1Regioselective Synthesis of Polymerizable Vinyl Guaifenesin Esters Catalyzed by an Alkaline Protease of Bacillus subtilis显示文摘Three polymerizable vinyl guaifenesin esters with different acyl donor carbon chain lengths (C4,C6,C10) were regioselectivly synthesized by an alkaline protease from Bacillus subtilis in pyridine at 50C for 1, 3, 5 days respectively.NaWANG QiWU JianMingXU XiuMingJIANG XianFuLIN 2004Chinese Chemical Letters2004,15,2:1

3Regiospecific Addition of Uracil to Acrylates Catalyzed by Alkaline Protease from Bacillus subtilis显示文摘Michael addition reactions of uracil to acrylates were catalyzed by an alkaline protease from Bacillus subtilis in dimethyl sulfoxide at 55 ℃ for 72 h. The adducts were determined by TLC, IR and 1H NMR.YingCAI JianYiWU NaWANG XiaoFengSUN XianFuLIN 2004Chinese Chemical Letters2004,15,5:0
4Lipase-catalyzed Regioselective Synthesis of Vinyl Ester Derivatives of Thiamphenicol: Novel Thiamphenicol Monomers for Preparation of Macromolecular Antibiotic显示文摘Three polymerizable vinyl thiamphenicol esters with different acyl donor carbon chain length (C4, C6, C10) were regioselectivly synthesized by Lipozyme? (immobilized from mucor miehei) in acetone at 50 oC for 12 h to give 73%, 81%, 63% yield, respectively. The products were valuable monomers for preparation of macromolecular antibiotic.YuZhenSHI ZhiChunCHEN NaWANG QiWU XianFuLIN 2005Chinese Chemical Letters2005,16,1:0
5A Novel Reagentless Biosensor Constructed by Layer-by-Layer Assembly of HRP and Nile Blue Premixed with Polyanion显示文摘A novel reagentless biosensor constructed by the organic dye nile blue (NB) and horseradish peroxidase (HRP) has been fabricated via layer-by-layer (LBL) self-assembly technique. NB premixed with polyanion poly (sodium-p-styrenesulfonate) (PSS) acts as the mediator between the immobilized HRP and the electrode surface. The response of the biosensor to hydrogen peroxide has been investigated. The linear range of the biosensor to hydrogen peroxide was from 0.20 mmol/L to 7.03 mmol /L with a sensitivity of 8.45 μA/(mmol/L).ShaoMingYANG YangMeiLI XiuMingJIANG XianFuLIN 2005Chinese Chemical Letters2005,16,7:0
