| 1 | Measurement and modeling of the effective thermal conductivity for porous methane hydrate samples显示文摘The effective thermal conductivities of gas-saturated porous methane hydrates were measured by a single-sided transient plane source (TPS) technique and simulated by a generalized fractal model of porous media that based on self-similarity.The density of porous hydrate,measured by the volume of the sample in the experimental system,was used to evaluate the porosity of methane hydrate samples.The fractal model was based on Sierpinski carpet,a thermal-electrical analogy technique and one-dimensional heat flow assumption.Both the experimental and computational results show the effective thermal conductivity of methane hydrate decreases with the porosity increase.The porosity of 0.3 can reduce the thermal conductivity of the methane hydrate by 25%.By analysis of the experimental data and the simulative result,the optimized thermal conductivity of the zero-porosity methane hydrate is about 0.7 W m-1K-1. | LI DongLiang DU Jian HE Song LIANG WeiDeQing ZHAO XiangYong YANG XiangYang | 2012 | Science China Chemistry2012,55,3: | 10 |

| 3 | Cultivation and Characterization of the MaMV-DC Cyanophage that Infects Bloom-forming Cyanobacterium Microcystis aeruginosa显示文摘The MaMV-DC cyanophage,which infects the bloom-forming cyanobacterium Microcystis aeruginosa,was isolated from Lake Dianchi,Kunming,China.Twenty-one cyanobacterial strains were used to detect the host range of MaMV-DC.Microcystic aeruginosa FACHB-524 and plaque purification were used to isolate individual cyanophages,and culturing MaMV-DC with cyanobacteria allowed us to prepare purified cyanophages for further analysis.Electron microscopy demonstrated that the negatively stained viral particles are tadpole-shaped with an icosahedral head approximately 70 nm in diameter and a contractile tail approximately 160 nm in length.Using one-step growth experiments,the latent period and burst size of MaMV-DC were estimated to be 24–48 hours and approximately 80infectious units per cell,respectively.Restriction endonuclease digestion and agarose gel electrophoresis were performed using purified MaMV-DC genomic DNA,and the genome size was estimated to be approximately 160 kb.Sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(SDS-PAGE)analysis revealed four major structural proteins.These results support the growing interest in using freshwater cyanophages to control bloom-forming cyanobacterium. | Tong Ou Sanhua Li Xiangyong Liao Qiya Zhang | 2013 | Virologica Sinica2013,28,5: | 8 |

| 5 | Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for determination ofβ-propiolactone in human inactivated rabies vaccine and its hydrolysis analysis显示文摘A simple method was established for the determination of β-propiolactone(BPL) in human inactivated rabies vaccine by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). The determination was performed on an Agilent HP-INNOWAX(30 m ? 0.32 mm i.d., 0.25 mm) capillary column at the temperature of 80 °C.Electrospray ionization(ESI) was used by selective ion detection at m/z 42. The temperature for ESI source and inlet was set at 230 °C and 200 °C, respectively. Helium was used as the carrier gas at a flow rate of 25.1 m L/min. The total run time was 8 min. Acetonitrile and other components in the sample did not interfere with the determination of BPL. The results showed good linearity of BPL in the range of0.50–10.01 μg/mL, with the limit of detection and the limit of quantification of 0.015 μg/mL and0.050 μg/mL, respectively. Satisfactory precision was achieved for the current developed method. The method was applied to detect 6 batches of vaccine samples, and the results indicated that the target analyte BPL was present in three batches of unpurified samples, but was not detected in the purified samples, indicating the test samples were qualified. | 6 | MoS_(2)-Decorated/Integrated Carbon Fiber:Phase Engineering Well-Regulated Microwave Absorber显示文摘Phase engineering is an important strategy to modulate the electronic structure of molybdenum disulfide(MoS_(2)).MoS_(2)-based composites are usually used for the electromagnetic wave(EMW)absorber,but the effect of different phases on the EMW absorbing performance,such as 1T and 2H phase,is still not studied.In this work,micro-1T/2H MoS_(2) is achieved via a facile one-step hydrother-mal route,in which the 1T phase is induced by the intercalation of guest molecules and ions.The EMW absorption mechanism of single MoS_(2) is revealed by presenting a comparative study between 1T/2H MoS_(2) and 2H MoS_(2).As a result,1T/2H MoS_(2) with the matrix loading of 15%exhibits excellent microwave absorption property than 2H MoS_(2).Furthermore,taking the advantage of 1T/2H MoS_(2),a flexible EMW absorbers that ultrathin 1T/2H MoS_(2)grown on the carbon fiber also performs outstanding performance only with the matrix loading of 5%.This work offers necessary reference to improve microwave absorption performance by phase engineering and design a new type of flexible electromagnetic wave absorption material to apply for the portable microwave absorption electronic devices. | Jing Yan Ying Huang Xiangyong Zhang Xin Gong Chen Chen Guangdi Nie Xudong Liu Panbo Liu | 2021 | Nano-Micro Letters2021,13,7: | 5 |

| 9 | Compatibility of rubber stoppers for recombinant antitumor-antivirus protein injection by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry显示文摘A simple, rapid, and sensitive gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) method was developed and validated for the simultaneous determination of two fatty acids, methyl hexadecanoate (MH) and methyl stearate (MS), to allow the evaluation of packaging-drug compatibility. The two migrants were quantified in selective ion-monitoring (SIM) mode, with limits of detection (LOD) of 0.0030 μg/mL and 0.0121 μg/mL. Linear calibration curves for MH and MS were obtained in the concentration ranges of 0.1011–5.0570 μg/mL and 0.2015–10.0740 μg/mL, respectively. The developed method was successfully applied to estimate the safety of the injection of recombinant antitumor-antivirus protein (RAAP). The results showed that the possible maximum daily intake was 3.0 ng and 12.1 ng for MH and MS, respectively. | 11 | Three-dimensional nonlinear photonic crystal in naturally grown potassium–tantalate–niobate perovskite ferroelectrics显示文摘Since quasi-phase-matching of nonlinear optics was proposed in 1962,nonlinear photonic crystals were rapidly developed by ferroelectric domain inversion induced by electric or light poling.The three-dimensional(3D)periodical rotation of ferroelectric domains may add feasible modulation to the nonlinear coefficients and break the rigid requirements for the incident light and polarization direction in traditional quasi-phase-matching media.However,3D rotating ferroelectric domains are difficult to fabricate by the direct external poling technique.Here,we show a natural potassium-tantalate-niobate(KTN)perovskite nonlinear photonic crystal with spontaneous Rubik’s cube-like domain structures near the Curie temperature of 40℃.The KTN crystal contains 3D ferroelectric polarization distributions corresponding to the reconfigured second-order susceptibilities,which can provide rich reciprocal vectors to compensate for the phase mismatch along an arbitrary direction and polarization of incident light.Bragg diffraction and broadband second-harmonic generation are also presented.This natural nonlinear photonic crystal directly meets the 3D quasi-phase-matching condition without external poling and establishes a promising platform for all-optical nonlinear beam shaping and enables new optoelectronic applications for perovskite ferroelectrics. | Chang Li Xuping Wang Yang Wu Fei Liang Feifei Wang Xiangyong Zhao Haohai Yu Huaijin Zhang | 2020 | Light(Science & Applications)2020,9,1: | 3 |
| 12 | Land Cover Classification of RADARSAT-2 SAR Data Using Convolutional Neural Network显示文摘In this paper, we propose a convolutional neural network(CNN) based on deep learning method for land cover classification of synthetic aperture radar(SAR) images. The proposed method consists of convolutional layers, pooling layers, a full connection layer and an output layer. The method acquires high-level abstractions for SAR data by using a hierarchical architecture composed of multiple non-linear transformations such as convolutions and poolings. The feature maps produced by convolutional layers are subsampled by pooling layers and then are converted into a feature vector by the full connection layer. The feature vector is then used by the output layer with softmax regression to perform land cover classification. The multi-layer method replaces hand-engineered features with backpropagation(BP) neural network algorithm for supervised feature learning, hierarchical feature extraction and land cover classification of SAR images. RADARSAT-2 ultra-fine beam high resolution HH-SAR images acquired in the rural urban fringe of the Greater Toronto Area(GTA) are selected for this study. | 16 | Distributionally Robust Optimal Dispatch of Offshore Wind Farm Cluster Connected by VSC-MTDC Considering Wind Speed Correlation显示文摘Multi-terminal voltage source converter-based highvoltage direct current(VSC-MTDC)transmission technology has become an important mode for connecting adjacent offshore wind farms(OWFs)to power systems.Optimal dispatch of an OWF cluster connected by the VSC-MTDC can improve economic operation under the uncertainty of wind speeds.A two-stage distributionally robust optimal dispatch(DROD)model for the OWF cluster connected by VSC-MTDC is established.The first stage in this model optimizes the unit commitment of wind turbines to minimize mechanical loss cost of units under the worst joint probability distribution(JPD)of wind speeds,while the second stage searches for the worst JPD of wind speeds in the ambiguity set(AS)and optimizes active power output of wind turbines to minimize the penalty cost of the generation deviation and active power loss cost of the system.Based on the Kullback–Leibler(KL)divergence distance,a data-driven AS is constructed to describe the uncertainty of wind speed,considering the correlation between wind speeds of adjacent OWFs in the cluster by their joint PD.The original solution of the two-stage DROD model is transformed into the alternating iterative solution of the master problem and the sub-problem by the column-and-constraint generation(C&CG)algorithm,and the master problem is decomposed into a mixedinteger linear programming and a continuous second-order cone programming by the generalized Benders decomposition method to improve calculation efficiency.Finally,case studies on an actual OWF cluster with three OWFs demonstrate the correctness and efficiency of the proposed model and algorithm. | Xiangyong Feng Shunjiang Lin Wanbin Liu Weikun Liang Mingbo Liu | 2023 | CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2023,9,3: | 2 |
