| 1 | The Yanshanian Granites and Associated Mo-Polymetallic Mineralization in the Xiangcheng-Luoji Area of the Sanjiang-Yangtze Conjunction Zone in Southwest China显示文摘The Xiangcheng-Luoji area is located in the conjunction of the southern part of the 'Sanjiang' mineralization belt and the west margin of Yangtze craton. The geological studies were carried out to know the Indosinian large porphyry Cu polymetallic deposits. Recent studies revealed that the area existed in the superposition of Late Yanshanian acidic intrusive rock belt and developed Mo-Cu polymetallic mineralization where promising exploration results have been achieved. Through the systematic study of geochronology, formation age of the Renlin Mo-minieralization monzogranite is 81.7±1.1 Ma. Re-Os dating results concentrate on 82.34±1.2–88.27±1.23 Ma for the model ages of molbdenite of Tongchanggou Mo deposits, average age is 85 ± 2 Ma where seven data points constitute a good isochron which shows that they were the same period products of mineralization. Geochemical features shown that the rocks have a high content of SiO 2(66.59–77.36wt%), alkaline-rich(K2O=2.68–6.08wt%; Na2O=0.50–4.91wt%; K2O/Na2 O ratios are 0.71–5.56, where average ratio of 1.89) and have aluminum–rich features(Al2O3 10.38–15.15wt%) with σ values less than 3.3. Which indicate that they belong to the high-K calc-alkali to shoshonite series. Geochemistry of Yanshanian intrusions shows that rocks are enrich in LREE with obvious negative δEu anomalies, enrichment of trace elements like, LILE elements(Rb, Th, Ba) with a relative loss of Ba, and loss of high field strength elements(Nb, Ta, P, Ti) and HREE elements. The granite genetic classification diagram shows that the granites belong to A-type granite and formatted in syn-collision tectonic environment. Meanwhile, the Yanshanian granites also inherited the characteristics of island arc environment which formed in the process of crustal melting caused by upwelling of asthenospheric substances in the extensional tectonic background. The process of partial melting existed substances from the deep(lower crust or upper mantle) which have been added. | 4 | Asynchronous Brain-Computer Interface Shared Control of Robotic Grasping显示文摘The control of a high Degree of Freedom(DoF) robot to grasp a target in three-dimensional space using Brain-Computer Interface(BCI) remains a very difficult problem to solve. Design of synchronous BCI requires the user perform the brain activity task all the time according to the predefined paradigm; such a process is boring and fatiguing. Furthermore, the strategy of switching between robotic auto-control and BCI control is not very reliable because the accuracy of Motor Imagery(MI) pattern recognition rarely reaches 100%. In this paper, an asynchronous BCI shared control method is proposed for the high DoF robotic grasping task. The proposed method combines BCI control and automatic robotic control to simultaneously consider the robotic vision feedback and revise the unreasonable control commands. The user can easily mentally control the system and is only required to intervene and send brain commands to the automatic control system at the appropriate time according to the experience of the user. | 5 | Mercury levels and estimated total daily intakes for children and adults from an electronic waste recycling area in Taizhou, China: Key role of rice and fish consumption显示文摘In order to assess the potential health risks of Hg pollution, total mercury(T–Hg) and methyl mercury(Me Hg) concentrations were determined in air, dust, surface soil, crops, poultry,fish and human hair samples from an electronic waste(e-waste) recycling area in Taizhou,China. High concentrations of T–Hg and Me Hg were found in these multiple matrices, and the mean concentration was 30.7 ng/m3 of T–Hg for atmosphere samples, 3.1 μg/g of T–Hg for soil, 37.6 μg/g of T–Hg for dust, 20.3 ng/g of Me Hg for rice and 178.1 ng/g of Me Hg for fish,suggesting that the e-waste recycling facility was a significant source of Hg. The inorganic Hg(I–Hg) levels(0.84 μg/g) in hair samples of e-waste workers were much higher than that in the reference samples. Pearson's correlation coefficients showed that strong positive correlations(p < 0.01) between hair I–Hg and time staying in industrial area(r = 0.81) and between Me Hg and fish consumption frequency(r = 0.91), imply that workers were mainly exposed to Hg vapor through long-time inhalation of contaminated air and dust, while other population mainly exposed to Me Hg through high-frequency fish consumption. The estimated daily intakes of Hg showed that dietary intake was the major Hg exposure source,and Hg intakes from rice and fish were significantly higher than from any other foods. | 7 | Methane emissions from natural and drained peatlands in the Zoigê, eastern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau显示文摘Peatlands are one of the major natural sources of methane(CH_4), but the level of CH_4 efflux is uncertain,especially in alpine peatlands. In this study, CH_4 emission fluxes from natural and drained peatlands on the QinghaiTibet Plateau, southwest China, were measured from June to October in 2013 using the opaque static chamber technique and the Fast Greenhouse Gas Analyzer(DLT-100,Los Gatos Research Corp.). CH_4 emission fluxes ranged from 2.07 to 56.33 mg m^(-2)h^(-1)in natural peatlands and from 0.02 to 0.42 mg m^(-2)h^(-1)in drained peatlands. Mean CH_4 emission flux was 19.13 mg m^(-2)h^(-1)in natural peatlands and 0.14 mg m^(-2)h^(-1)in drained peatlands.These results showed that drainage led to a significant decrease in CH_4 emissions. | 12 | Detecting Compromised Kernel Hooks with Support of Hardware Debugging Features显示文摘Although there exist a few good schemes to protect the kernel hooks of operating systems, attackers are still able to circumvent existing defense mechanisms with spurious context information. To address this challenge, this paper proposes a framework, called HookIMA, to detect compromised kernel hooks by using hardware debugging features. The key contribution of the work is that context information is captured from hardware instead of from relatively vulnerable kernel data. Using commodity hardware, a proof-of-concept prototype system of HookIMA has been developed. This prototype handles 3 082 dynamic control-flow transfers with related hooks in the kernel space. Experiments show that HookIMA is capable of detecting compromised kernel hooks caused by kernel rootkits. The paper combined the concept of operating system support for trusted path with that for TPM platforms, and proposed the architecture of an extended trusted path mechanism in operating system with considerations on TPM-capable platforms support. | 14 | Formation and evolution of the tertiary carbonate reefs in the Madura Strait Basin of Indonesia显示文摘Analysis of 2 D seismic data over 4 500 km in length from the Madura Strait Basin in the East Java Sea reveals seismic re?ection characteristics of reefs and associated sedimentary bodies, including asymmetrical or symmetrical dome re?ections, slope progradational re?ections, chaotic re?ections and discontinuous strong re?ections inside the reef, which onlap the ?ank of the reef. It is concluded that the developmental paleo-environment of most reefs is mainly conducive to shallow marine carbonate platform facies and platform margin facies, based on well core data, variations in seismic facies and strata thickness.The formation and evolution of all reefs are primarily in?uenced by the tectonic framework of the Madura Strait Basin. Platform margin reefs are principally controlled by two types of structures: one is a series of E-W trending Paleogene normal faults, and the other is an E-W trending Neogene inversion structures. In addition, wave actions, tidal currents and other ocean currents play an accelerated role in sorting, rounding and redeposition for the accumulation and evolution of reefs. Tertiary reefs in the MSB can be divided into four types: 1) an open platform coral reef of Late Oligocene to Early Miocene, 2) a platform margin coral reef controlled by normal faults in Late Oligocene to Early Miocene, 3) a platform margin Globigerina moundreef controlled by a 'hidden' inversion structure in Early Pliocene, and 4) a platform margin Globigerina mound-reef controlled by thrust faults in the early Pliocene. | 20 | A framework for the fusion of visual and tactile modalities for improving robot perception显示文摘Robots should ideally perceive objects using human-like multi-modal sensing such as vision, tactile feedback, smell, and hearing. However, the features presentations are different for each modal sensor. Moreover,the extracted feature methods for each modal are not the same. Some modal features such as vision, which presents a spatial property, are static while features such as tactile feedback, which presents temporal pattern,are dynamic. It is difficult to fuse these data at the feature level for robot perception. In this study, we propose a framework for the fusion of visual and tactile modal features, which includes the extraction of features, feature vector normalization and generation based on bag-of-system(BoS), and coding by robust multi-modal joint sparse representation(RM-JSR) and classification, thereby enabling robot perception to solve the problem of diverse modal data fusion at the feature level.
