1New Development of China-Russia-India Triangle显示文摘Since 2001, positive improvement has occurred in the trianglerelationship between China, Russia and India. The foreignministers of the three nations met in Russia recently, symbolizingthe launching of substantive triangular cooperation.Ma Jiali is Research Professor at CICIR. He specializes in South Asian security, especially in India’s foreign policy. He is the author of three books, such as Pay Close Attention to India: A Rising Power which is very influential. He was one of the delegates for Track Two Dialogue between China and India for all of four rounds and a delegate for Track Two Dialogue between China, Russia and India.
