2Nickel-Catalyzed Dicarbofunctionalization of Alkenes显示文摘As a straightforward strategy for rapidly increasing molecular complexity,dicarbofunctionalization of alkenes has attracted substantial interests of organic synthesis,medicine chemistry,and materials science.Nickel-catalyzed cascade dicarbofunctionalizations have been flourished in this area recently,and nickel-mediated radical pathways particularly offer new opportunities in conjunctive cross-couplings with alkyl coupling partners.Herein,we give a comprehensive review of nickel-catalyzed dicarbofunctionalization of alkenes through a historical perspective,including intermolecular three-component reactions and intramolecular cascade reactions.Among the pathways discussed in this review,the carbometallation/cross-coupling process and the radical addition/cross-coupling process are the two major pathways for the nickel-catalyzed dicarbofunctionalization of alkenes.The oxidative cyclization and 1,2-metallate shift processes are also selectively discussed.These methods overcome the limitations associated with the reactions using noble metals in the field,providing an efficient and straightforward access to structurally diversified molecules.Yun-Cheng Luo Chang Xu Xingang Zhang 2020Chinese Journal of Chemistry2020,38,11:4
3Homeobox B8 Targets Sterile Alpha Motif Domain-Containing Protein 9 and Drives Glioma Progression显示文摘Gliomas are the most commonly occurring tumors of the central nervous system. Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) is the most malignant and aggressive brain cancer in adults. Further understanding of the mechanisms underlying the aggressive nature of GBM is urgently needed. Here we identified homeobox B8(HOXB8), a member of the homeobox family, as a crucial contributor to the aggressiveness of GBM. Data mining of publicly accessible RNA sequence datasets and our patient cohorts confirmed a higher expression of HOXB8 in the tumor tissue of GBM patients, and a strong positive correlation between the expression level and pathological grading of tumors and a negative correlation between the expression level and the overall survival rate. We next showed that HOXB8 promotes the proliferation and migration of glioblastoma cells and is crucial for the activation of the PI3K/AKT pathway and expression of epithelial–mesenchymal transition-related genes, possibly through direct binding to the promoter of SAMD9 (Sterile Alpha Motif Domain-Containing Protein 9) and activating its transcription. 4Design and anti-sway performance testing of pesticide tanks in spraying UAVs显示文摘Anti-sway performance is one of the most important factors that affect the stability of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs).In this study,an anti-sway performance testing method and an evaluation formula for pesticide tanks were developed,which could facilitate the design and application of pesticide tank.The detection device mainly comprises a testing stand,a mounting and testing part,and a driving and control part.In the testing method,P(maximum pressure)measured by a barometer and t(fluctuation recovery time)measured by a high-speed camera were used as evaluation indexes.With the aim to determine the optimal position of the pressure detection device and the optimal filling ratio,four representative pesticide tanks were involved in this study.The results showed that the optimal position of the pressure detection device was at the middle position on the tank wall,halfway up from the bottom,and the optimal filling ratio was 0.8.Using P and t as evaluation indexes,a comprehensive evaluation formula was developed based on these tests:S=0.7Pi+0.3ti.Anti-sway performance of pesticide tanks was evaluated by a comprehensive score.A disk pesticide tank with a baffle was determined to be the best among the four types of pesticide tanks,showing a score of 1.The scores of the other three pesticide tanks were 0.500,0.428 and 0.612,respectively.These results indicated that the baffle structure in the pesticide tank and the radian design of the tank wall can effectively improve the anti-sway performance of a pesticide tank.The proposed detection device and test method are simpler and more intuitive compared to other approaches in evaluating the anti-sway performance of pesticide tanks in spraying UAVs,and they can be used as a reference to guide the design of pesticide tanks and the stability evaluation of spraying UAVs.Yu Zang Ying Zang Zhiyan Zhou Xiuyan Gu Rui Jiang Lingxi Kong Xingang He Xiwen Luo Yubin Lan 2019International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2019,12,1:2
5Effect of cooling rate followingβforging on texture evolution and variant selection duringβ→αtransformation in Ti-55511 alloy显示文摘The control of the post-forging cooling rate has been a key issue in the industrial production process of titanium alloys. We investigated texture evolution and variant selection(VS) during β → α transformation through high-temperature compression experiments followed by quantitative control of varying cooling rates. Results show that post-forging cooling rates affect β grains, α variants, and α/β textures. The αprecipitation inhibits motions of β static recrystallization(β_(SRX)) grain boundaries and thus leads to grain refining from 0.1 ℃/s to 0.05 ℃/s. Further analysis reveals that lamellae grain boundary widmanstattenα(α_(WGB)) keeps growing rapidly within β-grain in an interface instability manner at 0.1–0.05 ℃/s. Most of α-phase with 50°–60°/<-12–10> is preferentially precipitated at β-medium angle GBs between 30°and 45° and strictly follows BOR with the side of of adjacent β-grain with the same or similar {110} or{111}. Moreover, the texture type transforms gradually from RGoss {110} <1–10> to Brass {110} <1–12>from 25 ℃/s to 1 ℃/s. βgrains exhibit(102) [-201] texture, while the corresponding α has textures of<0001>//Z and <11–20>//Y from 1 ℃/s to 0.05 ℃/s. 8Rumen microbial-driven metabolite from grazing lambs potentially regulates body fatty acid metabolism by lipid-related genes in liver显示文摘Background Lipid metabolism differs significantly between grazing and stall-feeding lambs,affecting the quality of livestock products.As two critical organs of lipid metabolism,the differences between feeding patterns on rumen and liver metabolism remain unclear.In this study,16S rRNA,metagenomics,transcriptomics,and untargeted metabolomics were utilized to investigate the key rumen microorganisms and metabolites,as well as liver genes and metabolites associated with fatty acid metabolism under indoor feeding(F)and grazing(G).Results Compared with grazing,indoor feeding increased ruminal propionate content.Using metagenome sequencing in combination with 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing,the results showed that the abundance of propionate-producing Succiniclasticum and hydrogenating bacteria Tenericutes was enriched in the F group.For rumen metabolism,grazing caused up-regulation of EPA,DHA and oleic acid and down-regulation of decanoic acid,as well as,screening for 2-ketobutyric acid as a vital differential metabolite,which was enriched in the propionate metabolism pathway.In the liver,indoor feeding increased 3-hydroxypropanoate and citric acid content,causing changes in propionate metabolism and citrate cycle,while decreasing the ETA content.Then,the liver transcriptome revealed that 11 lipid-related genes were differentially expressed in the two feeding patterns.Correlation analysis showed that the expression of CYP4A6,FADS1,FADS2,ALDH6A1 and CYP2C23 was significantly associated with the propionate metabolism process,suggesting that propionate metabolism may be an important factor mediating the hepatic lipid metabolism.Besides,the unsaturated fatty acids in muscle,rumen and liver also had a close correlation.Conclusions Overall,our data demonstrated that rumen microbial-driven metabolite from grazing lambs potentially regulates multiple hepatic lipid-related genes,ultimately affecting body fatty acid metabolism.Zhen Li Xingang Zhao Luyang Jian Bing Wang Hailing Luo 2023Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2023,14,4:0
9Test and evaluation method for endurance performance of electric multi-rotors spraying drones显示文摘The endurance performance(EP)of electric multi-rotors spraying drones(EMSDs)is a key technical indicator that ensures the completion of tasks and improves their usefulness.To improve the EP of current EMSD,a test system was designed to determine the EP based on the EMSD test platform,and the performance evaluation method was studied.Firstly,a test model was established to determine the equivalent energy dissipation using the performance-testing platform of the EMSD.Secondly,a multisensory test system was constructed.An attitude sensor,high-power DC power supply,infrared thermal imager,and serial port server were selected.The mounting fixture was designed to meet the universal mounting requirements of drone.In addition,the software LabVIEW was employed to program the code for the controller and the host computer,where functions such as data collection,data processing,communication,and graphical user interface(GUI),were performed reliably in real time.Thirdly,the test method was explored by considering factors such as the power consumption,thermal efficiency ratio,and unit load power consumption rate.In particular,a comprehensive index method and expert consultation weight method were used to evaluate the EP of the EMSD with multiple indexes.Finally,a systematic real-machine test was carried out on the three types of drones that are currently widely used in the market.The results verified the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method,which was employed to test and evaluate the EP based on the EMSD performance testing platform.At the same time,it can provide a reference for the development of the EMSD.Rui Ming Zhiyan Zhou Xiwen Luo Yubin Lan Xingang He Cancan Song Rui Jiang Luhong Tian Shahbaz Gul Hassan 2019International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2019,12,2:0
10Design and test of centrifugal disc type sowing device for unmanned helicopter显示文摘In China,it is difficult for manned aircraft to sow seeds in small and scattered plots,especially in areas including hills,swamps,telegraph poles,windbreaks,and residential areas;in such terrain,the sowing machinery cannot function properly.However,unmanned helicopters(UHs)are flexible enough to control and adapt to the complex environments that are not easily accessible by terrain sowing machinery and large agricultural aircraft,which have been widely used in agriculture.In this study,a centrifugal disc-type sowing device for an unmanned helicopter(CDTSDUH)was designed.The factors influencing the seed velocity when the seeds move away from the disc were explored by analyzing the forces of the seed acting on the sowing disc and the wind field of the UHs.The influential factors include the distance from the falling mouth to the center of the disc,the offset angle of the falling mouth,and the rotation speed of the disc.An orthogonal test was designed with the sowing width and the curvature of the sowing area as the indexes.The test results showed that the three factors mentioned above had a greater impact on the sowing width than the curvature of the seeding area.Moreover,the superior parameters of the disc were determined.It was also suggested that the above factor levels had little effect on the offset width of sowing.The results of the test conducted for studying the sowing uniformity of the CDTSDUH indicated that the maximum and minimum difference values among the number of particles of the sampling points in the forward direction was 11 and 8,and the coefficient of variation of the number of particles in each row was more than 20%,indicating less uniformity was achieved when sowing in the lateral(perpendicular to the forward direction)direction,as compared to that in the forward direction.This study determined the ideal values for the radius of particles position,the offsetting angle,and the disc speed of the sowing machinery designed.Furthermore,considering that there are so many factors that influence the manner in which a UH functions,more analysis results and test data of influencing factors need to be acquired by experiments.The uniformity of sowing needs to be further improved.The results provided some theoretical and experimental references for the technology research on the centrifugal disc-type sowing device for UHs.Cancan Song Zhiyan Zhou Xiwen Luo Yubin Lan Xingang He Rui Ming Keliang Li Shahbaz Gul Hassan 2018International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2018,11,2:0

12Preparation of Lead-free Thick-film Resistor Pastes显示文摘The preparation of lead-free thick-film resistors are reported:using RuO 2 and ruthenates as conductive particles,glass powders composed of B 2 O 3,SiO 2,CaO and Al2 O 3 as insulating phase,adding organic matter which mainly consists of ethyl cellulose and terpineol to form printable pastes.Resistors were fabricated and sintered by conventional screen-printing on 96%Al 2 O 3 substrates,and then sintering in a belt furnace.X-ray diffraction(XRD) and electron scanning microscopy(SEM) have been used to characterize the conductive particles.The resistors exhibit good refiring stability and low temperature coefficient of resistance.Sheet resistance spans from about 80Ω/□ to 600Ω/□.The resistors prepared are qualified for common use.LUO Hui LI Shihong LIU Jisong CHEN Liqiao YING Xingang WANG Ke 2012贵金属2012,33,A01:0
13Influence of the Moho surface distribution on the oil and gas basins in China seas and adjacent areas显示文摘Owing to the strategic significance of national oil and gas resources,their exploration and production must be prioritized in China.Oil and gas resources are closely related to deep crustal structures,and Moho characteristics influence oil and gas distribution.Therefore,it is important to study the relationship between the variation of the Moho surface depth undulation and hydrocarbon basins for the future prediction of their locations.The Moho depth in the study area can be inverted using the Moho depth control information,the Moho gravity anomaly,and the variable density distribution calculated by the infinite plate.Based on these results,the influences of Moho characteristics on petroleum basins were studied.We found that the Moho surface depth undulation deviation and crustal thickness undulation deviation in the hydrocarbon-rich basins are large,and the horizontal gradient deviation of the Moho surface shows a positive linear relationship with oil and gas resources in the basin.The oil-bearing mechanism of the Moho basin is further discussed herein.The Moho uplift area and the slope zone correspond to the distribution of oil and gas fields.The tensile stress produced by the Moho uplift can form tensile fractures or cause tensile fractures on the surface,further developing into a fault or depression basin that receives deposits.The organic matter can become oil and natural gas under suitable chemical and structural conditions.Under the action of groundwater or other dynamic forces,oil and natural gas are gradually transported to the uplift or the buried hill in the depression zone,and oil and gas fields are formed under the condition of good caprock.The research results can provide new insights into the relationship between deep structures and oil and gas basins as well as assist in the strategic planning of oil and gas exploration activities.Yimi Zhang Wanyin Wang Linzhi Li Xingang Luo Dingding Wang Tao He Feifei Zhang Jing Ma 2023Acta Oceanologica Sinica2023,42,3:0
14Integrated gravity and magnetic study on patterns of petroleum basin occurrence in the China seas and adjacent areas显示文摘The China seas and adjacent areas contain numerous petroleum basins.One of the main challenges for future oil and gas exploration is to identify the inherent patterns of petroleum basin distribution.The formation and evolution of petroleum basins along with the migration and accumulation of oil and gas are often closely related to the tectonic environment.The gravity and magnetic fields with high lateral resolution and wide coverage provide important data for regional tectonic research.Based on the gravity data in the Global Satellite Gravity Anomaly Database(V31.1)and magnetic data from the Earth Magnetic Anomaly Grid(2-arc-minute resolution)(V2),this study uses integrated gravity and magnetic field technique to obtain integrated gravity and magnetic field result for the China seas and adjacent areas,and then adopts the normalized vertical derivative of the total horizontal derivative technique to conduct partition.Finally,it identifies the relationship between the partition characteristics and tectonics as well as the patterns of petroleum basin occurrence.The research shows that the partition of gravity and magnetic field integrated result has a good correlation with the Neo-Cathaysian tectonic system and tectonic units.The petroleum basins are characterized according to three blocks arranged from north to south and four zones arranged from east to west.The north-south block structure causes the uneven distribution of oil and gas resources in the mainland area and the differences in the hydrocarbon-bearing strata.Petroleum basins are more abundant in the north than in the south.The ages of the main oil-and gas-bearing strata are“Paleozoic–Mesozoic,Paleozoic–Mesozoic–Cenozoic,and Paleozoic–Mesozoic”,in order from north to south.The difference in the overall type of oil and gas resources in all basins is controlled by the east–west zonation.From east to west,the oil and gas resource type exhibits a wave-like pattern of“oil and gas,gas,oil and gas,gas”.The vertical distribution is characterized by an upper oil(Mesozoic–Cenozoic)and lower gas(Mesozoic–Paleozoic)structure.Within the study area,the Paleozoic marine strata should be the main strata of future natural gas exploration.Tao He Wanyin Wang Zhizhao Bai Xingang Luo Jing Ma Yimi Zhang 2023Acta Oceanologica Sinica2023,42,3:0
15Study on System of Faults in the Gulf of Mexico and Adjacent Region based on Gravity Data显示文摘In the Gulf of Mexico and adjacent landmasses,faults are very complex,and their distribution is closely related to plate tectonics,ocean-land boundary,and former structure.The plane position of the faults can be identified by the maximum characteristic of the vertical derivative of the normalized vertical derivative of the total horizontal derivative(NVDR-THDR)of the Bouguer gravity anomaly.The apparent depth of the faults is inverted by the Bouguer gravity anomaly curvature property.Based on tectonic evolutionary processes and the plane distribution and apparent depth characteristics of the faults,a complete fault system for the Gulf of Mexico and adjacent areas has been established,including 102 faults.The apparent depths of 33 first-class faults are 16-20 km and for 69 second-class faults are 12-16 km.The F_(1-2)and F_(1-3)subduction fault zones are two caused by the subduction of the Cocos Plate into the old Yucatan and Chorti landmasses;F_(1-11)and F_(1-12)fault zones extend westward to the coast of Guatemala and do not extend into the continent;F_(1-17)and F_(1-20)faults,which control the boundary of the oceanic crust,do not extend southward into the continent.The fault system,which radiates in a'fan-shaped'structure as a whole,unfolds to the northeast.Faults of different nature and sizes are distributed in the Cocos Plate subduction zone,Continental,Gulf of Mexico,Yucatan old landmass and Caribbean Plate in NW,NNW,NS,NE and NEE directions.In the Gulf of Mexico region,the fault system is a comprehensive reflection of former tectonic movements,such as plate movement,drift of old landmasses and expansion of oceanic crusts.The first-class faults control the plate and ocean-continental boundaries.The second-class faults are subordinate to the first-class faults or related to the distribution of different sedimentary layers.MA Jie WANG Wanyin DU Xiangdong LUO Xingang CAI Wenjie YANG Min WANG Dingding 2021Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2021,95,1:0
