1超超临界火电厂锅炉用材的开发显示文摘传统锅炉/蒸气轮机燃矿型火电厂的发电效率主要取决于蒸气温度和压力。自20世纪70年代发生能源危机以来,提高蒸气温度和压力一直是全球范围的研究热点。近年来,对CO2排放量的限制是促进发电效率提高的又一重要原因。目前,大多数燃矿型火电厂的蒸气温度在600℃左右,这表明,蒸气温度在30年内提高了近60℃。预计在未来30年内,蒸气温度有望再提高50~100℃。主要的技术保障是开发更高强度的高温材料,以抵抗更高的温度和压力。美国电力研究所(EPRI)对用于超超临界火力发电厂(先进锅炉/汽轮机火电厂)的材料技术发展现状进行了综合调查。结果表明:商品化的用于厚壁构件的高强铁素体(9~12)Cr钢的最高使用温度达620℃。对两种试验阶段的12Cr铁素体钢的初步研究显示,可以在650℃的温度条件下长期服役,但尚需更多数据加以证实。应用于过热器和再热器的高级别奥氏体不锈钢的最高服役温度为650℃,最高甚至可达700℃。迄今为止,上述钢种尚未获得美国机械工程师协会(ASME)认证。对于锅炉水冷壁顶排管,由于管内压力在24MPa以上,需采用更高强度级别的材料。日前,一种牌号为T23的含5/2 Cr的高强钢通过了ASME认证,成为较好的候选材料。R Viswanathan(美) W T Bakker(美) 钱余海(译) 齐慧滨(校) 2007世界钢铁2007,7,2:3
