1Ferroelectricity and magnetism in Pb(Fe_(0.5)Nb_(0.5))O_(3)–Pb(Yb_(0.5)Nb_(0.5))O_(3)–PbTiO_(3) single crystals显示文摘Domain structure,ferroelectric and magnetic properties of[001]-oriented multiferroic single crystals Pb(Fe_(0.5)Nb_(0.5))O_(3)-Pb(Yb_(0.5)Nb_(0.5))O_(3)-PbTiO_(3)(PFN–PYN–PT)with various compositions were investigated with the purpose of understanding the ferroelectric and magnetic order.The samples were determined to be rhombohedral phase or coexistence of tetragonal and rhombohedral phases by means of X-ray diffraction analysis and optical study.Furthermore,the domain configuration in tetragonal phase always takes on 90domain wall.All samples exhibit well-developed saturated hysteresis loop,indicating no substantial increase of conductivity despite the introduction of Fe3þions.But the piezoelectric coefficients were reduced due to the introduction of PFN.In addition,the PFN–PYN–PT single crystals showed paramagnetic behavior,resulting from the–O–Fe^(3+)–O–Nb/Yb/Ti–O–Fe^(3+)–O–magnetic interaction.Interestingly,M–H hysteresis loops display a magnetic relaxor behavior.Chao He Xifa Long 2014Journal of Advanced Dielectrics2014,4,1:0
2Ultrahigh pyroelectric effect and energy harvesting density of Pb(Lu_(1/2)Nb_(1/2))O_(3)-PbTiO_(3) crystals induced by FE-AFE phase transition显示文摘Large pyroelectric and energy harvesting properties have been attracting increasing attentions due to the practical applications in infrared detectors and energy harvesting technologies.Ferroelectricantiferroelectric(FE-AFE)phase transitions are usually accompanied by a sharp drop in polarization,which will lead to excellent pyroelectric properties and energy harvesting density.Therefore,FE-AFE phase boundary design is an effective strategy to develop new pyroelectric materials.In this paper,Pb(Lu_(1/2)Nb_(1/2))O_(3)-PbTiO_(3) (PLN-PT)single crystals with FE-AFE phase transitions were obtained by molten salt growth method.The temperature-induced FE-AFE phase transition was verified by temperaturedependent macrodomain structure,DSC curves and dielectric properties.Obviously,PLN-PT crystals display excellent peak pyroelectric coefficient(~6.8μC/(cm^(2)·K)with a maximum depolarization temperature of 118℃.Meanwhile,the pyroelectric energy harvesting density is as high as 2.62 J/cm3,which is much higher than other pyroelectric materials.The results reveal that the PLN-PT crystal is a promising candidate for infrared detectors and energy harvesting devices.Lingfei Lv Manman Liu Ying Liu Zujian Wang Rongbing Su Xiaoming Yang Chao He Xifa Long 2021Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,12:0
3Designing a deep-UV nonlinear optical monofluorophosphate显示文摘As structural variants of famous hexagonal tungsten bronzes,hexagonal tungsten oxides(HTO)represent an important family with fascinating functional properties,such as piezoelectric,ferroelectric,pyroelectric,and nonlinear optical(NLO)properties.However,none of them are transparent in the deep-UV spectral region,which limits their applications.Herein,we report the first HTO-type monofluorophosphate K_(3)Sc_(3)(PO_(4))(PO_(3)F)_(2)F_(5)(I)with deep-UV transparency.Such a monofluorophosphate is NLO-active with a phase-matchable powder second harmonic generation efficiency of 0.9 times that of KH_(2)PO_(4)at 1,064 nm.Importantly,the UV-Vis reflectance spectrum indicates that it is deep-UV transparent down to 200 nm.This work pushes the transparent window of NLO materials with HTO-type structures down to the deep-UV spectral region for the first time and opens up a new door for HTO materials.Qingran Ding Xingyu Zhang Zheshuai Lin Zheyao Xiong Yusong Wang Xifa Long Sangen Zhao Maochun Hong Junhua Luo 2022Science China Chemistry2022,65,9:0
