| 1 | Viscoelastic evaluation of fetal umbilical vein for reconstruction of middle cerebral artery显示文摘The transplantation of artificial blood vessels with < 6 mm inner diameter as substitutes for human arterioles or veins has not achieved satisfactory results.Umbilical vein has been substituted for artery in vascular transplantation,but it remains unclear whether the stress relaxation and creep between these vessels are consistent.In this study,we used the fetal umbilical vein and middle cerebral artery from adult male cadavers to make specimens 15 mm in length,0.196–0.268 mm in tunica media thickness,and 2.82–2.96 mm in outer diameter.The results demonstrated that the stress decrease at 7 200 seconds was similar between the middle cerebral artery and fetal umbilical vein specimens,regardless of initial stress of 18.7 kPa or 22.5 kPa.However,the strain increase at 7 200 seconds of fetal umbilical veins was larger than that of middle cerebral arteries.Moreover,the stress relaxation experiment showed that the stress decrease at 7 200 seconds of the fetal umbilical vein and middle cerebral artery specimens under 22.5 kPa initial stress was less than the decrease in these specimens under 18.7 kPa initial stress.These results indicate that the fetal umbilical vein has appropriate stress relaxation and creep properties for transplantation.These properties are advantageous for vascular reconstruction,indicating that the fetal umbilical vein can be transplanted to repair middle cerebral artery injury. | Dongyuan Li Donghui Xu Peng Li Jun Wei Kun Yang Conghai Zhao | 2013 | Neural Regeneration Research2013,8,32: | 3 |
| 2 | Design of 85–105GHz Wideband Traveling Wave PIN Diode Switches and Attenuators with Radial Stubs显示文摘Wideband traveling wave PIN Diode switches and attenuators are proposed. The switches and attenuators consist of three shunt PIN diodes, six radial stubs, bias circuit and DC return circuit. Wide bandwidth is achieved with six different radial stubs as reflective load of the diodes. The stubs work as short circuit to the diodes at different frequency points for broad bandwidth. | 3 | Comparison of viscoelasticity between normal human sciatic nerve and amniotic membrane显示文摘Sciatic nerve tissue was obtained from the gluteus maximus muscle segment of normal human cadavers and amniotic membrane tissue was obtained from healthy human puerperant placentas.Both tissues were analyzed for their stress relaxation and creep properties to determine suitability for transplantation applications.Human amniotic membrane and sciatic nerve tissues had similar tendencies for stress relaxation and creep properties.The stress value of the amniotic membrane stress relaxation group decreased to a greater extent compared with the sciatic nerve stress relaxation group.Similarly,the stress value of the amniotic membrane creep group increased to a greater extent compared with the sciatic nerve creep group.The stress relaxation curve for human amniotic membrane and sciatic nerve showed a logarithm correlation,while the creep curve showed an exponential correlation.These data indicate that amniotic membrane tissue has better stress relaxation and creep properties compared with sciatic nerve tissue. | Donghui Xu Conghai Zhao Huili Ma Jun Wei Dongyuan Li | 2013 | Neural Regeneration Research2013,8,14: | 1 |
| 4 | Attenuation of Chlorinated Contamination in Three Different Depths of Aquifers at Remediation Site显示文摘The cleanup of carbon tetrachloride(CCl4)in groundwater is challenging due to its high volatility and tendency to form a dense nonaqueous liquid phase.From the engineering applications perspective,the pump-and-treat(PAT)technology has substantial advantages owing to its large-scale implementation ability to solve groundwater contamination.However,few studies focused on the variation in chloride contaminants in remediation sites after the contaminated groundwater was pumped and treated.Herein,we monitored the changes in chlorinated contamination in groundwater from 12 aquifers at the field level for 6 months.Considering that the natural attenuation of chlorinated contamination is inseparable from the action of microorganisms,the major environmental factors influencing biodegradation were also evaluated.A redundancy analysis(RDA)showed that inorganic salts(DS,DN,and DF)were the most important factor(>60%)affecting the concentration of chloride contaminants,including the negative correlation between DN and the degradation of contaminants in shallow aquifers.In deep aquifers,DS,DF,and pH explained most of the degradation of chloride contaminants.For bedrock layers,DCl was positively relevant to the chloride contaminants in wells PTJ2 and PTJ10.In addition,EC and DS accounted for 73.2%and 92.4%of the contaminant’s variance in wells PTJ4 and PTJ8,respectively.Moreover,the concentrations of the corresponding contaminations and physicochemical variation in three different depths of aquifers were compared;the shallower aquifers showed a higher biodegradation.The in situ monitoring and analysis of contaminated groundwater in remediation sites under PAT will promote practical wastewater treatment technologies in engineering applications. | Sun Shaodong Li Weisi Huang Yongjun Jiang Qing Bai Yu Wang Kunhua Xue Jianliang Wang Bo Yan Dongdong Xu Conghai | 2023 | China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2023,25,1: | 0 |
