1Association of KIR Genotypes and Haplotypes with Susceptibility to Chronic Hepatitis B Virus Infection in Chinese Han Population显示文摘Killer immunoglobulin-like receptor (KIR) genes can regulate the activation of NK and T cells upon interaction with HLA class I molecules. Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection has been regarded as a multi-factorial disorder disease. Previous studies revealed that KIRs were involved in HCV and HIV infection or clearance. The aim of this study was to explore the possibility of the inheritance of KIR genotypes and haplotypes as a candidate for susceptibility to persistent HBV infection or HBV clearance. The sequence specific primer polymerase chain reaction (SSP-PCR) was employed to identify the KIR genes and pseudogenes in 150 chronic hepatitis B (CHB) patients, 251 spontaneously recovered (SR) controls, and 412 healthy controls. The frequencies of genotype G, M, FZ1 increased in CHB patients compared with healthy control subjects. The frequency of genotype AH was higher in SR controls than that in both CHB patients and healthy controls. The carriage frequencies of genotype G and AH were higher; while, the frequencies of AF and AJ were lower in SR controls than those in healthy control subjects. The frequency of A haplotype was lower, whereas, the frequency of B haplotype was higher in CHB patients and SR controls than those in healthy controls. In healthy controls, haplotype 4 was found lower compared with that in CHB patients and SR controls and the frequency of haplotype 5 was higher in SR controls than that in other two groups. Based on these findings, it seems that the genotypes M and FZ1 are HBV susceptive genotypes; AH, on the other hand, may be protective genotypes that facilitate the clearance of HBV. 2In-situ formation of Al-CaB_6 composites with low resistivity显示文摘In this work, in-situ CaB6 reinforced aluminum matrix composites were fabricated, and the microstructure, resistivity, microhardness and coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of Al-CaB6 composites were studied. It is found that CaB6 compounds can be formed by reducing reaction occurred in the Al melt: . CaB6 exhibits a hexahedron morphology and distributes uniformly in the Al alloy matrix. The resistivity of Al-CaB6 composites is 3.02*10-8 Ω·m, which is close to that of pure Al and lower than that of 6063Al/Ga composites. The average microhardness of Al-CaB6 composites can reach 1270 MPa, 259.8% higher than that of pure Al. 3Microstructural Characterization and Mechanical Properties of VB_2/A390 Composite Alloy显示文摘In this work, we make the best use of the vanadium element; a series of Al–V–B alloys and VB2/A390 composite alloys were fabricated. For Al–10V–6B alloy, the grain size of VB2 can be controlled within about 1 μm and is distributed uniformly in the Al matrix. Further, it can be found that VB2 promises to be a useful reinforcement particle for piston alloy. The addition of VB2 can improve the mechanical properties of the A390 composite alloys significantly. The results show that with 1% VB2 addition, A390 composite alloy exhibits the best performance. Compared with the A390 alloy, the coefficient of thermal expansion is 13.2 × 10-6K-1, which decreased by 12.6%; the average Brinell hardness can reach 156.5 HB, wear weight loss decreased by 28.9% and ultimate tensile strength at 25 °C(UTS25 °C) can reach 355 MPa, which increased by 36.5%.Xiaoli Cui Yuying Wu Xiangfa Liu 2015Journal of Materials Science & Technology2015,31,10:0
