4: | 14 |
| 2 | Climate and extrema of ocean waves in the East China Sea显示文摘Wave climate plays an important role in the air-sea interaction over marginal seas. Extreme wave height provides fundamental information for various ocean engineering practices, such as hazard mitigation, coastal structure design, and risk assessment. In this paper, we implement a third generation wave model and conduct a high-resolution wave hindcast over the East China Sea to reconstruct a 15-year wave field from 1988 to 2002 for derivation of monthly mean wave parameters and analysis of extreme wave conditions. The numerical results of the wave field are validated through comparison with satellite altimetry measurements, low-resolution reanalysis, and the ocean wave buoy record. The monthly averaged wave height and wave period show seasonal variation and refined spatial patterns of surface waves in the East China Sea. The climatological significant wave height and mean wave period decrease from the open ocean in the southeast toward the continental area in the northwest, with the pattern generally following the bathymetry. Extreme analysis on the significant wave height at the buoy station indicates the hindcast data underestimate the extreme values relative to the observations. | 3 | Optimization of Extraction Process for Total Flavonoids from Penthorum chinense Pursh and Comparison of Their Contents from Different Parts显示文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids from Penthorum chinense Pursh and compare their contents from different parts.[Methods]Single factor and orthogonal experiments were designed to optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids from P.chinense Pursh with the volume fraction of ethanol,the ratio of material to liquid,heating reflux extraction time and extraction times as factors,and the content of total flavonoids as the index.A verification test was carried out.The optimized extraction process was adopted to compare the contents of total flavonoids from different parts of P.chinense Pursh.[Results]The best extraction process was extracting the powder of P.chinense Pursh for 2.0 h with 20 times of 55%ethanol by reflux twice.Under this condition,the contents of total flavonoids were 3.63%,8.90%,11.28%,and 4.36%from stems,leaves,flowers and whole grass of P.chinense Pursh,respectively.[Conclusions]The process is reasonable,feasible and stable,and can effectively extract total flavonoids from P.chinense Pursh.The contents of total flavonoids from different parts of P.chinense Pursh were quite different,and the value was higher in the leaves and flowers,so the proportions of leaves and flowers should be paid attention to in the industrial processing of P.chinense Pursh. | Hongsheng LIU Jiqiang YAO Xue BAI Jianying KANG Yefei YUAN | 2024 | Medicinal Plant2024,15,2: | 0 |
| 4 | Rapid and fine tailoring longitudinal surface plasmon resonances of gold nanorods by end-selective oxidation显示文摘Facile achievement of gold nanorods(AuNRs) with controllable longitudinal surface plasmon resonance(LSPR) is of great importance for their applications in various fields.The LSPR of AuNRs is sensitive to their aspect ratio,which is still hard to be precisely tuned by direct synthesis.In this work,we report a simple approach for end-selective etching of AuNRs by a rapid oxidation process with Au(Ⅲ) in cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB) solution at a mild temperature.The LSPR wavelength and the length of AuNRs blue shifted linearly as a function of the amount of Au(Ⅲ),while the diameter of Au NRs remained nearly constant.The oxidative rate is tempe rature dependent,and the oxidative process for a desired LSPR can be accomplished within 15 min at 60℃.Further investigations indicated that Br determine the occurrence of the oxidation between AuNRs and Au(Ⅲ),and a small amount of surfactant chain(CTA+) is crucial for stabilizing AuNRs.This method presents a quick but robust strategy for acquiring AuNRs with an arbitrary intermediate LSPR wavelength using the same starting AuNRs,and can be a powerful tool for subsequent applications. | Wenhan Li Zhirui Guo Qiuyuan Tai Yawen Li Yefei Zhu Tingting Bai | 2020 | Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,9: | 0 |
