| 1 | 10 生活方式及环境因素在鼻NK/T细胞淋巴瘤发生中的作用:一组东亚病例对照研究结果显示文摘鼻NK/T细胞淋巴瘤多发生于亚洲和拉丁美洲,而西方国家发生率很低,该文旨在研究生活方式及环境因素与鼻NK/T细胞淋巴瘤发生的关系。2000—2005年间,日本5所、韩国和中国各1所大学医院参与此项研究,试验组88例。对照组305例。对年龄、性别和国家因素调整后。鼻NK/T细胞淋巴瘤的比值比(OR值)为:农场主4.15,农民2.81,杀虫剂使用者4.01,垃圾焚烧场附近居民11.65,先前饮酒者2.95,当前吸烟者0.49。工作期间对杀虫剂采取戴手套、口罩、顺风喷洒防护措施的农民OR值分别为3.30、1.18、2.20,远低于未采取防护措施者。结论:杀虫剂和化学溶剂是鼻NK/T细胞淋巴瘤的病因,生活方式及环境是鼻NK/T细胞淋巴瘤发病的危险因素。 | Xu JX Hoshida Y Yang WI 王延安 | 2007 | 中国口腔颌面外科杂志2007，5，2： | 3 |
