The gelator penetrated in the mesopores of silica nanoparticles(MSNs) and formed low molecular weight gel(LMWG) as gate to fabricate dual pH and glucose responsive nano drug delivery system. Antidiabetic drug was loaded in the gel caped MSNs, the drug release was responsive to the pH and glucose levels and the drug release could be controlled via the stimuli sensitivity of gel. | Wenxia Gao Yalong Hu Long Xu Miaochang Liu Huayue Wu Bin He | 2018 | Chinese Chemical Letters2018,29,12: | 4 |
A review of in situ upgrading technology for heavy crude oil显示文摘With the growing demand of oil worldwide, heavy oil has increasingly become vital in the world energy market. However, further development of heavy oil reservoirs are limited by regular enhanced oil recovery(EOR)methods. In situ upgrading technology provides potential for the development of heavy oil and bitumen reservoirs. This study reviews three categories of in situ upgrading methods:solvent-based,in situ combustion(ISC),and catalytic.Solvent-based methods, including cyclic solvent injection, vapor extraction, and hybrid processes, have recently received attention and have been progressed in both laboratory and field applications. However, high solvent costs in relation to the low price of heavy oil have continued to limit the field applications of these techniques.ISC,which may have the potential to develop particularly harsh reservoirs with extremely viscous crude oil, involves complex reaction mechanisms and consists of three main steps:oxidation, combustion, and gas flooding.Yet,complex operating conditions and a low success rate have restricted its application.Catalytic methods, which have demonstrated the potential to refine and upgrade crude oil in a more economic and environmentally friendly way,are often accompanied by conventional thermal EOR methods, such as steam flooding and ISC,and involve a series of hydroprocessing or hydrotreating reactions, such as hydrocracking, hydrodesulfurization, hydrodenitrogenation, hydrodeoxygenation, and hydrodemetallization. However, the high cost and complexity of the reaction mechanisms have limited their applications. | Yibo Li Zhiqiang Wang Zhiming Hu Yalong Li Wanfen Pu Jinzhou Zhao | 2021 | Petroleum2021,7,2: | 2
Molecular mechanisms of adaptive evolution in wild animals and plants显示文摘Wild animals and plants have developed a variety of adaptive traits driven by adaptive evolution,an important strategy for species survival and persistence.Uncovering the molecular mechanisms of adaptive evolution is the key to understanding species diversification, phenotypic convergence, and inter-species interaction. As the genome sequences of more and more non-model organisms are becoming available, the focus of studies on molecular mechanisms of adaptive evolution has shifted from the candidate gene method to genetic mapping based on genome-wide scanning. In this study,we reviewed the latest research advances in wild animals and plants, focusing on adaptive traits, convergent evolution, and coevolution.Firstly,we focused on the adaptive evolution of morphological, behavioral, and physiological traits.Secondly,we reviewed the phenotypic convergences of life history traits and responding to environmental pressures, and the underlying molecular convergence mechanisms.Thirdly,we summarized the advances of coevolution, including the four main types:mutualism, parasitism, predation and competition.Overall, these latest advances greatly increase our understanding of the underlying molecular mechanisms for diverse adaptive traits and species interaction, demonstrating that the development of evolutionary biology has been greatly accelerated by multi-omics technologies. Finally,we highlighted the emerging trends and future prospects around the above three aspects of adaptive evolution. | Yibo Hu Xiaoping Wang Yongchao Xu Hui Yang Zeyu Tong Ran Tian Shaohua Xu Li Yu Yalong Guo Peng Shi Shuangquan Huang Guang Yang Suhua Shi Fuwen Wei | 2023 | Science China(Life Sciences)2023,66,3: | 1
Coordinated regulation of BACH1 and mitochondrial metabolism through tumor-targeted self-assembled nanoparticles for effective triple negative breast cancer combination therapy显示文摘The poor prognosis of triple negative breast cancer(TNBC)results from a lack of approved targeted therapies coupled with aggressive proliferation and metastasis, which is associated with high recurrence and short overall survival. Here we developed a strategy by employing tumor-targeted selfassembled nanoparticles to coordinately regulate BACH1(BTB domain and CNC homology 1)and mitochondrial metabolism. The BACH1 inhibitor hemin and mitochondria function inhibitor berberine derivative(BD)were used to prepare nanoparticles(BH NPs)followed by the modification of chondroitin sulfate(CS)on the surface of BH NPs to achieve tumor targeting(CS/BH NPs).CS/BH NPs were found to be able to inhibit tumor migration and invasion by significantly decreasing the amounts of tumor cell metabolites, glycolysis and metastasis-associated proteins, which were related to the inhibition of BACH1 function.Meanwhile, decreased mitochondrial membrane potential, activated caspase 3/9 and increased ROS production demonstrated coordinated regulation of BACH1 and mitochondrial metabolism. In a xenograft mice model of breast cancer,CS/BH NPs significantly inhibited tumor growth and metastasis due to the synergetic effect of hemin and BD without showing obvious toxicities for major organs. In sum,the results of efficacy and safety experiments suggest potential clinical significance of the prepared self-assembled CS/BH nanoparticles for the treatment of TNBC. | Xuan Yang Yalong Wang Junke Zhao Hehui Rong Yujun Chen Mengting Xiong Xiaoxing Ye Shihui Yu Haiyan Hu | 2022 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,10: | 1
A Credit Card Fraud Detection Model Based on Multi-Feature Fusion and Generative Adversarial Network显示文摘Credit Card Fraud Detection(CCFD)is an essential technology for banking institutions to control fraud risks and safeguard their reputation.Class imbalance and insufficient representation of feature data relating to credit card transactions are two prevalent issues in the current study field of CCFD,which significantly impact classification models’performance. To address these issues, this research proposes a novel CCFD model based on Multifeature Fusion and Generative Adversarial Networks(MFGAN).The MFGAN model consists of two modules:a multi-feature fusion module for integrating static and dynamic behavior data of cardholders into a unified highdimensional feature space, and a balance module based on the generative adversarial network to decrease the class imbalance ratio. The effectiveness of theMFGAN model is validated on two actual credit card datasets. The impacts of different class balance ratios on the performance of the four resamplingmodels are analyzed, and the contribution of the two different modules to the performance of the MFGAN model is investigated via ablation experiments.Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed model does better than state-of-the-art models in terms of recall,F1,and Area Under the Curve(AUC)metrics, which means that the MFGAN model can help banks find more fraudulent transactions and reduce fraud losses. | Yalong Xie Aiping Li Biyin Hu Liqun Gao Hongkui Tu | 2023 | Computers, Materials & Continua2023,76,9: | 1

Effects of La_2(CO_3)_3 on microstructure and mechanical properties of ZM-5 magnesium alloy显示文摘The optical microscope (OM), scanning electron microscope (SEM) with energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS) and X-ray diffractometer (XRD) are employed to analyze the effect of La2(CO3)3 on microstructure and mechanical properties of ZM-5 magnesium alloy, and effect of holding time on mechanical properties of the alloy.Experimental results show that the as-cast microstructure of ZM-5 alloy with the addition of La2(CO3)3 is composed of α-Mg, β-Mg17Al12, Al11La3 and Al8LaMn4 phases and the microstructure can be refined significantly by adding La2(CO3)3.As a result, the morphology of coarse β-Mg17Al12 phase can be alternated from the semi-continuous net shape to a discontinuous, even to a granular shape, and to be diminished in their sizes and dispersed in their distributions. | Liu Chuang Li Yusheng Ma Zhiyi Feng Zhijun Zhai Hu Zhang Yalong | 2010 | China Foundry2010,7,3: | 0

DCFNet:An Effective Dual-Branch Cross-Attention Fusion Network for Medical Image Segmentation显示文摘Automatic segmentation of medical images provides a reliable scientific basis for disease diagnosis and analysis.Notably, most existing methods that combine the strengths of convolutional neural networks(CNNs)and Transformers have made significant progress. However, there are some limitations in the current integration of CNN and Transformer technology in two key aspects.Firstly, most methods either overlook or fail to fully incorporate the complementary nature between local and global features.Secondly, the significance of integrating the multiscale encoder features from the dual-branch network to enhance the decoding features is often disregarded in methods that combine CNN and Transformer. To address this issue,we present a groundbreaking dual-branch cross-attention fusion network(DCFNet),which efficiently combines the power of Swin Transformer and CNN to generate complementary global and local features. We then designed the Feature Cross-Fusion(FCF)module to efficiently fuse local and global features. In the FCF,the utilization of the Channel-wise Cross-fusion Transformer(CCT)serves the purpose of aggregatingmulti-scale features, and the Feature FusionModule(FFM)is employed to effectively aggregate dual-branch prominent feature regions from the spatial perspective.Furthermore, within the decoding phase of the dual-branch network, our proposed Channel Attention Block(CAB)aims to emphasize the significance of the channel features between the up-sampled features and the features generated by the FCFmodule to enhance the details of the decoding.Experimental results demonstrate that DCFNet exhibits enhanced accuracy in segmentation performance.Compared to other state-of-the-art(SOTA)methods,our segmentation framework exhibits a superior level of competitiveness.DCFNet’s accurate segmentation of medical images can greatly assist medical professionals in making crucial diagnoses of lesion areas in advance. | Chengzhang Zhu Renmao Zhang Yalong Xiao Beiji Zou Xian Chai Zhangzheng Yang Rong Hu Xuanchu Duan | 2024 | Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2024,140,7: | 0
