| 4 | Mechanical behavior of coal under different mining rates:A case study from laboratory experiments to field testing显示文摘During the development of hot dry rock,the research on thermal fatigue damage caused by thermal shock of cold and heat cycles is the basis that ensures the long-term utilization of geothermal resources,but there are not enough relevant studies at present.Based on this,the thermal damage tests of granite at different temperatures(250,350,450°C)and quenching cycles(1,5,10,15 cycles)were carried out.Preliminary reveals the damage mechanism and heat transfer law of the quenching cycle effect on hot dry rock.The results show that with the increase of temperature and cycles,the uneven thermal expansion of minerals and the thermal shock caused by quenching promote the crack development of granite,resulting in the decrease of P-wave velocity,thermal conductivity and uniaxial compressive strength of granite.Meanwhile,the COMSOL was used to simulate the heat transfer of hot dry rock under different heat treatment conditions.It concluded that the increase in the number of quenching cycles reduced the heat transfer capacity of the granite,especially more than 10 quenching cycles,which also reflects that the thermal fatigue damage leads to a longer time for the temperature recovery of the hot dry rock mass.In addition,the three-dimensional nonlinear fitting relationship among thermal conductivity,temperature and cycle number was established for the first time,which can better reveal the change rule of thermal conductivity after quenching thermal fatigue effect of hot dry rock.The research results provide theoretical support for hot dry rock reservoir reconstruction and production efficiency evaluation. | Mingzhong Gao Jing Xie Yanan Gao Wenyong Wang Cong Li Bengao Yang Junjun Liu Heping Xie | 2021 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2021,31,5: | 39 |

| 9 | T cell–associated immunoregulation and antiviral effect of oxymatrine in hydrodynamic injection HBV mouse model显示文摘Although oxymatrine(OMT) has been shown to directly inhibit the replication of hepatitis B virus(HBV) in vitro, limited research has been done with this drug in vivo. In the present study, the antiviral effect of OMT was investigated in an immunocompetent mouse model of chronic HBV infection.The infection was achieved by tail vein injection of a large volume of DNA solution. OMT(2.2, 6.7 and20 mg/kg) was administered by daily intraperitoneal injection for 6 weeks. The efficacy of OMT was evaluated by the levels of HBV DNA, hepatitis B surface antigen(HBs Ag), hepatitis B e antigen(HBe Ag)and hepatitis B core antigen(HBc Ag). The immunoregulatory activity of OMT was evaluated by serum ELISA and flow cytometry. Results shows that OMT at 20 mg/kg inhibited HBV replication, and it was more efficient than entecavir(ETV) in the elimination of serum HBs Ag and intrahepatic HBc Ag. Inaddition, OMT accelerated the production of interferon-γ(IFN-γ) in a dose-dependent manner in CD4^+T cells. Our findings demonstrate the beneficial effects of OMT on the enhancement of immunological function and in the control of HBV antigens. | 11 | Synergistic Effects of Chuanxiong-Chishao Herb-Pair on Promoting Angiogenesis at Network Pharmacological and Pharmacodynamic Levels显示文摘Objective: To investigate the synergistic effects of Chuanxiong-Chishao herb-pair(CCHP) on promoting angiogenesis in silico and in vivo. Methods: The mechanisms of action of an herb-pair, ChuanxiongChishao, were investigated using the network pharmacological and pharmacodynamic strategies involving computational drug target prediction and network analysis, and experimental validation. A set of network pharmacology methods were created to study the herbs in the context of targets and diseases networks, including prediction of target profiles and pharmacological actions of main active compounds in Chuanxiong and Chishao. Furthermore, the therapeutic effects and putative molecular mechanisms of Chuanxiong-Chishao actions were experimentally validated in a chemical-induced vascular insufficiency model of transgenic zebrafish in vivo. The m RNA expression of the predicted targets were further analyzed by real-time polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR). Results: The computational prediction results found that the compounds in Chuanxiong have antithrombotic, antihypertensive, antiarrhythmic, and antiatherosclerotic activities, which were closely related to protecting against hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, ischemic stroke, myocardial infarction and heart failure. In addition, compounds in Chishao were found to participate in anti-inflammatory effect and analgesics. Particularly, estrogen receptor α(ESRα) and hypoxia-inducible factor 1-α(HIF-1α) were the most important potential protein targets in the predicted results. In vivo experimental validation showed that post-treatment of tetramethylpyrazine hydrochloride(TMP·HCl) and paeoniflorin(PF) promoted the regeneration of new blood vessels in zebrafish involving up-regulating ESRα m RNA expression. Co-treatment of TMP·HCl and PF could enhance the vessel sprouting in chemical-induced vascular insufficiency zebrafish at the optimal compatibility proportion of PF 10 μmol/L with TMP·HCl 1 μmol/L. Conclusions: The network pharmacological strategies combining drug target prediction and network analysis identified some putative targets of CCHP. | 15 | A drug-eluting Balloon for the trEatment of coronarY bifurcatiON lesions in the side branch:a prospective multicenter ranDomized (BEYOND)clinical trial in China显示文摘Background:Treatment of coronary bifurcation lesions remains challenging;a simple strategy has been preferred as of late,but the disadvantage is ostium stenosis or even occlusion of the side branch(SB).Only a few single-center studies investigating the combination of a drug-eluting stent in the main branch followed by a drug-eluting balloon in the SB have been reported.This prospective,multicenter,randomized study aimed to investigate the safety and efficacy of a paclitaxel-eluting balloon(PEB)compared with regular balloon angioplasty(BA)in the treatment of non-left main coronary artery bifurcation lesions.Methods:Between December 2014 and November 2015,a total of 222 consecutive patients with bifurcation lesions were enrolled in this study at ten Chinese centers.Patients were randomly allocated at a 1:1 ratio to a PEB group(n=113)and a BA group(n=109).The primary efficacy endpoint was angiographic target lesion stenosis at 9 months.Secondary efficacy and safety endpoints included target lesion revascularization,target vessel revascularization,target lesion failure,major adverse cardiac and cerebral events(MACCEs),all-cause death,cardiac death,non-fatal myocardial infarction,and thrombosis in target lesions.The main analyses performed in this clinical trial included case shedding analysis,base-value equilibrium analysis,effectiveness analysis,and safety analysis.SAS version 9.4 was used for the statistical analyses.Results:At the 9-month angiographic follow-up,the difference in the primary efficacy endpoint of target lesion stenosis between the PEB(28.7%±18.7%)and BA groups(40.0%±19.0%)was-11.3%(95%confidence interval:-16.3%to-6.3%,Psuperiority<0.0001)in the intention-to-treat analysis,and similar results were recorded in the per-protocol analysis,demonstrating the superiority of PEB to BA.Late lumen loss was significantly lower in the PEB group than in the BA group(-0.06±0.32 vs.0.18±0.34 mm,P<0.0001).For intention-to-treat,there were no significant differences between PEB and BA in the 9-month percentages of MACCEs(0.9%vs.3.7%,P=0.16)or non-fatal myocardial infarctions(0 vs.0.9%,P=0.49).There were no clinical events of target lesion revascularization,target vessel revascularization,target lesion failure,all-cause death,cardiac death or target lesion thrombosis in either group.Conclusions:In de novo non-left main coronary artery bifurcations treated with provisional T stenting,SB dilation with the PEB group demonstrated better angiographic results than treatment with regular BA at the 9-month follow-up in terms of reduced target lesion stenosis.Trial registration:ClinicalTrials.gov,NCT02325817;http://gffzzd3f38a9638994581s65wqwf5vfq0p69uc.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn. | Quan-Min Jing Xin Zhao Ya-Ling Han Ling-Ling Gao Yang Zheng Zhan-Quan Li Ping Yang Hong-Liang Cong Chuan-Yu Gao Tie-Min Jiang Hui Li Jun-Xia Li Dong-Mei Wang Geng Wang Zhan-Chun Cong Zhong Zhang | 2020 | Chinese Medical Journal2020,,8: | 17 |
| 16 | Robust optimization for improving resilience of integrated energy systems with electricity and natural gas infrastructures显示文摘The integration of natural gas in electricity network requires a more reliable operating plan for increasing uncertainties in the whole system. In this paper, a threestage robust optimization model is proposed for resilient operation of energy system which integrates electricity and natural gas transmission networks with the objective of minimizing load curtailments caused by attacks. Nonconvex constrains are linearized in order to formulate the dual problem of optimal energy flow. Then, the proposed three-stage problem can be reformulated into a two-stage mixed integer linear program(MILP) and solved by Benders decomposition algorithm. Numerical studies on IEEE30-bus power system with 7-node natural gas network and IEEE 118-bus power system with 14-node natural gas network validate the feasibility of the proposed model for improving resilience of integrated energy system. | 17 | Downstaging and resection of hepatocellular carcinoma in patients with extrahepatic metastases after stereotactic therapy显示文摘Background:A combination of tyrosine kinase inhibitors(TKIs)and anti-PD-1 antibodies with local regional therapy has elicited yield substantial clinical benefits in patients who have hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)with extrahepatic metastases.Using this treatment strategy to convert HCC patients with extrahepatic metastases from unresectable to resectable has not yet been reported.Methods:Consecutive hepatocellular carcinoma patients with extrahepatic metastases who received first-line therapy with a combination of TKIs and anti-PD-1 antibodies and at least one local regional therapy were analysed.Results:Nine patients with localized disease who received first-line systemic therapy were enrolled.At baseline,all of them had oligometastatic disease,namely,Barcelona Clinic Liver Cancer stage C(or Chinese Liver Cancer stage IIIB).The most common treatment administered was lenvatinib plus anti-PD-1 antibody and transarterial chemoembolization,and the median time span from systemic therapy to surgery was 3.2(IQR,2.8-6.2)months.Three patients achieved a pathological complete response.Six patients underwent laparoscopic surgery,and the other 3 patients underwent open surgery.After a median follow-up of 10.2(IQR,8.6-20.0)months,7 patients survived without disease recurrence,and 2 experienced tumour recurrence.All patients had any-grade AEs,and 55.6%of the patients experienced grade 3 AEs.Fatigue was the most common AE,followed by elevated aminotransferase levels and hypertension.Conclusions:Stereotactic therapy is a feasible conversion therapy for HCC patients with extrahepatic metastases to become resectable.This is the first study to analyse therapeutic outcomes of patients receiving these therapies for HCC with extrahepatic metastases. | Xiaobo Yang Haifeng Xu Bangyou Zuo Xu Yang Jin Bian Junyu Long Dongxu Wang Junwei Zhang Cong Ning Yanyu Wang Ziyu Xun Yunchao Wang Xin Lu Yilei Mao Xinting Sang Haitao Zhao | 2021 | Hepatobiliary Surgery and Nutrition2021,10,4: | 17 |
| 18 | Types,Characteristics and Significances of Migrating Pathways of Gas-bearing Fluids in the Shenhu Area,Northern Continental Slope of the South China Sea显示文摘The first marine gas hydrate expedition in China has been conducted by Guangzhou Marine Geological Survey in the Shenhu Area, northern continental slope of the South China Sea. Previous study has analyzed the P-T conditions, geophysical anomalies and saturation calculations of these gas hydrates, but has not documented in detail the migration of gas-bearing fluids in the study area. Based on the interpretations of 2D/3D seismic data, this work identified two types of migration pathways for gas-bearing fluids in the Shenhu area, i.e., vertical and lateral pathways. The vertical pathways(largescale faults, gas chimneys and mud diapirs) presented as steep seismic reflection anomalies, which could be traced downward to the Eocene source rocks and may penetrate into the Late Miocene strata. The deeper gases/fluids might be allowed migrating into the shallower strata through these vertical conduits. However, the distributions showed distinct differences between these pathways. Large-scale faults developed only in the north and northeast of the Shenhu area, while in the drilling area gas chimneys were the sole vertical migration pathways. Since the Pliocene, normal faults, detachment faults and favorable sediments have constituted the lateral pathways in the Shenhu gas hydrate drilling area. Although these lateral pathways were connected with gas chimneys, they exerted different effects on hydrate formation and accumulation. Gas-bearing fluids migrated upward along gas chimneys might further migrate laterally because of the normal faults, thereby enlarging the range of the chimneys. Linking gas chimneys with the seafloor, the detachment faults might act as conduits for escaping gases/fluids. Re-deposited sediments developed at the early stage of the Quaternary were located within the gas hydrate stability zone, so hydrates would be enriched in these favorable sediments. Compared with the migration pathways(large-scale faults and mud diapirs) in the LW3-1 deep-sea oil/gas field, the migration efficiency of the vertical pathways(composed of gas chimneys) in the gas hydrate drilling area might be relatively low. Description and qualitative discrimination of migration pathways in the Shenhu gas hydrate drilling area are helpful to further understand the relationship between good-quality deep source rocks and shallow, mainly biogenicallyproduced, hydrates. As the main source rocks of the Baiyun sag, lacustrine mudstones in the Wenchang and Enping Formations may provide thermogenic methane. Gas chimneys with relatively low migration efficiency created the vertical pathways. Caused by the Dongsha tectonic movement, the release of overpressured fluids might reduce the vertical migration rates of the thermogenic methane. The thick bathyal/abyssal fine-grained sediments since the Late Miocene provided migration media with low permeability. These preconditions may cause carbon isotopic fractionation ofthermogenic methane during long-distance vertical migrations. | 19 | Genetic variation of yellow pigment and its components in foxtail millet(Setaria italica(L.) P.Beauv.) from different eco-regions in China显示文摘Kernel color is an important trait for assessing the commercial and nutritional quality of foxtail millet.Yellow pigment content(YPC)and carotenoid components(lutein and zeaxanthin)of 270 foxtail millet accessions,including 50 landraces and 220improved cultivars,from four different eco-regions in China were surveyed using spectrophotometry and high performance liquid chromatography methods.Results indicated that YPC had rich variance,ranging from 1.91 to 28.54 mg kg^(–1),with an average value of 17.80 mg kg^(–1).The average YPC of improved cultivars(18.31 mg kg^(–1))was significantly higher than that of landraces(15.51 mg kg^(–1)).The YPC in cultivars from the Loess Plateau spring sowing region(LPSSR)was the highest(20.59 mg kg^(–1)),followed by the North China summer sowing region(NCSSR,18.25 mg kg^(–1)),the northeast spring sowing region(NSSR,17.25 mg kg^(–1)),and the Inner Mongolia Plateau spring sowing region(IMPSSR,13.92 mg kg^(–1)).The variation coefficients of YPC in cultivars from NSSR,LPSSR,and IMPSSR were higher than that from NCSSR.A similar carotenoid profile was also obtained for 270 foxtail millet cultivars.Lutein and zeaxanthin accounted for approximately 55–65%of YPC in accessions.The lutein content was higher than zeaxanthin content in all cultivars.The ratio of lutein to zeaxanthin ranged from 1.51 to 6.06 with an average of 3.34.YPC was positively correlated with lutein(r=0.935,P<0.01),zeaxanthin(r=0.808,P<0.01),and growth duration(r=0.488,P<0.01),whereas it was negatively correlated with grain protein(r=-0.332,P<0.01)and 1 000-kernel weight(r=-0.153,P<0.05).Our study is useful for screening and selecting cultivars with high levels of yellow pigment and for enhancing phytochemical concentrations in breeding programs. | YANG Yan-bing JIA Guan-qing DENG Li-gang QIN Ling CHEN Er-ying CONG Xin-jun ZOU Ren-feng WANG Hai-lian ZHANG Hua-wen LIU Bin GUAN Yan-an DIAO Xian-min YIN Yan-ping | 2017 | Journal of Integrative Agriculture2017,16,11: | 15 |
| 20 | CapOX as neoadjuvant chemotherapy for locally advanced operable colon cancer patients: a prospective single-arm phase Ⅱ trial显示文摘Objective: The aim of this prospective, single-arm phase II trial was to confirm the safety and efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NAC) using oxaliplatin plus capecitabine(Cap OX) for patients with operable locally advanced colon cancer(CC).Methods: Patients with computed tomography-defined T4 or lymph node-positive CCs were enrolled. After radiological staging, patients were treated with at least 2 cycles of NAC consisting of 130 mg/m2 oxaliplatin on d 1,plus 1,000 mg/m2 capecitabine twice daily for 14 d every 3 weeks, followed by surgery, and then with the rest cycles of adjuvant chemotherapy. Radiological response was evaluated after 2 cycles of NAC. Tumor response, treatment toxicity, and surgical complications were recorded. The pathological response to therapy was evaluated according to the tumor regression grade(TRG) score. The primary endpoint was pathologic tumor response. This trial is registered in Clinical Trials.gov(No: NCT02415829).Results: Forty-seven patients were enrolled in the study. Forty-two patients completed the planned treatments.The total radiological response rate was 68%(32/47), including complete and partial response rates of 2%(1/47)and 66%(31/47), respectively. Stable disease was observed in 32%(15/47) and progressive disease was observed in none. Complete pathologic response, major regression, and at least moderate regression were achieved in 1(2%), 2(4%), and 29(62%) patients, respectively. Four patients developed grade 3 treatment toxicities. One patient with wound infection occurred after operation(1/47, 2%).
