| 1 | Enhanced thermal shock and oxidation resistance of Si_2BC_3N ceramics through MWCNTs incorporation显示文摘Multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)reinforced Si_2BC_3N ceramics were prepared through mechanical alloying(MA)and following spark plasma sintering(SPS).The thermal shock resistance of Si_2BC_3N ceramics was evaluated comparatively through ice water quenching test and theoretical prediction.Furthermore,the oxidation resistance of MWCNTs incorporated Si_2BC_3N ceramics was evaluated under high temperature.The results show that the calculated parameters such as the critical thermal shock temperature(R)and the thermal stresses resistance(R_(st)),as well as the toughness(R'')are improved with addition of 1 vol%MWCNTs.In addition,the crack propagation resistance of 1 vol%MWCNTs incorporated Si_2BC_3N ceramics is obviously improved through generating more tortuous crack propagation paths attributing to the'crack bridging','pull-out',and'crack deflection'mechanisms of MWCNTs.Therefore,the residual strengths of 1 vol%MWCNTs containing specimens remained the highest after the thermal shock tests.Besides,the present work also reveals that the oxidation resistance is more sensitive to relative density than MWCNTs addition. | Ning LIAO Dechang JIA Zhihua YANG Yu ZHOU Yawei LI | 2018 | Journal of Advanced Ceramics2018,7,3: | 3 |
| 2 | Effect of Nano Carbon Black and Graphite Flake on Properties of Low Carbon Al2O3-C Refractories显示文摘Low carbon Al_2O_3-C refractories specimens were prepared with tabular alumina( 3. 0- 1. 0,1. 0- 0. 5,0. 6- 0. 2,≤0. 3,≤0. 045 and ≤0. 02 mm),active alumina micropowder( ≤2 μm) and silicon( ≤0. 045mm) as main raw materials. Nano carbon black( N220) and natural graphite flake( ≤0. 074 mm)were adopted as the carbon sources. The specimens were treated at 800,1 000,1 200 and 1 400 ℃ under coke embedded atmosphere. The effects of additions of nano carbon black and graphite flake on mechanical properties and thermal shock resistance of the specimens were studied. Their mechanical properties were measured by threepoint bending test and thermal shock resistance was determined by water quenching method. The phase composition of the specimens was analyzed with X-ray diffraction and microstructures were observed through FESEM.The results reveal that:(1) the strengths of Al_2O_3-C refractories with these two carbon sources show no big differences when coked at lower than 1 000 ℃; when coked at over 1 200 ℃,the strengths of the specimens with graphite added are much higher than those of the specimens containing carbon black due to much more silicon carbide whiskers formed;( 2) since the nano carbon black has small particle size,they can be filled into interstice of Al_2O_3 particles to form the nano carbon network structure,absorbing and relieving the thermal stressgenerated from expansion and contraction and reducing the thermal expansion coefficient of the specimens,thus their thermal shock resistance is better than that of the specimens containing graphite;( 3) low carbon Al_2O_3-C refractories with good mechanical properties and excellent thermal shock resistance can be prepared with combination of nano carbon black and graphite flake. | LIAO Ning LI Yawei SANG Shaobai CHEN Songlin ZENG Luju | 2016 | China's Refractories2016,25,2: | 2 |

| 8 | YB1 regulates miR-205/200b-ZEB1 axis by inhibiting microRNA maturation in hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘Background:Y-box binding protein 1(YB1 or YBX1)plays a critical role in tumorigenesis and cancer progression.However,whether YB1 affects malignant transformation by modulating non-codingRNAs remains largely unknown.This study aimed to investigate the relationship between YB1 and microRNAs and reveal the underlying mechanism by which YB1 impacts on tumor malignancy via miRNAs-mediated regulatory network.Methods:The biological functions of YB1 in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)cells were investigated by cell proliferation,wound healing,and transwell invasion assays.The miRNAs dysregulated by YB1 were screened by microarray analysis in HCC cell lines.The regulation of YB1 on miR-205 and miR-200b was determined by quantitative real-time PCR,dual-luciferase reporter assay,RNA immunoprecipitation,and pull-down assay.The relationships of YB1,DGCR8,Dicer,TUT4,and TUT1 were identified by pull-down and coimmunoprecipitation experiments.The cellular co-localization of YB1,DGCR8,and Dicer were detected by immunofluorescent staining.The in vivo effect of YB1 on tumor metastasis was determined by injecting MHCC97H cells transduced with YB1 shRNA or shControl via the tail vein in nude BALB/c mice.The expression levels of epithelial tomesenchymal transition markerswere detected by immunoblotting and immunohistochemistry assays.Results:YB1 promoted HCC cell migration and tumor metastasis by regulating miR-205/200b‒ZEB1 axis partially in a Snail-independent manner.YB1 suppressedmiR-205 and miR-200b maturation by interacting with the microprocessors DGCR8 and Dicer as well as TUT4 and TUT1 via the conserved cold shock domain.Subsequently,the downregulation of miR-205 and miR-200b enhanced ZEB1 expression,thus leading to increased cell migration and invasion.Furthermore,statistical analyses on gene expression data from HCC and normal liver tissues showed that YB1 expression was positively associated with ZEB1 expression and remarkably correlated with clinical prognosis.Conclusion:This study reveals a previously undescribed mechanism by which YB1 promotes cancer progression by regulating the miR-205/200b‒ZEB1 axis in HCC cells.Furthermore,these results highlight that YB1 may play biological functions via miRNAs-mediated gene regulation,and it can serve as a potential therapeutic target in human cancers. | Xiumei Liu Di Chen Huan Chen Wen Wang Yu Liu Yawei Wang Chao Duan Zhen Ning Xin Guo Wuxiyar Otkur Jing Liu Huan Qi Xiaolong Liu Aifu Lin Tian Xia Hong-xu Liu Hai-long Piao | 2021 | Cancer Communications2021,41,7: | 1 |

| 13 | Transcriptomics reveals substance biosynthesis and transport on membranes of Listeria monocytogenes affected by antimicrobial lipopeptide brevilaterin B显示文摘Listeria monocytogenes is a worrisome food-borne pathogen threatening global food safety.Our previous study proved that lipopeptide brevilaterin B showed efficient antibacterial activity against L.monocytogenes by interacting with the cell membrane.This research further explored the antibacterial mechanism of brevilaterin B against L.monocytogenes at the sub-minimum inhibition concentration via transcriptomic analysis.Brevilaterin B induced growth inhibition rather than direct membrane lysis in L.monocytogenes at the minimum inhibitory concentration.Transcriptomic analysis showed 1779 difference expressed genes,including 895 up-regulated and 884 down-regulated genes.Gene Ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes analysis indicated that brevilaterin B influenced multiple pathways of L.monocytogenes,including peptidoglycan biosynthesis,membrane transport(ATP-binding cassette transports,ion transport),cellular metabolism(amino acid and lipid metabolism),ATP synthesis,and activation of the stress response(quorum sensing and bacterial chemotaxis).In conclusion,brevilaterin B affects gene expression related to biosynthesis,transport and stress response pathways on the membrane of L.monocytogenes.The present work provides the first transcriptomic assessment of the antibacterial mechanism of lipopeptide brevilaterin B at the gene level. | Yangliu Liu Yawei Ning Zhou Chen Panpan Han Tongxin Zhi Siting Li Aijin Ma Yingmin Jia | 2023 | Food Science and Human Wellness2023,12,4: | 0 |
| 14 | Determination of egg and milk allergen in food products by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry based on signature peptides and isotope-labeled internal standard显示文摘The aim of this work was to develop a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of milk allergen and egg allergen in food products.Signature peptides GGLEPINFQTAADQAR,VGINYWLAHK,VLVLDTDYK,FFVAPFPEVFGK,and NAVPITPTLNR were confirmed and synthesized as the quantitative peptide of ovalbumin,α-lactalbumin,β-lactoglobulin,α_(S1)-casein andα_(S2)-casein,the relative isotope-labeled internal standards were used in the quantitative analysis.Linear range was in the range of0.5-5000.0 nmol/L for egg and milk allergen in bread,cake,cookie,rice crust and wheat flour samples with free from egg and milk,the limits of detection of milk allergens and egg allergen were in the range between0.94 mg/100 g and 56.71 mg/100 g,limits of quantification of milk allergens and egg allergen were in the range between 2.36 mg/100 g and 141.78 mg/100 g.The recoveries ranged from 76.7%to 122.8%,the relative standard deviations were in the range of 1.60%-15.60%.The developed method has been successfully used for the detection of egg and milk allergen in various food samples. | Sufang Fan Junmei Ma Zhuo Liu Yawei Ning Meicong Cao Qiang Li Yan Zhang | 2023 | Food Science and Human Wellness2023,12,3: | 0 |
