1Effect of the distributor plugging ways on fluidization quality and particle stratification in air dense medium fluidized bed显示文摘Gas-solid fluidized bed separation is a highly efficient and clean technique for coal separation,and can effectively remove ash and sulfur contained gangue minerals from coal.However,the fine coal plugging distributor often leads to uneven fluidization and affects the separation effect.In this paper,different plugging ways were designed to study their effects on the fluidization characteristics and particle mixing.It was found that when the plugging phenomenon occurs,the minimum fluidization velocity of the fluidized bed gradually decreases as the plugging area enlarges.The difference between the top and the bottom of the bed minimum fluidization velocity increases accordingly,and a“stagnation phenomenon”occurs in the bed.The standard deviation of pressure fluctuations at the top of the bed is smaller than that at the bottom of the bed,which is the opposite of normal conditions.As the area of the plugging increases,the dead zone on the side wall of the fluidized bed significantly increases.The size of the dead zone is rapid reducing at the initial stage.It was noticed that the stratification of the low-density products is particularly affected by plugging,whereas the stratification of high-density products is not obviously influenced by certain conditions.Zhonglin Gao Xuesen Chai Enhui Zhou Ying Jia Chenlong Duan Ligang Tang 2020International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2020,30,6:7
2High reproducibility and sensitivity of bifacial copper nanowire array for detection of glucose显示文摘The ordered bifacial copper nanowire array(Cu BNWA) was synthesized by a template assisted electrochemical deposition method.The morphology and structure of the as-prepared samples were investigated by field emission scanning electron microscope(FESEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results show that the ordered Cu nanowire array with uniform geometrical dimensions covered both side of the Cu substrate.When used as the electrode for glucose detection,the minimum detectable concentration of glucose can be reached as low as 0.2 mM.Impressively,the sample still showed high sensitivity and stability for glucose detection after two months placement in ambient environment.These excellent performances of the Cu BNWA make it a promising non-enzyme glucose detection sensor for various applications.Hanqing Zhang Yining Wang Xuesen Gao Zhuo Gao Yan Chen 2017Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2017,27,3:2
3Surface characterization of ICF capsule by AFM-based profilometer显示文摘Outside surface fluctuations of inertial confinement fusion(ICF) capsule greatly affect the implosion performance. An atomic force microscope(AFM)-based profilometer is developed to precisely characterize the capsule surface with nanometer resolution. With the standard nine surface profiles and the complete coverage data, 1D and 2D power spectra are obtained to quantitatively qualify the capsule. 8Effects of Different Substrates on Seed Germination and Growth of Piptanthus nepalensis显示文摘[Objectives] To find out the more suitable substrate for seed germination and seedling growth by comparing the effects of different substrates on seed germination.[Methods] Taking the seeds collected in Nyingchi Lulang area of Tibet as the research object, the germination effects (germination percentage, germination potential, germination index) and seedling growth status (primary root number, secondary root number, main root length, root-shoot ratio, seedling height) were measured and compared.[Results] The germination effect of Piptanthus nepalensis seeds was different in different substrates, and the germination rate, germination potential and germination index of P. nepalensis seeds in vermiculite were better than those in humus soil and perlite;the growth status of seedlings in different substrates was different, the number of primary and secondary roots in vermiculite substrate was significantly larger than that in the other two substrates, and the seedling growth in vermiculite was also better than that in the other two substrates;in comparing the main root length and root-shoot ratio, it was found that the main root length in perlite was longer than that in the other two substrates, and the root-shoot ratio was also higher than that in the other two substrates.[Conclusions] The seed germination effect and seedling growth status of P. nepalensis in different substrates were different, and there were significant differences. Vermiculite substrate had better effect on seed germination and growth, and vermiculite substrate could better promote seed germination and seedling growth. 9Study on the Cutting Propagation Technique of Himalayan Leycesteria formosa Wall. Twigs显示文摘[Objectives] The study aimed to protect the good germplasm resources of Himalayan Leycesteria formosa Wall. and produce a large number of L. formosa plants used in Tibetan garden landscape.[Methods] In the intelligent solar greenhouse, the effects of different concentrations of ABT2 rooting powder on the cutting propagation of L. formosa twigs were studied, and the effects of different matrices on the growth of the cutting seedlings were analyzed.[Results] The effect of different concentrations of ABT2 rooting powder on the rooting rate of L. formosa is as follows: 200 mg/L>300 mg/L>100 mg/L, and the rooting rate is as follows: 61%>59%>57%. The rooting rate of L. formosa in the control group (CK) was 54%. The average number of roots and the average length of main root of L. formosa in the three treatments with ABT2 rooting powder were significantly different, while the average number of primary roots, average number of new branches, and average number of new leaves of L. formosa treated with 100 mg/L ABT2 rooting powder had no significant difference. There were significant differences between 200 and 300 mg/L ABT2 root powder treatments in the three growth indicators of L. formosa , and the promotion effects of 200 mg/L ABT2 rooting powder on the five indicators of L. formosa cuttings were better. The effects of different transplanting matrices on the indoor survival rate of L. formosa cutting seedlings were very obvious, and the survival rate of L. formosa cutting seedlings in matrix C was the highest, up to 96%. Different substrates had different effects on the growth of ground diameter of L. formosa cutting seedlings, and the promotion effect of matrix C was better.[Conclusions] In the rapid cutting propagation of good L. formosa , 200 mg/L ABT2 rooting powder can be selected. 10Effects of Different Hormone Treatments on Rooting and Growth of Xinjiang Early-maturing Fig Cuttings显示文摘[Objectives] To find the optimal hormone and the optimal hormone concentration for promoting rooting of the fig cuttings through the different hormone treatments for cuttings of Xinjiang early-maturing figs. [Methods]Taking Xinjiang early-maturing figs of Tibet Agricultural and Animal Husbandry College as mother trees,the semi-lignified branches were cut for cuttage and the rooting status and growth under different hormone concentrations were compared. [Results]Under the different concentrations of IBA,NAA and ABT rooting powder,the rooting rate,average root length,average number of roots,seedling rate,new shoot length and germination rate of cuttings were promoted. Especially,ABT rooting powder at the concentration of 200 mg/L showed the best promotion effect. 11Photosynthetic Characteristics of Three Fig Cultivars in Nyingchi, Tibet显示文摘The photosynthetic characteristics of three excellent fig cultivars introduced, Branswick, Qingpi and Xinjiang Zaohuang, were compared in the paper, in order to provide reference for the cultivation and breeding of different fig cultivars in Tibet. The daily variation of photosynthetic parameters of the three excellent fig cultivars, Branswick, Qingpi and Xinjiang Zaohuang, which were introduced and cultivated by XiZang Agriculture and Animal Husbandry College in Bayi District, Nyingchi City, Tibet, were measured and compared. The results showed that the net photosynthetic rates (Pn) of three fig cultivars were Qingpi > Branswick > Xinjiang Zaohuang, and the daily variation curves of net photosynthetic rate were all of unimodal pattern. The daily variation curves of transpiration rate (Tr), water utilization efficiency (WUE) and efficiency for solar energy utilization (Pn/Par) of different fig cultivars showed unimodal pattern;the daily variation curve of intercellular CO2 content (Ci) showed decline pattern;the daily variation curve of stomatal conductance (Gs) showed bimodal pattern;Pn had extremely positive correlation with Tr, WUE, Gs, Par, Pn/Par and Ta.LIU Xuesen GAO Yi XING Zhen 2019Journal of Landscape Research2019,11,4:0
