| 2 | Numerical Analysis of Welding Residual Stress and Distortion in Laser+GMAW Hybrid Welding of Aluminum Alloy T-Joint显示文摘A 3-D finite element model is developed to predict the temperature field and thermally induced residual stress and distortion in laser+GMAW hybrid welding of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy T-joint. And the characteristics of residual stress distribution and deformation are numerically investigated. In the simulation, the heat source model takes into account the effect of joint geometric shape and welding torch slant on the heat flux distribution and a sequentially coupled thermo-mechanical method is used. The calculated results show that higher residual stress is distributed in and surround the weld zone. Its peak value is very close to the yield strength of base metal. | 4 | Microbiota characteristics in Sebastes schlegelii intestine in early life stages显示文摘The structure of intestinal microbiota of black rockfish Sebastes schlegelii in five early development stages were determined in high throughput sequencing with Illumina MiSeq PE300 system.The relationship between intestinal microbial community and the environmental(including culture water and feed)microbiota and the abundance variation trends of core microbiota were investigated,based on which the source of some core microbiota was analyzed in this study.The results show that Proteobacteria and Firmicutes are the most dominant phyla in guts.At the genus level,there are obvious differences between the artificial breeding fish and wild adults in the intestinal microflora structure.The compositions of dominant genera are similar,although the structure of intestinal microbiota gradually changes with the growth of larvae and juveniles.The core microbiota including Bacillus,Acinetobacter,Pseudomonas,Lactobacillus,Lactococcus,Glaciecola,Vibrio,Pseudoalteromonas,Acidovorax,and Aliivibrio were determined in the analysis of dominant and shared species.Compared with the water,the effect of feed microbiota on the structure of the gut microbial community is more obvious.Moreover,the trends of Bacillus,Acinetobacter,Pseudomonas,Lactobacillus,Lactococcus,and Glaciecola were opposite to Vibrio and Pseudoalteromonas in the gut.The correlation analysis suggested that Acidovorax,Glaciecola,Pseudomonas,Lactobacillus,and Acinetobacter might transited from mainly the parents and/or came from the fertilization process.The relative results may provide a theoretical reference for selecting the native probiotics,and supply the basic data for artificially regulating the intestinal microbiota with probiotic during early developmental stage of black rockfish. | JIANG Yan LIU Xuezhou XU Yongjiang SHI Bao WANG Bin | 2020 | Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2020,38,1: | 3 |
| 5 | Role of chemerin/CMKLR1 in the maintenance of earlypregnancy显示文摘Chemerin is a cytokine that attracts much attention in the reproductive process. This study aimed toexplore the effects of chemerin and its receptor chemokine-like receptor 1 (CMKLR1) on the maintenance of earlypregnancy. The expression levels of chemerin and CMKLR1 in the decidua tissues of 20 early normal pregnantwomen and 20 early spontaneous abortion women were examined by Western blot and real-time polymerase chainreaction analyses. CMKLR1 receptor antagonist (a-NETA) was then intrauterinely injected into normal pregnantmice model to assess its effect on the outcome of pregnancy and the phosphorylation rate of ERK1/2 in deciduatissues. We found that the expression level of chemerin in women who had experienced early spontaneous abortionwas lower than in those who had experienced normal early pregnancy (P 〈 0.01); conversely, CMKLR1expression was higher in the former than in the latter (P 〈 0.01). In a pregnant-mouse model, the embryoresorption rate of a-NETA group was higher than that in the negative control group (61.5% vs. 10.8%) (P 〈 0.001).Compared with the control group, ERK1/2 phosphorylation in decidua tissues decreased in the a-NETA-treatedgroup (P 〈 0.01). | 7 | Chemical components and microtopography of (100) surface for orthopyroxene显示文摘XPS and AES depth composition profile studies were carried on to understand chemical components of (100) surfaces for Chengde hypersthene from Hebei Province, China, and Bamble enstatite from Norway. Also, to understand the microtopography of them the AFM observation was carried on. There are obvious differences between chemical components of (100) surface and those of mineral inner. Compared with inner mineral Si4+ proportion in total cations has no distinguished variation, whereas Ca2+ and Al3+ proportions increase respectively, and Mg2+ proportion decreases. AES depth composition profile of 2000s shows that at a depth of 70 nm the atomic concentrations (%) for each element (except Si in Chengde hypersthene) slightly go up and down, but the average values have no obvious change. On the profile, the atomic concentrations (%) of Al and Si for Chengde hypersthene present a compensated relationship. Obviously, the Si and Al must have the relationship of isomorphic replacement on the (100) surface. The image of AFM shows that there is hillock growth on the (100) surface in the layered form of the polygon with 0 to several hundreds nm in thickness. The growth is a sort of secondary phyllosilicate minerals. Three major issues are discussed. Firstly, the concept and connotation of the long-term equilibrium development of national defense population are defi ned, in which population long-term equilibrium is equal to population 'longterm safety'including quality balance, quantity balance and population structure equilibrium. And 'quantity equilibrium'needs to be considered in both absolute and relative terms. | 11 | Molecular Cloning,Characterization and Expression Profile of Myf5 and Myf6 During Growth and Development in the Seriola lalandi显示文摘Myogenic Regulatory Factors(MRFs)is involved in the muscle growth and differentiation.In this study,the cDNA sequence of yellowtail kingfish MRFs genes were cloned by rapid amplification of cDNA ends(RACE)method;then,the character-istics of these genes and the predicted protein sequences were analyzed by bioinformatics methods,the tissue and embryonic stages differential expression pattern were detected by the quantitative real-time PCR.Our results showed that the yellowtail kingfish(YTK)Myf5 cDNA has a full length of 951 bp,encoding 266 amino acids.The yellowtail kingfish Myf6 cDNA has a full length of 1105bp,encoding 250 amino acids.The proteins containα-helix,β-strand,and loops.The Neighbour-joining tree revealed that YTK Myf5 and Myf6 are closely related to Seriola dumerili.The yellowtail kingfish Myf5 and Myf6 gene expressed significantly higher in mus-cle than in other tissues(P<0.05).In addition,Myf5 and Myf6 in muscle was significantly expressed in 400g and 500 g fish but not in 50 g,suggesting that myogenic regulatory factors expression had a great relationship with the fish size.Our results also indicated that Myf5 and Myf6 have different functions during embryonic development,because Myf5 showed highest expression level at the neuroembryo period,but Myf6 had the highest expression level at embryo coverage yolk 70%stage.Myf5 gene showed highest ex-pression at 30 d of age,suggesting it played key roles in myogenic period.However,the Myf6 gene was significantly highly ex-pressed at 60 d,revealing this gene functioned in the later muscle formation period. | SHI Bao SUN Ranran LIU Xuezhou ZHANG Zhengrong XU Yongjiang JIANG Yan WANG Bin | 2021 | Journal of Ocean University of China2021,20,6: | 0 |

The new digital fabrication method of robotic 3D printing is a research area being studied by many to tackle the issue of the declining productivity of traditional construction methods. Although many studies have been done, most of the current 3D printing projects are facing limitations in terms of scale. In order to bridge the gap, this article proposed a mass customization 3D printing framework system for large-scale projects. This article discusses how mass customization is made possible through the joint operation of the FUROBOT software and 3D printing hardware.
