2Quantitative Measurement of Bedding Orientation Using Remote Sensing Data:Yili Basin,Northwest China显示文摘Bedding orientation measurement is a remote sensing application used in the field of geology, but the results are often unsatisfactory when the bed is dislocated along the strike direction. This paper proposes a new method called multiple-line method that is designed to improve bedding orientation measurement. This technique uses the bed as a vector, and fits the vectors as a plane to obtain the bedding orientation. This study employs the case of Yili Basin and measures 25 bedding orientations using the multiple-point and multiple-line methods, respectively. 95mC DNA methylation modification-mediated regulation in tissue functional differentiation and important flavor substance synthesis of tea plant (Camellia sinensis L.)显示文摘In plants,5mC DNA methylation is an important and conserved epistatic mark involving genomic stability,gene transcriptional regulation,developmental regulation,abiotic stress response,metabolite synthesis,etc.However,the roles of 5mC DNA methylation modification(5mC methylation)in tea plant growth and development(in pre-harvest processing)and flavor substance synthesis in pre-and post-harvest processing are unknown.We therefore conducted a comprehensive methylation analysis of four key pre-harvest tissues(root,leaf,flower,and fruit)and two processed leaves during oolong tea post-harvest processing.We found that differential 5mC methylation among four key tissues is closely related to tissue functional differentiation and that genes expressed tissue-specifically,responsible for tissue-specific functions,maintain relatively low 5mC methylation levels relative to non-tissue-specifically expressed genes.Importantly,hypomethylation modifications of CsAlaDC and TS/GS genes in roots provided the molecular basis for the dominant synthesis of theanine in roots.In addition,integration of 5mC DNA methylationomics,metabolomics,and transcriptomics of post-harvest leaves revealed that content changes in flavor metabolites during oolong tea processing were closely associated with transcription level changes in corresponding metabolite synthesis genes,and changes in transcript levels of these important synthesis genes were strictly regulated by 5mC methylation.We further report that some key genes during processing are regulated by 5mC methylation,which can effectively explain the content changes of important aroma metabolites,includingα-farnesene,nerolidol,lipids,and taste substances such as catechins.Our results not only highlight the key roles of 5mC methylation in important flavor substance synthesis in pre-and post-harvest processing,but also provide epimutation-related gene targets for future improvement of tea quality or breeding of whole-tissue high-theanine varieties.Weilong Kong Qiufang Zhu Qing Zhang Yiwang Zhu Jingjing Yang Kun Chai Wenlong Lei Mengwei Jiang Shengcheng Zhang Jinke Lin Xingtan Zhang 2023Horticulture Research2023,10,8:0
10Improvement of synergistic effect photocatalytic/peroxymonosulfate activation for degradation of amoxicillin using carbon dots anchored on rod-like CoFe_(2)O_(4)显示文摘β-lactam antibiotics in aquatic environment have severely damaged ecological stability and caused a series of environmental pollution problems to be solved urgently.Herein,a novel composite photocatalyst prepared by loading carbon dots(CDs)onto rod-like CoFe_(2)O_(4)(CFO),which can effectively degrade amoxicillin(AMX)by photocata lytic/peroxy mono sulfate(PMS)activation under visible light irradiation.The degradation results exhibits that the optimal degradation efficiency with 97.5%within 80 min is achievd by the CDs-CFO-5 composite.Such enhanced activity is ascribed to the introduction of CDs that effectively improves the separation efficiency of photogenerated electron pairs and creates new active sites as electron bridges that improve the photocata lytic performance.More importantly,a strong synergistic between CDs and photo-induced electrons generated from CFO can further activiate PMS to provide more SO4-·and·OH radicals for boosting the degradation ability towards AMX.The present study aims to elucidate positive role of CDs in photocata lytic/peroxy monosulfate activation during the degradation reaction.Weilong Shi Yanan Liu Wei Sun Yuanzhi Hong Xiangyu Li Xue Lin Feng Guo Junyou Shi 2022Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2022,,12:0
11Pomelo biochar as an electron acceptor to modify graphitic carbon nitride for boosting visible-light-driven photocatalytic degradation of tetracycline显示文摘In this study,biochar(BC)derived from pomelo was prepared via a high-temperature calcination method to modify the graphitic carbon nitride(g-C_(3)N_(4))to synthesize the BC/g-C_(3)N_(4)composite for the degradation of the tetracycline(TC)antibiotic under visible light irradiation.The experimental results exhibit that the optimal feeding weight ratio of biochar/urea is 0.03:1 in BC/g-C_(3)N_(4)composite could show the best photocatalytic activity with the degradation rate of tetracycline is 83%in 100 min irradiation.The improvement of photocatalytic activity is mainly attributed to the following two points:(i)the strong bonding with π-π stacking between BC and g-C_(3)N_(4)make the photogenerated electrons of light-excited g-C_(3)N_(4)transfer to BC,quickly and improve the separation efficiency of carriers;(ii)the introduction of BC reduces the distance for photogenerated electrons to migrate to the surface and increases the specific surface area for providing more active sites.This study provides a sustainable,economical and promising method for the synthesis of photocatalytic materials their application to wastewater treatment.Feng Guo Chunli Shi Wei Sun Yanan Liu Xue Lin Weilong Shi 2022Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2022,35,8:0
12Characteristics and geochemical implications of light hydrocarbons from ultra-deep Ordovician oils in the North Shuntuoguole area, Tarim Basin显示文摘The ultra-deep Ordovician reservoirs in North Shuntuoguole Oilfield(or Shunbei Oilfield)of Sinopec have achieved annual production of one million ton,and the oil&gas in different faults show different physical properties and fluid phases.In this study,the 28 oil samples from the ultra-deep Ordovician were analyzed using whole oil chromatography.The heptane and isoheptane values of the oil samples were in the range of 29.79%‒46.86%and 1.01%-3.06%,respectively,indicating the oils are high mature.The maturity that calculated based on light hydrocarbon values was higher than which calculated by using aromatic hydrocarbon parameters,suggesting the light hydrocarbon maturity mostly reflects the maturity of the late charged hydrocarbon.The 2M-/3M-C5 and 2M-/3M-C_(6) ratios varied in the ranges of 1.41‒1.81 and 0.79-1.09,respectively,and the iC_(5)/nC_(5) and 3M-C_(5)/nC_(6) ratios were 0.31‒0.90 and 0.16-0.37,respectively,indicating that ultra-deep Ordovician reservoirs have not experienced biodegradation.The Mango parameter K_(1) of the oil samples ranges 0.96‒1.01 except for the oil from Well SB4,which suggests that most of the reservoirs have not suffered thermochemical sulfur reduction(TSR).Meanwhile,the oils have not experienced evaporative fractionation since the toluene/nC_(7) and nC_(7)/MCC_(6) ratios range from 0.10-0.38 and 1.50‒1.80,respectively.The close correlation between P_(3) and P_(2)+N_(2) and between P_(2) and N_(2)/P_(3) indicates that the oils from different faults have the same origin.According to the characteristics of LHs rich in n-alkane,as well as other biomarkers,such as aryl isoprenoids,and aromatic hydrocarbon parameters,the oil originated from the source rock of Lower Cambrian Yu’ertusi Formation.Meanwhile,the source rocks in different fault zones slightly differed in organic facies.Li DONG Anlai MA Huixi LIN Lu YUN Weilong PENG Xiuxiang ZHU 2022Frontiers of Earth Science2022,16,3:0
13Application of Brain-Computer-Interface in Awareness Detection Using Machine Learning Methods显示文摘The awareness detection in patients with disorders of consciousness currently relies on behavioral observations and CRS-R tests,however,the misdiagnosis rates have been relatively high.In this study,we applied brain-computer interface(BCI)to awareness detection with a passive auditory stimulation paradigm.12 subjects with normal hearing were invited to collect electroencephalogram(EEG)based on a BCI communication system,in which EEG signals are transmitted wirelessly.After necessary preprocessing,RBF-SVM and EEGNet were used for algorithm realization and analysis.For a single subject,RBF-SVM can distinguish his(her)name stimuli awareness with classification accuracies ranging from 60-95%.EEGNet was used to learn all subjects'data and improved accuracy to 78.04%for characteristics finding and model generalization.Moreover,we completed the supplementary analysis work from the time domain and time-frequency domain.This study applied BCI communication to human awareness detection,proposed a passive auditory paradigm,and proved the effectiveness,which could be an inspiration for brain,mental or physical diseases diagnosis and detection.Kaiqiang Feng Weilong Lin Feng Wu Chengxin Pang Liang Song Yijia Wu Rong Cao Huiliang Shang Xinhua Zeng 2022China Communications2022,19,6:0
