| 1 | 不同转移能力肿瘤细胞间转移相关特征的比较研究显示文摘目的 进一步明确肿瘤细胞相关生物学特性与肿瘤细胞转移能力间的关系。方法 应用遗传背景相同的 3个人结肠癌 (HCC)细胞系在裸大鼠体内建立转移模型 ,通过三维球体培养、末端脱氧核苷酸转移酶介导的dUTP缺口末端标记 (TUNEL)凋亡细胞和免疫组化等技术 ,比较分析不同肿瘤细胞间同种细胞凝集力、靶器官定植力、细胞增殖和细胞凋亡现象、癌基因及肿瘤相关抗原表达等生物学特征。结果 高转移细胞具有高靶器官定植力和低同种细胞凝集力 ;高转移细胞较低转移细胞有更高的细胞增殖指数和更低的凋亡指数 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;在高转移细胞中 ,表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)和突变型p5 3的表达高于在低转移细胞中 ,而肿瘤相关抗原粘蛋白、CA19 9和CEA的表达差异无显著性。结论 肿瘤细胞的同种凝集力、靶器官定植力、肿瘤细胞增殖与凋亡状态、肿瘤细胞EGFR和突变型p5 | 沈岩 Voge l IKalthoffH 于吉人 郑树森 | 2000 | 中华肿瘤杂志2000，22，3： | 10 |
