| 1 | Tailoring the microstructure,mechanical and tribocorrosion performance of (CrNbTiAlV)N_(x) high-entropy nitride films by controlling nitrogen flow显示文摘The(CrNbTiAlV)N_(x)high-entropy nitride films were fabricated by adjusting nitrogen flow via magnetron sputtering.The microstructure,mechanical,electrochemical and tribocorrosion performances of the films were studied.The results show that the films transform from amorphous to nanocrystalline structure as nitrogen flow increased.The nanocrystalline films show super hardness(>40 GPa)and adhesion strength(>50 N).The amorphous film has a pretty anti-corrosion in static corrosion,while not in tribocorrosion condition.The film deposited at nitrogen flow of 38 sccm exhibits the optimal tribocorrosion performance in artificial seawater,with the highest open circuit potential(∼−0.1 V vs.Ag/AgCl),the lowest friction coefficient(∼0.162)and wear rate(∼7.48×10^(−7)mm^(3)N^(−1)m^(−1)). | Cunxiu Zhang Xiaolong Lu Cong Wang Xudong Sui Yanfang Wang Haibin Zhou Junying Hao | 2022 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,12: | 2 |

| 3 | Prokaryotic expression and purification of fusion protein HSP70-EGFP and its application in the study of dendritic cells internalization antigen显示文摘To study the endocytic activity of dendritic cells(DCs)by obtaining fusion protein HSP70-EGFP as exogenous antigen and loading it with DCs derived from human peripheral blood.Fusion protein HSP70-EGFP was prokaryotically expressed,isolated and purified.DCs were isolated and cultured from human peripheral blood.The DCs were divided into 3 groups in the endocytic experiment.There were 106 DCs in each group.Group 1 and 2 were respectively incubated for 30 min.with HSP70-EGFP and EGFP.Group 3 was incubated with HSP70 for 30 min,and then incubated for 30 min.with HSP70-EGFP.Subsequently,3 groups were placed in an incubator at 37℃for 0.5,1,2 and 24 h.Flow cytometry(FCM)was adopted to detect the amount of DCs with EGFP inside.IL-12 Eli-spot was adopted to detect the amount of DCs which secreted IL-12.There were 5 types in the experiment:LPS,inactive LPS,HSP70-EGFP,EGFP and no antigen.Fusion protein HSP70-EGFP was successfully obtained and its molecular weight was 97000.It accounted for 35.32%of the total protein.Under irradiation of an ultraviolet lamp,the protein solution sent out viridescent fluorescence.The result detected by FCM indicated that after incubation for 0.5 h at 37℃,the positive rate in group 1 was 63%,while the other 2 groups were negative.After incubation for 1,2 and 24 h at 37℃,the positive rates in the 3 groups were above 80%.The IL-12 Eli-spot examination shows that with HSP70-EGFP being loaded,the amount of DCs secreting IL-12 was 134.09±31.78/10^(5)cells,a little lower than that of DCs with LPS loaded(with the average point of 156.36±15.73).There was no significant difference between the 2 groups(P<0.01).By contrast,both of them were significantly higher than inactive LPS-(33.78±1.40)/10^(5)cells and EGFP-loaded(23.13±4.57)/105 cells DC groups in the amount of DCs secreting IL-12(P<0.01).The results suggest that receptor-mediated phagocytosis plays a main role in the preliminary stage of DCs internalizing HSP70-EGFP.With increasing incubation time,pinocytosis begins to dominate.HSP70-EGFP may promote DCs to secret cell factor IL-12. | Ping QU Yanfang SUI Libing LIU Jiahai MA Guangsheng CHEN Jiankang CHEN Fang’e LIU | 2008 | Frontiers of Medicine2008,2,1: | 0 |
| 4 | Electrospun porous carbon nanofibers derived from bio-based phenolic resins as free-standing electrodes for high-performance supercapacitors显示文摘Phenolic resins were employed to prepare electrospun porous carbon nanofibers with a high specific surface area as free-standing electrodes for high-performance supercapacitors.However,the sustainable development of conventional phenolic resin has been challenged by petroleum-based phenol and formaldehyde.Lignin with abundant phenolic hydroxyl groups is the main non-petroleum resource that can provide renewable aromatic compounds.Hence,lignin,phenol,and furfural were used to synthesize bio-based phenolic resins,and the activated carbon nanofibers were obtained by electrospinning and one-step carbonization activation.Fourier transform infrared and differential scanning calorimetry were used to characterize the structural and thermal properties.The results reveal that the apparent activation energy of the curing reaction is 89.21 kJ·mol–1 and the reaction order is 0.78.The activated carbon nanofibers show a uniform diameter,specific surface area up to 1100 m^(2)·g^(-1),and total pore volume of 0.62 cm^(3)·g^(-1).The electrode demonstrates a specific capacitance of 238 F·g^(-1)(0.1 A·g^(-1))and good rate capability.The symmetric supercapacitor yields a high energy density of 26.39 W·h·kg^(-1)at 100 W·kg^(-1)and an excellent capacitance retention of 98%after 10000 cycles.These results confirm that the activated carbon nanofiber from bio-based phenolic resins can be applied as electrode material for high-performance supercapacitors. | Yongsheng Zhang Xiaomeng Yang Jinpan Bao Hang Qian Dong Sui Jianshe Wang Chunbao Charles Xu Yanfang Huang | 2023 | Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2023,17,5: | 0 |
