| 2 | A new kind of magnetic targeting induction heating drug carrier and its physical and biological properties显示文摘Nano-carbon and iron composite―carbon-coated iron nanoparticles (CCINs) produced by carbon arc method can be used as a new kind of magnetic targeting induction heating drug carrier for cancer therapy. The structure and morphology of CCINs are studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). Mossbauer spectra of these nanoparticles show that they contain only iron and carbon, without ferric carbide and ferric oxide. CCINs can be used as the magnetic drug carrier, with the effect of targeting magnetic induction heating in its inner core and higher drug adsorption in its nano-carbon shell outside because of its high specific surface area. CCINs can absorb Epirubicin (EPI) of 160 μg/mg measured by an optical spectrometer. In acute toxicity experiment with mice, the median lethal dose (LD50) of EPI is 16.9 mg/kg, while that of EPI-CCINs mixture is 20.7 mg/kg and none of the mice died after pure CCINs medication. The results show that pure CCINs belong to non-toxic grade and EPI delivery in mixture with CCINs can reduce its acute toxicity in mice. The magnetic properties of CCINs and their magnetic induction heating are investigated. The iron nanoparticle in its inner core has better magnetism with a good effect on targeting magnetic induction heating. When the CCINs are mixed with physiological salt water and are injected uniformly in pig's liver, the temperature goes up to 48℃. While in the case that CCINs are filled in a certain section of pig's liver, the temperature goes up to 52℃. In both cases the temperature is high enough to kill the cancer cell. | 6 | Three-dimensional theoretical analysis of seepage field in front of shield tunnel face显示文摘To evaluate hydraulic head distribution in front of a shield tunnel in a saturated soil layer,theoretical analysis and numerical simulations are carried out in this study.Based on the partial differential equilibrium equation of seepage flow,a three-dimensional(3D)theoretical analytical model of the shield tunnel face and the seepage field in front of it is established using the eigenfunction and the Fourier series expansion methods,and the hydraulic head calculation formula is derived.Combined with engineering cases,the theoretical analysis results and the 3D numerical simulation results are compared and analyzed.The effect of the water pressure of the tunnel face on the hydraulic head distribution is also analyzed.The results of the proposed analytical solution are in agreement with those of the numerical simulation solutions;moreover,the proposed analytical solution requires less time to calculate the seepage hydraulic head than the numerical simulation.The ratio of the initial water table to the diameter(D)of tunnel face has a more significant impact on the hydraulic head distribution at a position 0.5D above the tunnel vault.When the water pressure on the tunnel face is not considered,the values of the hydraulic head are significantly underestimated. | Qiguang Di Pengfei Li Mingju Zhang Caixia Guo Fan Wang Jie Wu | 2022 | Underground Space2022,7,4: | 1 |

| 10 | A new discovered ABCA1 gene polymorphisms and the association of ABCA1 SNPs with coronary artery disease and plasma lipids in Chinese population显示文摘Objective: Single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) of ATP-binding cassette transporter A1 (ABCA1) gene are related to plasma lipid and susceptibility to coronary artery disease (CAD). Our first goal was to screen all 50 coding regions of ABCA1 to find new SNPs. Our second goal was to investigate the frequency distribution of R1587K and M883I polymorphisms of ABCA1 gene, which are the variant occurred most frequently, in Chinese people and to evaluate their association with the CAD phenotype and plasma lipids. Methods: Single-strand conformation polymorphism (SSCP) and DNA sequence were used for confirming new SNP of ABCA1, and restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) were applied for confirming genotypes of R1587K and M883I in 112 CAD cases and 108 healthy people. Results: We discovered a new ABCA1 SNP in Chinese population, which converse 233 amino acids from Methionine to Valine (M233V). This new ABCA1 SNP located in exon7, and might potentially modulate the biological function of lipid metabolism. For R1587K and M883I SNPs, the K allele and I allele frequency was 28.9%and 31.1%, respectively. The K allele at R1587K conferred lower mean values of HDL-C in a dose-dependent manner in both CAD patients and healthy people. However, 883I allele was not associated with plasma lipid level. Neither 1587KK nor 883II associated with increased risk of CAD. | 13 | Influence of permeability anisotropy of seepage flow on the tunnel face stability显示文摘This paper focuses on the influence of permeability anisotropy of seepage flow on the face stability for a shied tunnel.An analytical model has been proposed to present the hydraulic head distribution around the tunnel face in the anisotropic ground,considering the difference of permeability coefficient in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction.The rationality of the proposed model is ver-ified by a series of numerical simulations.Then,an analytical model of face stability for a tunnel under the anisotropic seepage has been established based on the limit analysis upper bound method.Comparisons of the analytical solutions and the numerical simulations are conducted,and the limit support pressure of the two methods is consistent.The effect of permeability anisotropy and water pressure on the stability of the tunnel face is analyzed through the three-dimensional analytical solution.Anisotropy of permeability has a significant impact on the stability of the tunnel face,and its impact gradually decreases.It can also be found that the water pressure coefficient of the tunnel face has a significant effect on the limit support pressure and the failure area when the ratio of the horizontal permeability to the vertical permeability is large. | Qiguang Di Pengfei Li Mingju Zhang Jie Wu | 2023 | Underground Space2023,,1: | 0 |
