1Study on Functional and Structure Properties of Soluble Dietary Fiber Modified by Extrusion-expansion Technology from Peanut Shells显示文摘[Objectives] This study was conducted to investigate the feasibility of using modified peanut dietary fiber as a functional food ingredient. [Methods]Using peanut shells as a test material,the process parameters of soluble dietary fiber( SDF) modified by extrusion and expansion were studied,and the functional and structural characteristics of SDF before and after modification were discussed. [Results] The optimum conditions were as follows: screw speed 200 rpm,temperature 130 ℃ and moisture content 20 %,and the SDF extraction yield was 22. 3%. The modified SDF showed BCmax values of( 378. 5 ± 5. 3),( 278. 3 ± 3. 2)and( 167. 2 ± 2. 5) μmol/g and BCmin of( 30. 4 ± 1. 3),( 63. 4 ± 3. 7) and( 71. 3 ± 4. 2) μmol/L,for Pb,As and Cu,respectively,indicating that the adsorption to the three heavy metals was enhanced. The modified SDF had a porous network like honeycomb and swelled structure. 4Improvement of giant magneto impedance of Co-rich melt extraction wires by stress-current annealing显示文摘In order to improve the giant magneto impedance(GMI) of Co-rich wires for high sensitive sensor applications,Co68Fe4.5Si15B12.5 wires were prepared by melt an extraction technique and subjected to Joule stress-current anneal treatments with different tensile stresses applied.And then their GMI response was investigated at a frequency range from 0.1 to 13 MHz.It was found through the comparison of results that the GMI effect of these wires had been improved through stress-current anneal treatments,because the tensile stress applied on these Co-rich wires introduced magnetoelastic energy and increased anisotropy,which improved the circular permeability and GMI effect.Their impedance ratio △Z/Z increased from 244% to 480.9% at 7 MHz and the field sensitivity increased to 0.83%/(A/m) at 5 MHz,when a tensile stress of 244 MPa was applied at an anneal current of 100 mA for 10 min.It was therefore concluded that these annealed wires were suitable for high sensitive sensor applications.ZHANG Shuling SUN Jianfei XING Dawei 2011Rare Metals2011,30,4:0
5Thoughts on the Innovative Design of the Integrated Service Mode of Pharmacies and Elderly Care Centers显示文摘Objective To evaluate the service model that integrates medical treatment and elderly care to provide a reference for the development of pharmacies and elderly care centers.Methods Through the literature investigation and case analysis,the domestic integrated medical treatment and elderly care service model was analyzed,and new ideas for the integration of pharmacies and elderly care centers were provided.Results and Conclusion The integrated service model of pharmacies and elderly care centers is designed and the integration mode of pharmacies,hospitals and elderly care centers is proposed by analyzing their advantages.The“pharmacy+elderly care”mode and the“pharmacy+medical treatment+elderly care”mode that integrates pharmacies,hospitals,and elderly care centers are put forward to predict its new development opportunities in the future.Yu Lina Xing Miaomiao Wang Shuling 2023Asian Journal of Social Pharmacy2023,18,1:0
6Study of the Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on Health Insurance Fund of Hubei Province in 2020显示文摘Objective To provide a reference for future budget of health insurance fund for the COVID-19 pandemic in other parts of China or other major public health events.Meanwhile,it also offers a reference for the government to introduce and adjust the policy of health insurance funds after the pandemic.Methods Models of the income,expenditure and cumulative balance of health insurance fund in Hubei Province in 2020 were established and compared.The former was mainly established and tested using SPSS 26.0 and Excel,while the latter was obtained by inferential analysis.Results and Conclusion The COVID-19 pandemic reduced the income and increased expenditure of the health insurance fund in Hubei Province in 2020,resulting in a deficit.The COVID-19 outbreak has caused a deficit in health insurance fund of Hubei Province in the short term,but in the long term,the outbreak will not have a major impact on the health insurance fund.Zhi Yuanyuan Dou Lele Xing Miaomiao Wang Shuling 2021Asian Journal of Social Pharmacy2021,16,4:0
