| 2 | Studies on the Interaction of BeryllonⅢwith Proteins by Voltammetric Technique and its Application显示文摘A new quantitative determination method of proteins using beryllon Ш by voltammetric technique was developed in this paper. In pH 3.5 Britton-Robinson (B-R) buffer solution, beryllon Ш can bind with human serum albumin (HSA) to form an electro-inactive supermolecular complex. Beryllon Ш has a well-defined voltammetric reduction peak at -0.38 V (vs. SCE) and the addition of protein in this solution can cause the decrease of the reductive peak current. Based on the decrease of the reduction peak current, a new electrochemical method for the determination of HSA was established with linear range of 1.0~40.0 mg/L and the detection limit of 1.0 mg/L. | 3 | Displacement of surrounding rock in a deep circular hole considering double moduli and strength-stiffness degradation显示文摘The problem of cavity stability widely exists in deep underground engineering and energy exploitation.First,the stress field of the surrounding rock under the uniform stress field is deduced based on a post-peak strength drop model considering the rock’s characteristics of constant modulus and double moduli.Then,the orthogonal non-associative flow rule is used to establish the displacement of the surrounding rock under constant modulus and double moduli,respectively,considering the stiffness degradation and dilatancy effects in the plastic region and assuming that the elastic strain in the plastic region satisfies the elastic constitutive relationship.Finally,the evolution of the displacement in the surrounding rock is analyzed under the effects of the double modulus characteristics,the strength drop,the stiffness degradation,and the dilatancy.The results show that the displacement solutions of the surrounding rock under constant modulus and double moduli have a unified expression.The coefficients of the expression are related to the stress field of the original rock,the elastic constant of the surrounding rock,the strength parameters,and the dilatancy angle.The strength drop,the stiffness degradation,and the dilatancy effects all have effects on the displacement.The effects can be characterized by quantitative relationships. | Zenghui ZHAO WeiSUN Shaojie CHEN Yuanhui FENG Weiming WANG | 2020 | Applied Mathematics and Mechanics(English Edition)2020,41,12: | 2 |

| 20 | Synthesis of a New Cobalt(Ⅱ)Complex and its Interaction with DNA显示文摘A new complex of bis(N-benzyl benzotriazole-N3) dichloro Co(II) (Co(II)L2Cl2) was synthesized and its crystal was characterized. The interaction of this new complex with fs-DNA was studied by electrochemical and UV spectrophotometric method. In 0.01 mol/L pH 4.2 Tris-HCl buffer solution Co(II)L2Cl2 has two reductive peaks with peak potentials at 0.38 V and 0.27 V, respectively, and an oxidative peak at 1.05 V. After the addition of DNA, the peak currents decrease and the peak potential at 0.27 V shifts negatively. The UV spectrophotometric experiment indicates that the maximum absorbance of Co(II)L2Cl2 at 204 nm decreases and exhibits bathochromic shift after the addition of DNA.
