1On the γ' precipitates of the normal and inverse Portevin-Le Chatelier effect in a wrought Ni-base superalloy显示文摘The Portevin-Le Chatelier(PLC) effects in a wrought Ni-base superalloy with different γ' precipitates contents have been investigated. Detailed analysis on the serration type of the tensile curves indicates that the γ' precipitates have a decisive influence on the transformation from normal to inverse PLC behavior, which is rarely proposed in other works. 2Climatic Change Characteristics of Sunshine Hours and Cause Analysis in Lianyungang City显示文摘[Objective]The research aimed to study climatic change characteristics of sunshine hours in Lianyungang and analyze its formation reason. [Method]Based on monthly sunshine hours,precipitation,cloudiness,haze days and vapor pressure from 7 stations of Lianyungang from 1961 to 2010,monthly,seasonal,annual and interdecadal change trends of the sunshine hours were analyzed by using MK test,linear trend analysis and Morlet wavelet. Meanwhile,the cause of change characteristics was analyzed. [Result] Monthly sunshine hours of Lianyungang showed bimodal distribution,and seasonal and annual sunshine hours had decreasing trend at different degrees. The interdecadal change of sunshine hours showed wave characteristics. The annual sunshine hours had multiple temporal-spatial scale features,and there was an obvious mutation in the late 1980s. Sunshine hours in Lianyungang was closely related to visibility,cloudiness,vapor pressure and haze,and they were important factors causing that sunshine hours significantly declined. 5Evolution of TCP Phase During Long Term Thermal Exposure in Several Re-Containing Single Crystal Superalloys显示文摘The application and component designs of single crystal superalloys are restricted by the precipitation of topologically closed packed(TCP)phases,which can deteriorate the microstructural stability of the alloys severely.Limited researches concerning the type and morphology evolution of TCP phases under elevated temperature conditions have been reported previously.In the present work,three Re-containing single crystal alloys were designed to investigate TCP phase evolution via long term isothermal exposure tests at 1120℃while the effects of Re on the microstructural characteristic and elements segregation were also clarified.The results showed that the addition of Re increased the instability of the alloys and the volume fraction of the TCP phases exceeded 5 vol%when the Re content reached 3 wt%.The increasing Re content had also raised the precipitation temperature of TCP phases but it did not change the type of them after long term aging;all the TCP particles were identified asμphase in this study.Moreover,the elements segregation became considerably serious as Re addition increased constantly,which brought about various morphologies of theμphase in the experimental alloys.In particular,the rod-like and needle-likeμphases demonstrated the typical orientation withinγmatrix while the blockyμphase was dispersedly distributed in the space.No specific orientation relationship could be observed in theμphase when the addition of Re exceeded certain threshold value.Zihao Tan Lin Yang Xinguang Wang Yunling Du Lihua Ye Guichen Hou Yanhong Yang Jinlai Liu Jide Liu Jinguo Li Yizhou Zhou Xiaofeng Sun 2020Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2020,33,5:1
6Unprecedented differences in the diamond nucleation density between carbon-and silicon-faces of 4H-silicon carbides显示文摘4H-silicon carbides deposited by diamond films have wide applications in many fields such as semiconductor heterojunction,heat sink and mechanical sealing.Nucleation plays a critical role in the deposition of the diamond film on 4H-silicon carbides.Nevertheless,as a typical polar material,the fundamental mechanism of diamond nucleation on different faces of 4H-silicon carbides has not been fully understood yet.In this contribution,nucleation of diamond was performed on the carbon-and silicon-faces of 4H-silicon carbides in a direct current chemical vapor deposition device.The nucleation density on the carbon-face is higher by 2-3 orders of magnitude compared to the silicon-face.Transmission electron microscopy verifies that there are high density diamond nuclei on the interface between the carbon-face and the diamond film,which is different from columnar diamond growth structure on the silicon-face.Transition state theory calculation reveals that the unprecedented distinction of the nucleation density between the carbon-face and the silicon-face is attributed to different desorption rates of the absorbed hydrocarbon radicals.In addition,kinetic model simulations demonstrate that it is more difficult to form CH2(s)-CH2(s)dimers on silicon-faces than carbon-faces,resulting in much lower nucleation densities on silicon-faces.Bo Wang Pitsiri Sukkaew Guichen Song Andreas Rosenkranz Yunxiang Lu Kazhihito Nishimura Jia Wang Jilei Lyu Yang Cao Jian Yi Lars Ojamae He Li Nanjiang 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,7:0
7Analysis of a Rainstorm Process Far from the Typhoon 'Haitang'显示文摘Based on multiple kinds of observation data and NCEP/NCAR reanalysis data,the circulation background,cloud clusters and radar characteristics of a rainstorm far from the typhoon ' Haitang' in Lianyungang,Jiangsu on the morning of July 31,2017 were analyzed,and causes of convection were discussed from the aspects of dynamic,thermal and water vapor conditions. The results showed that the rainstorm process was caused by convection cells with low center of mass,and strong convection mainly occurred in a position where temperature gradient at cloud top was the largest. In North China at 850 hP a,eastern cold air on the south side of anticyclonic circulation moved southwards and joined southeast air flow on the periphery of typhoon,which was the main reason for the occurrence of convection. The circulation of upper-level divergence and lowerlevel convergence was beneficial to the maintaining of convection. The convergence of southeast wind speed on the periphery of typhoon made water vapor accumulate,thereby providing enough water vapor for the appearance of heavy rainfall. K index had good denotative meaning to convection activity,and the process of convection with weak Cape value needs to be paid special attention to in business. 8Early Warning Role of Data from Automatic Stations in Forecast of Dense Fog显示文摘Based on observation data from automatic stations in Lianyungang,visibility and weather situation of dense fog leading to a traffic accident in Lianyungang on April 15,2012 were analyzed firstly,and then changes of meteorological factors related to fog appearance and disappearance,such as wind speed,temperature and relative humidity,were discussed. The results showed that wind speed was below 2 m/s when fog occurred,and wind velocity reduced obviously before visibility deceased,appearing a trough. Fog appeared when temperature was nearly the minimum,and there was no great change in wind speed,but visibility went up gradually after temperature rose. The longer the duration of the minimum temperature,the longer the duration of the minimum visibility.
