| 1 | Spatial configuration engineering of perylenediimide-based non-fullerene electron transport materials for efficient inverted perovskite solar cells显示文摘Due to their excellent photoelectron chemical properties and suitable energy level alignment with perovskite,perylene diimide(PDI)derivatives are competitive non-fullerene electron transport material(ETM)candidates for perovskite solar cells(PSCs).However,the conjugated rigid plane structure of PDI units result in PDI-based ETMs tending to form large aggregates,limiting their application and photovoltaic performance.In this study,to restrict aggregation and further enhance the photovoltaic performance of PDI-type ETMs,two PDI-based ETMs,termed PDO-PDI2(dimer)and PDO-PDI3(trimer),were constructed by introducing a phenothiazine 5,5-dioxide(PDO)core building block.The research manifests that the optoelectronic properties and film formation property of PDO-PDI2 and PDO-PDI3 were deeply affected by the molecular spatial configuration.Applied in PSCs,PDO-PDI3 with threedimensional spiral molecular structure,exhibits superior electron extraction and transport properties,further achieving the best PCE of 18.72%and maintaining 93%of its initial efficiency after a 720-h aging test under ambient conditions. | Mengmeng Zheng Yawei Miao Ali Asgher Syed Cheng Chen Xichuan Yang Liming Ding Huaming Li Ming Cheng | 2021 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,5: | 0 |
| 2 | Comparison of mini-probe endoscopic ultrasonography with computed tomography scan in preoperative staging of esophageal cancer显示文摘Objective:To compare mini-probe endoscopic ultrasonography(MCUS)with computed tomography(CT)in pre-operative T and N staging of esophageal cancer,and to find out the MCUS parameters to judge lymph nodes metastasis for esophageal cancer.Methods:Thirty-five patients received both MCUS and CT preoperatively,on both of which the T and N stages were determined.The accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,positive predicting value and negative predicting value were compared with the postoperative pathological results.Results:The accuracy of MCUS was 85.7% in T staging and 85.7% and 80.0% in N staging by two different methods,which were 45.7% and 74.3%,respectively,by CT.Conclusion:MCUS is better than CT in preoperative staging for esophageal cancer.The ratio of short to long axis(S/L)combined with short axis is a useful way to determine lymph nodes metastasis. | Hong Hu Jiaqing Xiang Yawei Zhang Jie Chen Yajia Gu Longsheng Miao Longfei Ma | 2006 | The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2006,5,6: | 0 |
| 3 | Management of esophageal mucosa with high-grade dysplasia显示文摘Objective:Early detection and treatment in patients with esophageal cancer is the most effective way to improve the prognosis. Patients with high-grade dysplasia(HGD) in esophageal mucosa might be involved with early esophageal cancer,but the management of the disease is controversial. The purpose of our study was to explore the management of esophageal mucosa with HGD. Methods:We retrospectively analyzed 10 patients with HGD in esophageal mucosa,who underwent esophagectomy in Cancer Hospital of Fudan University from 1999 to 2006. The surgical approach,postoperative morbidity,in-hospital complications and pathological results of the patients were analyzed. Basing on our data together with other studies,we aimed at looking for an appropriate management for patients with HGD. Results:Of the 10 patients who received esophagectomy,the pathological results showed that 2(20%) cases were in situ carcinoma and 8(80%) cases were invasive cancer with no regional lymph nodes involved. 30-day mortality was 0. One patient experienced cervical anastomotic leakage,but healed in 2 weeks. There was no pulmonary complication. Conclusion:Most patients with HGD actually have occult carcinoma. High percentage of patients with HGD would develop into cancer during their lifetime. | 5 | Histone H3 lysine 27 trimethylation suppresses jasmonate biosynthesis and signaling to affect male fertility under high temperature in cotton显示文摘High-temperature(HT)stress causes male sterility in crops,thus decreasing yields.To explore the possible contribution of histone modifications to male fertility under HT conditions,we defined the histone methylation landscape for the marks histone H3 lysine 27 trimethylation(H3K27me3)and histone H3 lysine 4 trimethylation(H3K4me3)by chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing(ChIP-seq)in two differing upland cotton(Gossypium hirsutum)varieties.We observed a global disruption in H3K4me3 and H3K27me3 modifications,especially H3K27me3,in cotton anthers subjected to HT.HT affected the bivalent H3K4me3–H3K27me3 modification more than either monovalent modification.We determined that removal of H3K27me3 at the promoters of jasmonate-related genes increased their expression,maintaining male fertility under HT in the HT-tolerant variety at the anther dehiscence stage.Modulating jasmonate homeostasis or signaling resulted in an anther indehiscence phenotype under HT.Chemical suppression of H3K27me3 deposition increased jasmonic acid contents and maintained male fertility under HT.In summary,our study provides new insights into the regulation of male fertility by histone modifications under HT and suggests a potential strategy for improving cotton HT tolerance. | Yanlong Li Miao Chen Aamir Hamid Khan Yizan Ma Xin He Jing Yang Rui Zhang Huanhuan Ma Chunyang Zuo Yawei Li Jie Kong Maojun Wang Longfu Zhu Xianlong Zhang Ling Min | 2023 | Plant Communications2023,4,6: | 0 |
