3无创血流动力学监护系统在高危外科患者复苏治疗中的应用显示文摘目的 :探讨在急诊条件下早期应用无创血流动力学监护系统的必要性和可行性 ,评估其早期揭示循环功能不良和在早期高危急诊外科患者复苏治疗中的指导作用。方法 :用无创血流动力学监护系统监测 1 5 6例高危急诊外科患者 ,对其中 4 8例同时进行了有创血流动力学监护系统 (Swan Ganz法 )的观察 ,并将两种方法所得结果进行比较。结果 :无创血流动力学监护系统所获得的心排血量 (CO)和心脏指数 (CI)值与有创血流动力学监护系统所获得的值非常接近 ,在急诊条件下 ,r=0 .6 9,r2 =0 .87,P<0 .0 0 1 ;偏差和精确度为 (0 .6 2±0 .38) L· min- 1 · m- 2 。在 ICU条件下进一步比较两种方法所得结果 :r=0 .84 ,r2 =0 .93,P<0 .0 0 1 ;偏差和精确度为 (0 .36± 0 .1 5 ) L· m in- 1· m- 2。结论 :在急诊条件下应用无创血流动力学监护系统可显示创伤初期和复苏早期阶段的低血压、低 CI、低经皮氧张力 (Ptc O2 )、低血氧饱和度 (Sa O2 )和高经皮二氧化碳张力 (Ptc CO2 )的变化过程 ,并且为早期复苏治疗提供直观、可靠、连续性的依据 ,对预防由于长时间组织低血流量和低灌注所致的休克。卢君强 李春盛 杨佳勇 Jay Zhu Charles Wo William C.Shoemaker 2003中国危重病急救医学2003,15,12:24

As the two kernel points of the middleware, the overlay-based distributed grid resource management mechanism is proposed, and the policy-based distributed access control mechanism with the capability of automatic negotiation of the access control policy and trust management and negotia- tion is also discussed in this paper. 8Decentralized robust guaranteed cost control for a class of interconnected singular large-scale systems with time-delay and parameter uncertainty显示文摘The decentralized robust guaranteed cost control problem is studied for a class of interconnected singular large-scale systems with time-delay and norm-bounded time-invariant parameter uncertainty under a given quadratic cost performance function. The problem that is addressed in this study is to design a decentralized robust guaranteed cost state feedback controller such that the closed-loop system is not only regular, impulse-free and stable, but also guarantees an adequate level of performance for all admissible uncertainties. A sufficient condition for the existence of the decentralized robust guaranteed cost state feedback controllers is proposed in terms of a linear matrix inequality (LMI) via LMI approach. When this condition is feasible, the desired state feedback decentralized robust guaranteed cost controller gain matrices can be obtained. 9Mutations in precore and core promoter region of HBV in patients with hepatic failure显示文摘Objective: To clarify the association of hepatitis Bvirus mutants in precore and core promoter regions inpatients with hepatic failure and HBeAg state.Methods: Precore and core promoter regions of 25HBV isolates from the patients with hepatic failurewere analyzed by polymerase chain reaction (PCR)direct sequencing approach.Results: Precore G-to-A1896 mutants were identified in16 (64%) of the 25 isolates. The 'hot spot' mutationsat A-to-T1762 and G-to-A1764 were present together in19 (76%) of the 25 isolates, while C-to-T1653 and T-to-C1753 existed in a mutually exclusive manner andmore frequently in hepatic failure with liver cirrhosisgroup than in hepatic failure with chronic hepatitisgroup (100% vs 50%). Both A1896 and T1762-A1764could be found frequently in HBeAg-positive subjects(77.8% and 88.9%), whereas T1653/C1753 was moreprevalent in anti-HBe-positive subjects than inHBeAg-positive subjects (93.8% vs 33.3%).Conclusions: The whole frequency of mutations in pre-core and core promoter gene will become more fre-quent as HBV infection is to be persistent. Mutationto T1653/C1753 may be useful as a marker for hepaticfailure. It requires further study whether the mixedinfection of mutants and wilds will develop and affectthe condition of HBeAg in serum along the progres-sion of liver disease.Reinhard H. 10Controls of Late Jurassic-Early Cretaceous tectonic event on source rocks and seals in marine sequences,South China显示文摘Thermal evolution of source rocks and dynamic sealing evolution of cap rocks are both subjected to tectonic evolution.The marine sequences in South China have experienced superposed structural deformation from multiple tectonic events.To investigate the effectiveness of preservation conditions,it is of great importance to understand the controls of key tectonic events on the dynamic evolution of cap rocks.This paper discusses the controls of Late Jurassic-Early Cretaceous(J3-K1) tectonic event on source and cap rocks in marine sequences in South China based on the relationships between J3-K1 tectonic event and the burial history types of the marine sequences,the hydrocarbon generation processes of marine source rocks,the sealing evolution of cap rocks,the preservation of hydrocarbon accumulations,and the destruction of paleo-oil pools.The study has the following findings.In the continuously subsiding and deeply buried areas during the J3-K1 period,marine source rocks had been generating hydrocarbons for over a long period of time and hydrocarbon generation ended relatively late.At the same time,the sealing capacity of the overburden cap rocks had been constantly strengthened so that hydrocarbons could be preserved.In the areas which suffered compressional deformation,folding and thrusting,uplifting and denudation in J3-K1,the burial history was characterized by an early uplifting and the hydrocarbon generation by marine source rocks ended(or suspended) during the J3-K1 period.The sealing capacity of the cap rocks was weakened or even vanished.Thus the conditions for preserving the hydrocarbon accumulations were destroyed.The continuously subsiding and deeply buried areas during the J3-K1 period are the strategic precincts of the petroleum exploration in marine sequences in South China.JIN ZhiJun YUAN YuSong LIU QuanYou WO YuJin 2013Science China Earth Sciences2013,56,2:6

12Abnormal Expression of Eukaryotic Translation Factors in Malignant Transformed Human Bronchial Epithelial Cells Induced by Crystalline Nickel Sulfide显示文摘Objective To study the oncogenic potential of mouse translation initiation factor 3 (TIF3) and elongation factor-1δ (TEF-1δ) in malignant transformed human bronchial epithelial cells induced by crystalline nickel sulfide (NiS). Methods Abnormal expressions of human TIF3 and TEF-1δ genes in two kinds of NiS-transformed cells and NiS-tumorigenic cell lines were investigated and analyzed by the reverse transcript polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction (FQ-PCR), respectively. Results RT-PCR analysis primarily showed that both human TIF3 and TEF-1δ mRNA expressions in two kinds of NiS-transformed cells and NiS-tumorigenic cell lines were increased as compared with controls. FQ-PCR assay showed that the levels of TIF3 expressions in the transformed cells and tumorigenic cells were 3 and 4 times higher respectively, and the elevated expressions of TEF-1δ cDNA copies were 2.7- to 3.5-fold in transformed cells and 4.1- to 5.2-fold in tumorigenic cells when compared with non-transformed cells, indicating that the over-expressions of human TIF3 and TEF-1δ genes were related to malignant degree of the cells induced by nickel. Conclusions These findings demonstrate that there are markedly abnormal expressions of TIF3 and TEF-1δ genes during malignant transformation of human bronchial epithelial cell lines induced by crystalline NiS. 13In vitro cleavage of hepatitis B virus C mRNA by 10-23 DNA enzyme显示文摘BACKGROUND: 10-23 DNA enzyme is one kind of de-oxyribozymes for RNA cleavage. The inhibition effects of 10-23 DNA enzyme on the expression of the HBV C gene in HepG2. 2. 15 cells were demonstrated previously. The aim of this study was to further explore the cleavage activities of 10-23 DNA enzyme targeting at HBV C gene mRNA in vitro. METHODS: 10-23 DNA enzyme named Drz-HBV-C-9 specific to HBV C gene ORF A1816UG was designed and synthesized. HBV C gene mRNA was obtained by the in vitro transcription method. Cleavage activities of Drz-HBV-C-9 were observed in vitro. Values of kinetic parameters including Km,Kcat and Kcat/Km were calculated accordingly. RESULTS: Under the certain cleavage conditions, Drz-HBV-C-9 could efficiently cleave target mRNA at specific sites in vitro. Cleavage products of 109nt plus 191nt were obtained. The kinetic parameters, Km,Kcat and Kcat/ Km for Drz-HBV-C-9, were 1.4 ×10-9 mol, 1.6 min-1 and 1.1 × 109 mol-1 · min-1, respectively. CONCLUSIONS: 10-23 DNA enzyme targeting at HBV C gene mRNA possesses specific cleavage activities in vitro. 14Study on a 5.0 W/80 K single stage Stirling type pulse tube cryocooler显示文摘A single stage Stirling pulse tube cryocooler was designed based on REGEN 3.2 and fabricated for testing. The experimental results show that the cooler can provide a cooling capacity of 5.0 W at 79.1 K, and produce a no-load temperature of 57.0 K, operating with an average pressure of 2.50 MPa and a frequency of 60 Hz, performance results that are very close to the calculated values. The cryocooler can be cooled from room temperature to 80 K in 8.5 min. 16Effect of IFNα-2a on Fas expression and apoptosis rate of peripheral blood cytotoxic T cells in patients with hepatitis B显示文摘Interferon(IFN) with antiviral and im-munomodulatory activities is one of the most important therapeutic agents for the treatment of chronic hepatitis. The apoptotic effect of IFN is influenced by cell type and the types of IFN, which suppresses proliferation and induces apoptosis in some cell types while inhibiting apoptosis in others. The aim of this study was to explore the effect of IFNα-2a on Fas expression and the apoptosis rate of peripheral blood cytotoxic T cells (CTLs) in patients with hepatitis B. METHODS:Peripheral blood mononuclear cells were isolated from 26 patients with hepatitis B including 16 patients with chronic hepatitis B and 10 patients with chronic severe hepatitis B. Fas expression and apoptosis rate of CTLs were analyzed with flow cytometry before and after IFNα-2a treatment. RESULTS:Before IFNα-2a treatment, Fas expression and apoptosis rate of CTLs from patients with chronic hepatitis B were significantly higher than those from patients with chronic severe hepatitis B and healthy controls respectively. No significant difference was observed between Fas expression and apoptosis rate of CTLs from patients with chronic severe hepatitis B and healthy controls. After IFNα-2a treatment,Fas expression and apoptosis rate of CTLs from different groups were compared with those before IFNα-2a treatment, showing no significant difference despite alternation of different degree. CONCLUSIONS:Activation induced cell death (AICD) exists in peripheral blood CTLs from patients with hepatitis B. 19Downregulated cytotoxic CD8^(+)T-cell identifies with the NKG2A-soluble HLA-E axis as a predictive biomarker and potential therapeutic target in keloids显示文摘Keloids are an abnormal fibroproliferative wound-healing disease with a poorly understood pathogenesis,making it difficult to predict and prevent this disease in clinical settings.Identifying disease-specific signatures at the molecular and cellular levels in both the blood circulation and primary lesions is urgently needed to develop novel biomarkers for risk assessment and therapeutic targets for recurrence-free treatment.There is mounting evidence of immune cell dysregulation in keloid scarring.In this study,we aimed to profile keloid scar tissues and blood cells and found that downregulation of cytotoxic CD8^(+)T cells is a keloid signature in the peripheral blood and keloid lesions.Single-cell RNA sequencing revealed that the NKG2A/CD94 complex was specifically upregulated,which might contribute to the significant reduction in CTLs within the scar tissue boundary.In addition,the NKG2A/CD94 complex was associated with high serum levels of soluble human leukocyte antigen-E(sHLA-E).We subsequently measured sHLA-E in our hospital-based study cohort,consisting of 104 keloid patients,512 healthy donors,and 100 patients with an interfering disease.The sensitivity and specificity of sHLA-E were 83.69%(87/104)and 92.16%(564/612),respectively,and hypertrophic scars and other unrelated diseases exhibited minimal interference with the test results.Furthermore,intralesional therapy with triamcinolone combined with 5-fluorouracil drastically decreased the sHLA-E levels in keloid patients with better prognostic outcomes,while an incomplete reduction in the sHLA-E levels in patient serum was associated with higher recurrence.sHLA-E may effectively serve as a diagnostic marker for assessing the risk of keloid formation and a prognostic marker for the clinical outcomes of intralesional treatment.Heng Xu Zhu Zhu Jian Hu Jiawei Sun Yan Wo Xianshu Wang Hongzhi Zou Bin Li Yixin Zhang 2022Cellular & Molecular Immunology2022,19,4:3
